Claims (1)
- 流体に試料を注入して試料中の目的成分を吸光光度法によって定量する流れ分析法であって、試料ごとに吸光度を測定して得られるピーク信号の解析において、ベースラインからの変化量を積算してピーク面積を演算することによって目的成分を定量するに当たり、ベースラインの上下に一対のピークが現れた際、当該一対のピークについてベースラインからの変化量をそれぞれ正・負の値として全て積算してピーク面積を演算することを特徴とする流れ分析法。
