Description

The present invention relates mainly to the wall structure and the building of a wooden building to which the window sash is attached, and more particularly to the wall structure and the building of the building to which the window sash is attached so-called internally and having a ventilation layer.

Traditionally, there have been buildings that have been popular mainly in Europe and are equipped with window sashes that are so-called internal installations. In recent years, wooden buildings in Japan have been provided with a ventilation layer to prevent moisture. Buildings that have been made are gradually spreading.
As a wall structure of this type of building, for example, the one published in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-50503 (Patent Document 1) is known. As shown in FIG. 4A, the wall structure Ka of this building forms a skeleton opening 101 in the skeleton 100, and forms a window opening 102 in a member in the skeleton opening 101 that forms the skeleton opening 101. As an outer wall member that fixes a frame-shaped window sash 104 provided with a window 103, has an opening 111 that exposes the window opening 102 of the window sash 104, and covers the outer surface of the skeleton 100 via a ventilation layer 106. An outer wall plate 110 is provided.

The window sash 104 includes an upper frame (not shown), a lower frame (not shown), and a pair of left and right vertical frames 107. The window sash 104 is fitted into a wooden frame member 108 forming the skeleton opening 101 via, for example, a spacer 109, and is fixed by a screw or the like (not shown). The outer wall plate 110 is fixed to a furring strip (not shown), and forms a ventilation layer 106 inside to prevent moisture. 112 is a waterproof tape attached between the finding surface 113 of the window sash 104 and the outer surface of the frame member 108, and 114 is a waterproof sheet attached to the outer surface of the skeleton 100 including the waterproof tape 112. The edge portion 110a corresponding to the upper frame of the window sash 104 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 107 and forming the opening 111 of the outer wall plate 110 covers a part of the finding surface 113 of the window sash 104, and this end A backup material 115 and a sealing material 116 are provided between the edge portion 110a and the finding surface 113, and the end surface 110b of the outer wall plate 110 and the sealing material 116 form an outer wall prospective surface 117. Although not shown, a draining plate fixed to the frame member 108 and covering the end surface of the outer wall plate 110 is provided on the lower frame side of the window sash 104. In the figure, 118 is an interior material.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2021-50503

By the way, in the wall structure of the above-mentioned conventional building, the waterproof sheet 114 is attached to the skeleton 100, but there is a problem that the heat insulating property is inferior. Therefore, in order to improve the heat insulating property, as shown in FIG. 4B, it is conceivable to replace the waterproof sheet 114 or provide a heat insulating material 200 inside the waterproof sheet 114 to provide so-called external heat insulation. However, when the heat insulating material 200 is provided, the distance between the edge portion 110a of the outer wall plate 110 and the finding surface 113 of the window sash 104 becomes larger by the thickness of the heat insulating material 200, and in particular, ventilation is provided inside the outer wall plate 110. Since the layer 106 is provided, it becomes difficult to fix the backup material 115 and the sealing material 116, it becomes difficult to form the outer wall prospective surface 117, and there arises a problem that the heat insulating material 200 cannot be simply provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, it is also conceivable to integrally bend the end edge portion 110a of the outer wall plate 110 into an L shape to provide a bent portion 201 forming the outer wall prospective surface 117. However, since the heat insulating material 200 has various thicknesses in the range of, for example, 30 mm to 120 mm, it is necessary to prepare an outer wall plate 110 in which the bent portion 201 is made in accordance with the thickness of the heat insulating material 200. As a result, manufacturing and adjustment become complicated, and the cost increases. Further, since it is necessary to seal the bent portion 201 and the finding surface 113 of the window sash 104, the backup material 115 and the sealing material 116 must be provided in the end, which increases the cost and impairs the appearance quality. There's a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wall structure and a building having improved heat insulating properties without increasing the cost.

In order to achieve such an object, the wall structure of the building of the present invention forms a skeleton opening in the skeleton, and a frame-shaped window in which the window opening is formed in the member forming the skeleton opening in the skeleton opening. In a building wall structure having an opening for fixing a sash and exposing the window opening of the window sash and providing an outer wall member for covering the outer surface of the skeleton with a ventilation layer.
A plate-shaped first heat insulating material is attached to the outer surface of the skeleton and outside the outer edge of the window sash.
It straddles between the found surface of all or part of the periphery of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the skeleton opening, is joined to the first heat insulating material, and has a larger thickness than the first heat insulating material. Attach the second heat insulating material,
A base plate is provided so as to cover the second heat insulating material to form a ventilation layer between the second heat insulating material and the first heat insulating material and to form a prospective base surface for the outer wall together with the second heat insulating material.
A plastered wall material is applied to the outer surface of the base plate and the prospective base surface of the outer wall, and the outer wall member is composed of the base plate and the plastered wall material.

