フッ素を一個以上有するフルオロエチレンと、水と、酸素とを含み、
前記水の含有量は、前記フルオロエチレンの質量を基準として100質量ppm以下であり、
前記酸素の含有量は、前記フルオロエチレンを基準として0.35mol%以下である、フルオロエチレン組成物。

前記フルオロエチレンは、1,2-ジフルオロエチレン及びトリフルオロエチレンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上である、項1に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。

前記フルオロエチレンは、1,2-ジフルオロエチレンである、項2に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。

前記1,2-ジフルオロエチレンは、トランス-1,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HFO-1132(E))及び/又はシス-1,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HFO-1132(Z))である、項2又は3に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。

さらにポリアルキレングリコール、ポリオールエステル及びポリビニルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。

熱媒体、冷媒、発泡剤、溶媒、洗浄剤、噴射剤又は消火剤に用いられる、項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。

フッ素を一個以上有するフルオロエチレンと、水と、酸素とを含み、前記酸素の含有量は、前記フルオロエチレンを基準として0.35mol%以下であるフルオロエチレン組成物の安定化方法であって、
前記水の含有量を、前記フルオロエチレンの質量を基準として100質量ppm以下に調節する工程を備える、安定化方法。
1,2-ジフルオロエチレンは1,1,2-トリフルオロエタン(HFC143)の脱フッ酸をすることで製造した。なお、得られた1,2-ジフルオロエチレンは、ポーラスポリマーの通過等によって脱水処理した。処理後の1,2-ジフルオロエチレン中の水分量をカールフィッシャー水分測定装置により測定したところ、水は検出されなかった。また、この1,2-ジフルオロエチレン中、E体は60%、Z体は40%であった。さらに、1,2-ジフルオロエチレンに含まれる不純物は下記の通りであった。

1-クロロ-1,2-ジフルオロエタン(HCFC-142a)、
1,2-ジフルオロエタン(HFC-152)、
ジフルオロメタン(HFC-32)、
フルオロメタン(HFC-41)、
クロロジフルオロメタン(HCFC-22)、
1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(HFC-134a)、
1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエタン(HFC-134)、
ペンタフルオロエタン(HFC-125)、
2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO-1234yf)、
1,2,3,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロペン(HFO-1225ye)、
1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO-1234ze)、
フルオロエチレン(HFO-1141)、
3,3,3-トリフルオロプロペン(HFO-1243zf)、
1,1-ジフルオロエチレン(HFO-1132a)、
1-クロロ-2,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HCFO-1122)、
1-クロロ-1,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HCFO-1122a)、
エチレン、プロピレン、アセチレン」
これらの不純物の総量は、1,2-ジフルオロエチレンの質量を基準として10000質量ppm以下であった。
実施例で使用した1,2-ジフルオロエチレンに水を添加しなかったこと、あるいは酸素を添加しなかったこと以外は実施例と同様の方法で、水を含まず、酸素量が所定の割合で調節された表1に示す各フルオロエチレン組成物を得た。
(フルオロエチレンの安定性試験1)
上記実施例及び比較例で得られたフルオロエチレン組成物の各々について、以下のように安定性試験を行った。片側を溶封済みのガラス製チューブ(ID8mmΦ×OD12mmΦ×L300mm)に、フルオロエチレン組成物を1,2-ジフルオロエチレンの含有量が0.01molとなるように加えた。チューブは溶封により密閉状態とした。このチューブを150℃の雰囲気下の恒温槽内に静置させ、この状態で1週間保持した。その後、恒温槽からチューブを取り出して冷却し、外観を確認するとともにチューブ内のガス中の酸分の分析を行うことで、フルオロエチレンの安定性を評価した。

- フッ素を一個以上有するフルオロエチレンと、水と、酸素とを含み、
前記水の含有量は、前記フルオロエチレンの質量を基準として0.1質量ppm以上、100質量ppm以下であり、
前記酸素の含有量は、前記フルオロエチレンを基準として0.0001mol%以上、0.35mol%以下である、フルオロエチレン組成物。 - 前記フルオロエチレンは、1,2-ジフルオロエチレン及びトリフルオロエチレンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。
- 前記フルオロエチレンは、1,2-ジフルオロエチレンである、請求項2に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。
- 前記1,2-ジフルオロエチレンは、トランス-1,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HFO-1132(E))及び/又はシス-1,2-ジフルオロエチレン(HFO-1132(Z))である、請求項2又は3に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。
- さらにポリアルキレングリコール、ポリオールエステル及びポリビニルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。
- 熱媒体、冷媒、発泡剤、溶媒、洗浄剤、噴射剤又は消火剤に用いられる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のフルオロエチレン組成物。
