Claims (7)
- 第1骨の関節空間内に収容されるようにサイズ決めされ構成され、第1表面と第2表面との間で延びる本体を規定する第1スペーサと、
ガイドアダプタとガイド本体とを含む調整可能なガイドであって、前記ガイドアダプタは、前記調整可能なガイドを前記第1スペーサに結合されるように構成され、前記ガイド本体は、前記ガイドアダプタに対して第1軸に沿って調整できる調整可能なガイドと、を含み、前記ガイドアダプタは、平坦な本体を含み、前記第1スペーサは、その中に少なくとも部分的に平坦な本体を収容するようにサイズ決めされ構成された相補的なスロットを規定し、前記平坦な本体は、前記スロットの内面に力を加えて前記ガイドアダプタを前記第1スペーサに対して固定された位置に保持する少なくとも一つの板ばね要素を規定する、システム。 - 前記ガイド本体は、前記第1軸上に前記ガイド本体から延び、前記ガイドアダプタから延びる結合要素を収容するようにサイズ決めされ構成されたスロットを規定するために離隔された第1脚と第2脚とを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイド本体の前記第1脚及び第2脚にロック力を加えるために前記結合要素上に収容されるように構成されたロック要素を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック要素は、本体、および、前記本体の周りに延び、前記ロック要素が前記調整可能なガイドに対して締め付けられる際に、前記本体が圧縮されて前記ロック要素から前記調整可能なガイドに加えられる力を増加させる1つ以上の螺旋状チャネルを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記結合要素は、外部ねじ山を規定し、前記ロック要素は、内部ねじ山を有するチャネルを規定する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイド本体は、切除スロットを規定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイド本体は、前記ガイド本体を介して延び、前記第1骨にガイド要素を位置決めするように構成された少なくとも一つの孔を規定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