Here, as the window sash, a resin such as a hard vinyl chloride resin, a metal such as aluminum, wood, or a composite of these can be selected. In the case of a rigid vinyl chloride resin, the thermal conductivity is about 1200 times lower than that of aluminum, and the heat insulating property is excellent. Further, in the case of wood, although the weather resistance is inferior, the thermal conductivity is about 1700 to 2300 times lower than that of aluminum, and the heat insulating performance is equal to or higher than that of resin.

With this configuration, since the skeleton is covered with the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material, the heat insulating performance can be significantly improved. In particular, since the second heat insulating material is joined to the first heat insulating material, there is no gap between them, and the second heat insulating material is attached so as to straddle between the found surface of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the skeleton opening. Since the gap between the window sash and the skeleton opening is closed, the heat insulating property can be further improved.

Further, since the second heat insulating material has a larger thickness than the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily secure the width of the ventilation layer by the base plate covering the second heat insulating material. Moreover, since the second heat insulating material is separate from the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily prepare a material having a thickness larger than this according to the thickness of the first heat insulating material, and the adjustment is easy accordingly. Can be easy to build. Further, since the second heat insulating material is attached so as to straddle between the finding surface of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the skeleton opening, it can be fixed to the member forming the skeleton opening with a screw or the like. It can be secured. If the second heat insulating material is of a size to be attached only to the window sash, it is not easy to attach the window sash to the finding surface. Further, even if the backup material and the sealing material are not provided one by one as in the conventional case, it can be covered only by the second heat insulating material. As a result, durability is improved and cost can be reduced.

Further, the outer wall member can be formed by applying the plastered wall material to the outer surface of the base plate and the prospective base surface of the outer wall, and generally, the base plate and the plastered wall material are compared with the above-mentioned conventional outer wall plate. Is inexpensive, so cost reduction can be achieved in this respect as well. In particular, since the outer wall expected base surface is coated with the plastered wall material, the outer wall expected base surface can be covered without gaps, and therefore the appearance quality of the outer wall expected base surface formed by the plaster wall material can be improved. Furthermore, since the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material are provided, materials of different types can be used. As a result, as the first heat insulating material, a material that is difficult to apply the plaster wall material but has high heat insulating properties is selected, and for the second heat insulating material, a material that is easy to apply the plaster wall material even if the heat insulating performance is slightly inferior. You can select the one, and you can improve the versatility.

More specifically, in the wall structure of the building of the present invention, a skeleton opening is formed in a skeleton having an outer surface, and an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right are used as members in the skeleton opening that form the skeleton opening. A frame-shaped window sash that forms a window opening is fixed by a pair of vertical frames, has an opening for exposing the window opening of the window sash, and is provided with an outer wall member that covers the outer surface of the skeleton via a ventilation layer. In the wall structure of the building
A plate-shaped first heat insulating material having an end surface on the outer edge side of the window sash, which is outside the outer edge of the window sash, is attached to the outer surface of the skeleton.
Corresponding to the upper frame of the window sash and a pair of left and right vertical frames, it is outside the window opening edge of the window opening of the window sash and is between the found surface of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the skeleton opening. A second heat insulating material having one side surface joined to the end face of the first heat insulating material and the other side surface on the window opening edge side and having a thickness larger than that of the first heat insulating material is attached.
A base plate having an open end surface that faces the first heat insulating material and forms a ventilation layer between the first heat insulating material and exposes the window opening of the window sash is provided.
The open end faces of the base plate corresponding to the upper frame of the window sash and the pair of left and right vertical frames are formed flush with the other side surface of the second heat insulating material, and the open end face of the base plate and the second heat insulating material are formed. Forming a prospective base surface for the outer wall with other sides,
A plastered wall material is applied to the outer surface of the base plate and the prospective base surface of the outer wall, and the outer wall member is composed of the base plate and the plastered wall material.

Then, if necessary, the lower frame of the window sash is supported by the member forming the skeleton opening via the support member, and the lower frame of the window sash corresponds to the outside of the window opening edge of the window opening. (1) A third heat insulating material having one side surface joined to the end face of the heat insulating material and the other side surface on the window opening edge side is provided, and the support member covers the other side surface of the third heat insulating material and the open end face of the base plate. It has a structure with a drain plate. Even in the lower frame of the window sash provided with the draining plate, the heat insulating effect can be obtained by the first heat insulating material, the support member and the third heat insulating material.

Further, if necessary, the skeleton is flush with the frame member to which the window sash is fixed and the finding surface of the window sash on the outer surface side of the frame member, and constitutes the skeleton opening together with the frame member. A structural plate is provided, and the second heat insulating material is formed into a rectangular cross section. Since the structural plate and the window sash are found to be flush with each other, there is no step, and the second heat insulating material can be easily attached with a rectangular cross section, and cost reduction can be achieved in this respect as well.

