Claims (19)
- 酸素、
グルコース、マルトース、ラクトース、マルツロース、イソマルツロース、ラクツロース、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される糖あるいは糖アルコール、および
オルニチン、アルギニン、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるアミノ酸を含有し、
該アミノ酸は糖または糖アルコールと酸素の間の化学反応を阻害し、該アミノ酸は、酸素および糖あるいは糖アルコールを含むが、アミノ酸は含まない対照組成物と比較して、長期室温貯蔵のために、該酸素(p0 2 )を安定させるのに十分な量で存在する、液体溶液組成物。 - 前記アミノ酸が、オルニチンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミノ酸が、アルギニンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 約0.5mmol/l~約11mmol/lの前記アミノ酸を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 約25mmHg~約650mmHgの前記酸素を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 約27mg/dl~約750mg/dlのグルコースを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 約4.5mg/dl~約200mg/dlの血中尿素窒素(BUN)をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ナトリウム、塩化物、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらの任意の組
み合わせをさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物が、約6.6~約7.7のpHを有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を備えた、水性診断品質管理または較正の試薬。
- 分析機器の、酸素センサー、グルコースセンサー、または酸素センサーおよびグルコースセンサーの両方を較正するように適合された、請求項11に記載の水性診断品質管理または較正の試薬。
- 液体溶液中の酸素を安定化させる方法であって、
安定化量のアミノ酸を該液体溶液に添加することを含み、
該液体溶液は、該酸素と、グルコース、マルトース、ラクトース、マルツロース、イソマルツロース、ラクツロース、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される糖あるいは糖アルコールとを含み、該アミノ酸は、オルニチン、アルギニン、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択され、
ここで、安定化量のアミノ酸は、糖または糖アルコールと酸素の間の化学反応を阻害し、酸素および糖あるいは糖アルコールを含むが、アミノ酸は含まない対照組成物と比較して、長期室温貯蔵のために、該酸素(p0 2 )を安定させる、方法。 - 前記アミノ酸が、オルニチンである、請求項13に記載の方法。

- 前記液体溶液が、約25mmHgから約650mmHgの前記酸素を含む、請求項13~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体溶液が、約27mg/dl~約750mg/dlのグルコースを含有する、請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体溶液が、診断センサーと共に使用するための、水性診断品質管理または較正の試薬である、請求項13~18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
