Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wall structure and a building mainly made of wood to which a window sash is attached, and more particularly to a wall structure and a building to which a window sash is attached in a so-called internal manner and has a ventilation layer.

Traditionally, it has been popular mainly in Europe, and there are buildings where window sashes with windows are installed inside the building. Buildings with
As a wall structure of this type of building, for example, the structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2021-50503 (Patent Document 1) is known. As shown in FIG. 4(a), the wall structure Ka of this building forms a frame opening 101 in a frame 100, and forms a window opening 102 in a member forming the frame opening 101 inside the frame opening 101. A frame-shaped window sash 104 provided with a dovetail window 103 is fixed, has an opening 111 for exposing the window opening 102 of this window sash 104, and serves as an outer wall member covering the outer surface of the frame 100 via a ventilation layer 106. An outer wall plate 110 is provided.

The window sash 104 comprises an upper frame (not shown), a lower frame (not shown) and a pair of left and right vertical frames 107 . The window sash 104 is inserted into a wooden frame member 108 forming the frame opening 101 via, for example, a spacer 109 and fixed with a screw or the like (not shown). The outer wall plate 110 is fixed to a furring strip (not shown) and forms a ventilation layer 106 inside to prevent moisture. Reference numeral 112 denotes a waterproof tape attached between the facing surface 113 of the window sash 104 and the outer surface of the frame member 108; An edge portion 110a corresponding to the upper frame of the window sash 104 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 107 and forming the opening 111 of the outer wall plate 110 covers a part of the viewing surface 113 of the window sash 104. A backup material 115 and a sealing material 116 are provided between the edge portion 110 a and the facing surface 113 , and the end surface 110 b of the external wall plate 110 and the sealing material 116 form an external wall projected surface 117 . Although not shown, a draining plate is provided on the lower frame side of the window sash 104 and fixed to the frame member 108 to cover the end surface of the outer wall plate 110 . 118 in the figure is an interior material.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-50503

By the way, in the conventional wall structure of the building described above, although the waterproof sheet 114 is attached to the frame 100, there is a problem that the insulation is inferior. Therefore, in order to improve the heat insulation, as shown in FIG. 4B, it is conceivable to provide a heat insulating material 200 instead of the waterproof sheet 114 or inside the waterproof sheet 114 for so-called outer heat insulation. However, when the heat insulating material 200 is provided, the distance between the edge portion 110a of the outer wall panel 110 and the facing surface 113 of the window sash 104 increases by the thickness of the heat insulating material 200. The provision of the layer 106 also makes it difficult to fix the backup material 115 and the sealing material 116, makes it difficult to form the exterior wall projection surface 117, and simply causes the problem that the heat insulating material 200 cannot be provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4(c), it is conceivable that the edge portion 110a of the outer wall plate 110 is integrally bent into an L-shape to provide a bent portion 201 forming the outer wall projected surface 117. FIG. However, since the heat insulating material 200 has various thicknesses in the range of, for example, 30 mm to 120 mm, it is necessary to prepare the outer wall plate 110 having the bent portion 201 made to match the thickness of the heat insulating material 200. Therefore, manufacturing and adjustment become complicated, and the cost increases accordingly. In addition, since it is necessary to seal the bent portion 201 and the facing surface 113 of the window sash 104, the backup material 115 and the sealing material 116 must be provided after all, which increases the cost and deteriorates the appearance quality. There's a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a wall structure of a building and a building in which heat insulation is improved without increasing the cost.

In order to achieve such an object, the wall structure of the building of the present invention is a frame-shaped window in which a frame opening is formed in a frame and a window opening is formed in a member forming the frame opening within the frame opening. In the wall structure of a building provided with an outer wall member that fixes a sash, has an opening that exposes the window opening of the window sash, and covers the outer surface of the frame through a ventilation layer,
A plate-shaped first heat insulating material is attached to the outer surface of the frame and outside the outer edge of the window sash,
It is joined to the first heat insulating material and has a thickness dimension larger than the first heat insulating material, straddling between the entire or part of the outer surface of the periphery of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the opening of the frame. A second heat insulating material is attached,
providing a base plate covering the second heat insulating material to form a ventilation layer between the first heat insulating material and forming a base surface for the outer wall together with the second heat insulating material;
A plastering wall material is applied to the outer surface of the base plate and the expected base surface of the outer wall, and the base plate and the plastering wall material form an outer wall member.

Here, as the window sash, it is possible to select a sash made of resin such as rigid vinyl chloride resin, metal such as aluminum, wood, or a combination thereof. In the case of hard vinyl chloride resin, the thermal conductivity is about 1200 times lower than that of aluminum, and it is excellent in heat insulation. In the case of wood, although it is inferior in weather resistance, its thermal conductivity is about 1,700 to 2,300 times lower than that of aluminum, and its heat insulation performance is equal to or better than that of resin.

