Description
本発明の一態様は、スキンケア組成物であって、(a)本組成物の重量に基づいて、0.1~20重量%の無機金属酸化物粒子であって、無機金属酸化物粒子が、ZnO及びTiO2を含み、ZnOのTiO2に対する比率が、1:10~10:1である、無機金属酸化物粒子と、(b)本組成物の重量に基づいて、水性媒体中に分散した0.1~15重量%のコポリマー粒子であって、コポリマー粒子が、(i)0.1~20重量%のリン酸モノマー及び(ii)80~99.9重量%のコモノマー由来の重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子と、(c)皮膚科学的に許容される担体と、を含むスキンケア組成物を提供する。

例示的コポリマー粒子の調製
本発明による例示的コポリマー粒子は、表1に列挙される成分を含有する。
日焼け止め製剤の調製
TTO-80グレードの二酸化チタンから調製された本発明による比較日焼け止め組成物C1~C3及び例示的日焼け止め組成物E1~E3はすべて、表2に列挙される成分を含有する。
日焼け止め製剤のSPF促進試験
実施例2で調製された製剤のSPF値を、COLIPA 2007法に従って以下のプロトコルに実質的に従うインビトロ技法を使用して測定した。
Claims (5)
- スキンケア組成物であって、
(a)前記組成物の重量に基づいて、0.1~20重量%の無機金属酸化物粒子であって、前記無機金属酸化物粒子が、ZnO及びTiO2を含み、ZnOのTiO2に対する比率が、1:1~9:5である、無機金属酸化物粒子と、
(b)前記組成物の重量に基づいて、水性媒体中に分散した0.1~15重量%のコポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子が、(i)0.1~20重量%のリン酸モノマーであって、2-ホスホエチルメタクリレートを含むリン酸モノマー並びに(ii)80~99.9重量%のコモノマーであってブチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート及びメタクリル酸を含むコモノマー由来の重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子と、
(c)皮膚科学的に許容される担体と、を含む、スキンケア組成物。 - 前記コポリマー粒子が、前記無機金属酸化物粒子の表面に吸着する、請求項1に記載のスキンケア組成物。
- 前記コポリマー粒子が、コポリマー粒子の外部と接触した状態で1つ以上の相内にリン酸基を有する二相コポリマー粒子である、請求項1に記載のスキンケア組成物。
- UVA及びUVB損傷から皮膚を保護する方法であって、前記方法が、前記皮膚に日焼け止め組成物を局所塗布することを含み、前記日焼け止め組成物が、
(a)前記組成物の重量に基づいて、0.1~20重量%の無機金属酸化物粒子であって、前記無機金属酸化物粒子が、ZnO及びTiO2を含み、ZnOのTiO2に対する比率が、1:1~9:5である、無機金属酸化物粒子と、
(b)前記組成物の重量に基づいて、水性媒体中に分散した0.1~15重量%のコポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子が、(i)0.1~20重量%のリン酸モノマーであって、2-ホスホエチルメタクリレートを含むリン酸モノマー並びに(ii)80~99.9重量%のコモノマーであってブチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート及びメタクリル酸を含むコモノマー由来の重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子と、
(c)皮膚科学的に許容される担体と、を含む、方法。 - ZnO及びTiO2を含む無機金属酸化物粒子を含有する日焼け止め組成物のSPFまたはUV吸収を促進する方法であって、ZnOのTiO2に対する比率が、1:1~9:5であり、前記方法が、水性媒体中に分散したコポリマー粒子を含めるステップを含み、前記コポリマー粒子が、(i)0.1~20重量%のリン酸モノマーであって、2-ホスホエチルメタクリレートを含むリン酸モノマー並びに(ii)80~99.9重量%のコモノマーであってブチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート及びメタクリル酸を含むコモノマー由来の重合単位を含む、方法。