In this case, it is effective to fix the second heat insulating material to the frame member with a screw via a structural plate. Although it is not easy to attach the window sash to the finding surface, it is fixed to the frame member with screws via a structural plate, so that the second heat insulating material can be securely fixed.

Further, if necessary, the dimension between the outer edge of the window sash and the window opening edge of the window opening of the window sash is set to D, and the outer edge of the window sash and the prospective outer wall surface formed by the coated wall material When the dimension between them is L, the configuration is such that L ≧ 0.7D. As a result, the second heat insulating material and the painted wall material cover 70% or more of the found surface of the window sash, so that the heat bridge due to the window sash can be suppressed as much as possible, and therefore the heat insulating property is further improved. Can be made to.

Further, the building of the present invention is in a building having the wall structure of the above-mentioned building. It has the same effects and effects as above.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the skeleton is covered with the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material, the heat insulating performance can be significantly improved.

Since the second heat insulating material has a larger thickness than the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily secure the width of the ventilation layer by the base plate covering the second heat insulating material.

Hereinafter, the wall structure and the building according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wall structure K of the building according to the embodiment of the present invention is a member that forms a skeleton opening 2 in the skeleton 1 and forms the skeleton opening 2 in the skeleton opening 2. A frame-shaped window sash 10 having a window 11 and forming a window opening 12 is fixed, and an opening 31 for exposing the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is provided, and the outer surface 3 of the skeleton 1 is passed through a ventilation layer 4. It is configured by providing an outer wall member 30 to cover. In the embodiment, the window sash 10 is made of a well-known resin member such as a rigid vinyl chloride resin, and the upper frame 13, the lower frame 14, and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 form the window opening 12. It is formed in a shape.

Specifically, the skeleton 1 has a wooden frame member 5 to which the window sash 10 is fixed, and a skeleton opening 2 which is flush with the finding surface 16 of the window sash 10 on the outer surface 6 side of the frame member 5 together with the frame member 5. A structural plate 17 is provided. The upper frame 13 of the window sash 10 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 are fixed to the frame member 5 via a spacer 18 with screws or the like. An interior material 20 is provided on the indoor side via a moisture-proof sheet 19, and a heat insulating material 21 such as glass wool is provided between the structural plate 17 and the moisture-proof sheet 19. 22 is a window sill.

The outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 of the skeleton 1 (the outer surface 3 of the skeleton 1) is a plate-shaped first heat insulating plate having an end surface 41 outside the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and having an end surface 41 on the outer edge 10a side of the window sash 10. The material 40 is attached. As the first heat insulating material 40, for example, one made of foamed phenol resin is used. The first heat insulating material 40 is pressed by the furring strip 63, and is fixed to the frame member 5 with a screw 42 together with the furring strip 63 via a structural plate 17.

A second heat insulating material 50 is provided corresponding to the upper frame 13 of the window sash 10 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15. The second heat insulating material 50 has one side surface 51 joined to the end surface 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 and the other side surface 52 on the window opening edge 12a side, and has a rectangular cross section having a thickness larger than that of the first heat insulating material 40. A structural plate 17 corresponding to a frame member 5 which is outside the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 and is a member forming the finding surface 16 of the window sash 10 and the skeleton opening 2. It is attached so as to straddle the outer surface 17a of the. In this case, the second heat insulating material 50 has a dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the outer wall prospective base surface 62 (the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50) formed by the second heat insulating material 50 as La. When this is done, La = (0.6 to 0.9) D is set.

As the second heat insulating material 50, for example, a bead method polystyrene foam produced by firing styrene particles is used. Polystyrene foam has a good compatibility with the plaster wall material 80 described later, and the coating is reliable. The second heat insulating material 50 is fixed to the frame member 5 with a screw 53 via a structural plate 17. In this case, since the outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 and the finding surface 16 of the window sash 10 are flush with each other, there is no step, and the second heat insulating material 50 can be easily attached with a rectangular cross section. In addition, since the installation becomes easy, the cost can be reduced accordingly.

Further, a base plate 60 having an open end surface 61 that forms a ventilation layer 4 facing the first heat insulating material 40 and exposes the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is provided. ing. The open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 corresponding to the upper frame 13 of the window sash 10 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 is formed flush with the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50. Then, the open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 and the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50 form a prospective base surface 62 for the outer wall. The base plate 60 is attached to the furring strip 63 fixed to the first heat insulating material 40. A protective sheet 64 is laid on the surface of the first heat insulating material 40 that constitutes the ventilation layer 4 together with the base plate 60.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, on the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, the lower frame 14 is supported by the frame member 5 via the support member 70. The end surface 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 and the structural plate are located outside the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 (outside the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 in the embodiment) corresponding to the lower frame 14 of the window sash 10. A third heat insulating material 74 having one side surface 72 joined to the end surface 17b of 17 and the other side surface 73 on the window opening edge 12a side is provided. On the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, the open end face 61 of the base plate 60 is on the same level as the end face 41 of the first heat insulating material 40. The support member 70 is attached with a draining plate 75 that is inclined downward and covers the other side surface 73 of the third heat insulating material 74 and the open end surface 61 of the base plate 60. Reference numeral 76 is a caulking material interposed between the open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 and the draining plate 75.

