前記摺動溝の溝幅に略等しい板縦幅を有し前記二枚の円形刃が臨む位置の板上面に凹溝を長手方向に形成した長方形状の底板、板一端・板中央・板終端に円筒体付の連通穴が設けられ底板上に軸方向に固定される一組の支持板、弾性板を板内側に設け各連通穴に臨む位置の板外側に第一円形凹部を形成し前記支持板より内方側に配される一組の挟持板、前記連通穴に臨む位置の板内側に第二円形凹部を形成し前記支持板より外方側に配される一組の押圧板、および後述する内側丸棒の一方端を前記挟持板の前記第一円形凹部へ嵌着し、後述する外側丸棒の一方端を前記押圧板の前記第二円形凹部へ嵌着し、圧縮コイルバネを遊嵌した外側丸棒・内側丸棒を有する可動体と、
