Claims (13)
- 可視光を生成するように構成された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)モジュールと、
蛍光体と、
2つ以上の化合物を含む少なくとも1つの構成要素であって、前記2つ以上の化合物の少なくとも1つがNd2O3であり、前記2つ以上の化合物の少なくとも他の1つが、NdOxFy(式中、2x+y=3)で表されるオキシフッ化ネオジムまたはNd(OH)aFb、(式中、a+b=3)で表される水酸化フッ化ネオジムである、構成要素とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が前記2つ以上の化合物を用いて可視光をフィルタリングし、
前記少なくとも1つの構成要素におけるNdOxFy(式中、2x+y=3)で表されるオキシフッ化ネオジムまたはNd(OH)aFb、(式中、a+b=3)で表される水酸化フッ化ネオジムの量が、Nd2O3よりも多い、
装置(100)。 - 前記2つ以上の化合物の前記少なくとも1つの化合物が、フッ化ネオジム(NdF3)である、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュールの上部に堆積された封止層である、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記封止層が、低温ガラス、ポリマー、ポリマー前駆体、ポリカーボネート、熱可塑性もしくは熱硬化性ポリマーもしくは樹脂、シリコーン、またはシリコーンエポキシ樹脂である、請求項3に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、蛍光体を含むさらなる封止層に堆積された封止層であってもよく、前記さらなる封止層が、前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュールの上部に堆積される、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、表面に皮膜を有する透明、半透明または反射性基材(106)を備える光学構成要素であり、前記皮膜が、前記2つ以上の化合物を含み、可視光をフィルタリングする、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記皮膜の厚さが、約50nm~約1000ミクロンの範囲である、請求項6に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記皮膜が、前記2つ以上の化合物より高い屈折率を有する添加剤をさらに含み、前記添加剤が、少なくともTiO2、SiO2およびAl2O3を含む金属酸化物および非金属酸化物から選択される、請求項7に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記皮膜が、前記基材(106)の内側表面に配置される、請求項7に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記基材(106)が、電球、レンズ、および前記少なくとも1つのLEDモジュールを囲むドーム(102)からなる群から選択されるディフューザである、請求項7に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記装置(100)が、対応する複数の構成要素を有する複数のLEDモジュールを含む集積回路を備える、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、TiO2、SiO2およびAl2O3からなる群から選択される添加剤を含み、前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の前記2つ以上の化合物の拡散性を高める、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、射出成形を使用して堆積される、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