Then, the plaster wall material 80 is applied to the outer surface of the base plate 60 and the prospective base surface 62 of the outer wall. As the plastered wall material 80, for example, well-known plaster can be mentioned. The outer wall member 30 is composed of the base plate 60 and the plastered wall material 80. The plastered wall material 80 applied to the outer wall prospective base surface 62 forms the outer wall prospective surface 81.

In this case, the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is set to D, and the outer wall prospective surface 81 formed by the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the painted wall material 80. When the dimension between and is L, L ≧ 0.7D.

Therefore, according to the wall structure K of this building and the building using the same, since the skeleton 1 is covered with the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50, the heat insulating performance can be significantly improved. In particular, since the second heat insulating material 50 is joined to the first heat insulating material 40, there is no gap between them, and the second heat insulating material 50 is a member forming the finding surface 16 of the window sash 10 and the skeleton opening 2. Since it is attached so as to straddle the outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 corresponding to the frame member 5, the gap between the window sash 10 and the skeleton opening 2 is closed, so that the heat insulating property can be further improved. can.

Further, since the second heat insulating material 50 has a larger thickness than the first heat insulating material 40, it is possible to easily secure the width of the ventilation layer 4 by the base plate 60 covering the second heat insulating material 50. Moreover, since the second heat insulating material 50 is separate from the first heat insulating material 40, it is possible to easily prepare a material having a thickness larger than that according to the thickness of the first heat insulating material 40, and the adjustment is made accordingly. Is easy and can be easily constructed. Further, since the second heat insulating material 50 is fixed to the frame member 5 with a screw 42 via the structural plate 17, the fixing can be ensured. If the second heat insulating material 50 has a size attached only to the window sash 10, it is not easy to attach the window sash 10 to the finding surface 16. Further, even if the backup material and the sealing material are not provided one by one as in the conventional case, it can be covered only by the second heat insulating material 50. As a result, durability is improved and cost can be reduced.

Further, by applying the plaster wall material 80 to the outer surface of the base plate 60 and the prospective base surface 62 of the outer wall, the outer wall member 30 can be formed, and generally, the base plate is compared with the above-mentioned conventional outer wall plate. Since the 60 and the plastered wall material 80 are inexpensive, the cost can be reduced in this respect as well. In particular, since the outer wall prospective base surface 62 is applied by the plaster wall material 80, the outer wall prospective base surface 62 can be covered without gaps, and therefore the appearance quality of the outer wall prospective base surface 81 formed by the plaster wall material 80 is improved. be able to. Furthermore, since the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50 are provided, materials of different types can be used. As a result, as the first heat insulating material 40, a material that is difficult to apply the plastered wall material 80 but has high heat insulating properties is selected, and the second heat insulating material 50 has the plastered wall material 80 even if the heat insulating performance is slightly inferior. It is possible to select a material that is easy to apply, and it is possible to improve versatility.

Furthermore, the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is set to D, and the outer wall expected bottom formed by the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the second heat insulating material 50. The dimension between the ground 62 (the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50) was La, and the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the prospective outer wall surface 81 formed by the coated wall material 80 was L. At this time, since La = (0.6 to 0.9) D and L ≧ 0.7D, the finding surface 16 of the window sash 10 is 70% or more by the second heat insulating material 50 and the coated wall material 80. Since it covers the window sash 10, the heat bridge due to the window sash 10 can be suppressed as much as possible, and therefore the heat insulating property can be further improved.

Further, since the protective sheet 64 is laid on the surface of the first heat insulating material 40 constituting the ventilation layer 4, the function of the ventilation layer can be improved and the heat insulating property can be improved. .. Also on the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, the window sash 10 is supported by the support member 70, and the third heat insulating material 74 joined to the end face 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 is provided. 40, the support member 70 and the third heat insulating material 74 can exert a heat insulating effect.

In the above embodiment, the materials of the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50 are not limited to the above-mentioned materials, and may be changed as appropriate. However, for the second heat insulating material 50, it is desirable to select a material that is well compatible with the plaster wall material 80. The material of the plaster wall material 80 is not limited to the above-mentioned one, and may be changed as appropriate. Further, in the above embodiment, the configuration of the skeleton 1, the configuration of the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, and the configuration of the indoor side are not limited to those described above, and may be appropriately changed. It is easy for one of ordinary skill in the art to make many changes to these exemplary embodiments without substantial departure from the novel teachings and effects of the invention, many of which are within the scope of the invention. included.
