Claims (15)
- 燃焼煙道ガス中の廃水を蒸発させて酸性ガスの排出を低減する方法であって、
廃水を加熱して加熱廃水を生成する熱交換器(53)に廃水を供給するステップと、
フラッシュ容器(77)内で熱交換器(53)からの加熱廃水をフラッシュ蒸発させてフラッシュ容器(77)内の残りの廃水を回収するステップと、
フラッシュ容器(77)により回収された残りの廃水を、湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に煙道ガスを供給する煙道ガスダクト(5b)に供給するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 廃水の加熱及び蒸発の前に、活性炭、活性化コークス、アルカリ性試薬及びスケール抑制剤からなる群から選択される1種以上を廃水に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 煙道ガスとの接触時に煙道ガスから酸性ガスを吸収するために、湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に吸収液を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(53)からの加熱廃水を減圧してフラッシュ容器(77)に選択的に供給するステップをさらに含み、
熱交換器(53)内での廃水の加熱が、80℃~180℃の温度であり、
熱交換器(53)における廃水の加熱が、1.4bar(147Pa)~6bar(630Pa)の圧力である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - フラッシュ容器(77)からの残った廃水を蒸発器デバイス(7)に供給するステップと、
蒸発器デバイス(7)内でフラッシュ容器(77)からの残った廃水を煙道ガスで加熱するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 蒸発器デバイス(7)が噴霧乾燥器である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 煙道ガスダクト(5b)の下流の粒子コレクタ(9)で、フラッシュ容器(77)からの残った廃水に含まれる固体粒子を分離するステップと、
固体粒子が分離された煙道ガスを湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に供給するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 廃水を蒸発させ、燃焼煙道ガスから酸性ガスの排出を減少させるためのシステムであって、
煙道ガスから酸性ガスを吸収して廃水を生成し、環境に放出するための処理済み煙道ガスを生成する湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)と、
湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)から供給された廃水を加熱して加熱廃水を生成する熱交換器(53)と、
熱交換器(53)からの加熱廃水をフラッシュ蒸発させ、その内に残った廃水を回収し、湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に煙道ガスを供給する煙道ガスダクト(5b)に残った廃水を供給するためのフラッシュ容器(77)と、
を備えるシステム(13)。 - 燃料源(2、4)から燃料を受け、煙道ガスを生成する燃焼ユニット(1)と、
蒸発器デバイス(7)であって、フラッシュ容器(77)からの残った廃水が蒸発器デバイス(7)内で燃焼ユニット(1)からの煙道ガスにより加熱されるように、フラッシュ容器(77)と煙道ガスダクト(5b)との間に接続された蒸発器デバイス(7)と、
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。 - 蒸発器デバイス(7)が、噴霧乾燥器である、請求項9に記載のシステム(13)。
- フラッシュ容器(77)及び/または蒸発器デバイス(7)のシステム(10)の動作条件を調整するように動作可能な制御デバイス(81)をさらに含む、請求項9または10に記載のシステム(13)。
- 温度、流量及び湿度の1以上のシステム(10)動作条件の断続的又は連続的な測定を行い1以上のシステム(10)動作条件の信号を制御デバイス(81)に送信するための1以上のセンサ(50、52、54)をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のシステム(13)。
- 熱交換器(53)からの加熱廃水を選択的にフラッシュ容器(77)に供給する減圧バルブ(75)をさらに含む、請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載のシステム(13)。
- 熱交換器(53)が、廃水を加熱するために、80℃~180℃の温度で、1.4bar(147Pa)~6bar(630Pa)の圧力で動作可能である、請求項13に記載のシステム(13)。
- 煙道ガスダクト(5b)の下流に接続され、フラッシュ容器(77)からの残った廃水に含まれる固体粒子を分離し、固体粒子が分離された煙道ガスを湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に供給する粒子コレクタ(9)をさらに含む、請求項8乃至14のいずれかに記載のシステム(13)。
