Description
Claims (9)
- 試料を分離するためであって内部を複数の空間に仕切るコアを有するロータと、該ロータが収納されるロータ室と、前記ロータを回転させる駆動部と、前記ロータの回転中に前記ロータに試料を連続的に供給および排出させるための試料ラインを備えた連続遠心機において、
前記試料ラインから供給された試料が前記ロータ内の試料分離空間に到達する前に、遠心力によって前記試料から気泡を捕集するエアトラップを設けたことを特徴とする連続遠心機。 - 前記エアトラップは、前記ロータの内部に設けられるものであって、前記ロータと一緒に回転することによって遠心力により前記試料から前記気泡を分離し、前記気泡が捕集された後の前記試料を前記試料分離空間に送出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続遠心機。
- 前記エアトラップは、前記コアの前記試料分離空間の内周部分に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連続遠心機。
- 前記コアは、試料供給側の端部に凹部が形成されたコアボディと、前記凹部と嵌合するものであって前記凹部内にサブの遠心分離空間を形成するためのコア端面パーツと、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連続遠心機。
- 前記コア端面パーツは前記コアに対して回転軸方向に可動式であって、前記凹部内にスプリングを配置することによって前記コアと前記コア端面パーツが離れる方向に付勢し、
前記コア端面パーツの反コア側は、前記ロータの試料供給側のロータカバーの内壁面に対応した円環状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連続遠心機。 - 前記コア端面パーツの前記円環状の部分には、前記遠心分離空間の外周側から前記試料を軸方向の反コア側に取り出す複数の軸方向流路と、前記コア端面パーツの反コア側の面上に形成された溝であって前記軸方向流路から径方向に放射状に延びる径方向流路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の連続遠心機。
- 前記径方向流路は、前記コア端面パーツの反コア側の面上に形成された溝と前記ロータカバーの内周面によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連続遠心機。
- 前記ロータは円筒形のロータボディと、前記ロータボディの上下開口を塞ぐように取りつけられる上側ロータカバーと下側ロータカバーを含んで構成され、
前記コア端面パーツには、回転軸心に沿って延びて前記下側ロータカバーの試料流入路と連通される試料通路が形成され、前記試料通路は前記遠心分離空間のうち径方向中周部分に開口することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の連続遠心機。 - 前記スプリングの付勢力によって、前記コアが前記上側ロータカバーの内壁面に押し当てられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の連続遠心機。
