Claims (10)
- 流体状物質のディスペンサ装置(1)であって、ポンプ又は弁の中空の軸部と密封状態で連結するように構成された穴(3)と供給開口(4)とを有する供給ボタン(2)を備え、供給開口(4)は、供給ボタン(2)を十分に押し下げると弾性部材(6)に抗して移動することにより供給開口を開放するシャッタ(5)と連携し、シャッタ(5)は、供給ボタン(2)に取り付けられる機械的開放部材(7)と協働する少なくとも1個の突出部(5A)を有し、機械的開放部材(7)は、前記流体状物質の通路を有しておらず、供給ボタンへの第1の固定部分(8)と、使用中、軸部が延び出す固定部と接触するようになった第2の部分(9)とを有し、第1の固定部分(8)と第2の部分(9)は、第1の固定部分(8)に対して第2の部分が少なくとも軸方向に移動できるようにする構成になった少なくとも1個の弾性変形可能な部分(10)によって、相互に連結されており、作動レバー(11)は、第2の部分(9)から延び、且つ、第2の部分(9)が固定部に接触して弾性変形可能な部分が変形すると、前記突出部(5A)と協働してシャッタを開くことを特徴とするディスペンサ装置。
- 第1の固定部分(8)が、前記穴(3)が形成された供給ボタンの突出部分(12)に嵌合されている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 供給ボタン(2)が、開放部材(7)全体が収容される空間(14)を構成するスカート(13)を備えている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 開放部材(7)と供給ボタン(2)のうちの一方が、角度整合突起部(15A)を備え、供給ボタン(2)と開口部材(7)のうちのもう一方が、前記角度整合突起部(15A)を収容する受け座(15B)を備えている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 弾性変形可能な部分(10)が、第1の固定部分(8)と一体になった少なくとも2個の可撓性の翼状部材(10A、10B)を備え、及び/又は前記作動レバーが、第2の部分(9)と一体になっている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 作動レバー(11)が、突出部(5A)のキノコ形の端部(5B)と係合するようになっているフォーク状部分を備えている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 作動レバー(11)が、前記突出部(5A)と協働するカム面(18)を備えている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- シャッタ(5)が、2個の部品、すなわち、軟質プラスチックからなり、供給開口(4)を閉じるようになっている先端(20A)と、供給ボタン(2)と一体の円筒状表面(31)に封止状態で接するようになっているピストン(20B)とを備えた第1の部品(20)と、第1の部品(20)よりも硬質の材料からなり、突出部(5A)を備え、弾性部材(6)に取り付けられた第2の部品(21)から構成されている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 円筒状表面(31)が、供給ボタン(2)に取り外せないように取り付けられたインサート(30A、30B)に形成され、前記供給開口(4)が、インサート(30A)或いはインサート(30B)に直接形成されている及び/又は供給ボタン(2)に取り付けられた噴霧パッド(32)に形成されている請求項8に記載のディスペンサ装置。
- 第2の部分(9)が、供給ボタン(2)の面(31)と協働して第2の部分(9)と供給ボタン(2)との間の軸線方向の整合を所定の許容範囲内で維持するようになっている少なくとも1個の案内面(40)を備えている請求項1に記載のディスペンサ装置。