With this configuration, since the frame is covered with the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material, the heat insulation performance can be greatly improved. In particular, since the second heat insulating material is joined to the first heat insulating material, there is no gap between them, and the second heat insulating material is attached straddling between the facing surface of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the frame opening. Since the gap between the window sash and the frame opening is closed, the heat insulating property can be further improved.

Moreover, since the second heat insulating material has a larger thickness dimension than the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily secure the width of the ventilation layer by the base plate covering the second heat insulating material. Moreover, since the second heat insulating material is a separate member from the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily prepare a material having a thickness larger than that of the first heat insulating material, thereby facilitating adjustment. Easy to build. Furthermore, since the second heat insulating material is attached across the face of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the frame opening, it can be fixed to the member forming the frame opening with screws or the like. fixation can be ensured. If the second heat insulating material is of a size that can be attached only to the window sash, it will not be easy to attach it to the facing surface of the window sash. In addition, it is possible to cover only the second heat insulating material without providing a backup material and a sealing material one by one as in the conventional art. As a result, the durability is improved and the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, by applying the plastering wall material to the outer surface of the base plate and the expected outer wall base surface, the exterior wall member can be constructed. is inexpensive, so the cost can be reduced in this respect as well. In particular, since the expected outer wall base surface is coated with the plastered wall material, the expected outer wall base surface can be covered without gaps, so that the appearance quality of the expected outer wall surface formed by the plastered wall material can be improved. Furthermore, since the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material are provided, materials of different types can be used. As a result, as the first heat insulating material, a material that is difficult to be coated with the wall material but has high heat insulation is selected, and for the second heat insulating material, a material that is easy to be coated with the wall material is selected even if the heat insulating performance is somewhat inferior. can be selected, and versatility can be improved.

More specifically, in the wall structure of a building of the present invention, a frame opening is formed in a frame having an outer surface, and members forming the frame opening within the frame opening include an upper frame, a lower frame and left and right frames. A frame-shaped window sash forming a window opening is fixed by a pair of vertical frames, and an outer wall member having an opening for exposing the window opening of the window sash and covering the outer surface of the frame via a ventilation layer is provided. In the wall structure of the building,
A plate-shaped first heat insulating material having an end face outside the outer edge of the window sash and on the outer edge side of the window sash is attached to the outer surface of the frame,
Corresponding to the upper frame and the pair of left and right vertical frames of the window sash, and outside the edge of the window opening of the window sash, between the face of the window sash and the outer surface of the member forming the frame opening A second heat insulating material having one side surface joined to the end face of the first heat insulating material and the other side surface on the window opening edge side and having a thickness dimension larger than that of the first heat insulating material is attached,
providing a base plate facing the first heat insulating material and forming a ventilation layer between the first heat insulating material and having an open end face exposing the window opening of the window sash;
The open end surface of the base plate corresponding to the upper frame and the pair of left and right vertical frames of the window sash is formed flush with the other side surface of the second heat insulating material, and the open end surface of the base plate and the second heat insulating material are formed. The other side surface of the
A plastering wall material is applied to the outer surface of the base plate and the expected outer wall base surface, and the base plate and the plastering wall material constitute an exterior wall member.

If necessary, the lower frame of the window sash is supported by the member forming the frame opening via a support member, and the window sash is positioned outside the window opening edge of the window opening corresponding to the lower frame of the window sash. A third heat insulating material having one side surface joined to the end surface of the heat insulating material and the other side surface on the window opening edge side is provided, and the support member covers the other side surface of the third heat insulating member and the open end surface of the base plate. It is configured with a draining board. Also in the lower frame of the window sash provided with the drain plate, the first heat insulating material, the supporting member and the third heat insulating material can exhibit a heat insulating effect.

In addition, if necessary, the frame member includes a frame member to which the window sash is fixed, and an outer surface of the frame member that is flush with the facing surface of the window sash and forms the frame opening together with the frame member. A structural plate is provided, and the second heat insulating material is formed to have a rectangular cross section. Since the facing surfaces of the structural plate and the window sash are flush with each other, there is no difference in level, and the second heat insulating material can be easily attached with a rectangular cross section, which also contributes to cost reduction.

In this case, it is effective to fix the second heat insulating material to the frame member with screws via a structural plate. Although it is not easy to attach the window sash to the facing surface, it is fixed to the frame member with screws through the structural plate, so that the second heat insulating material can be securely fixed.

Further, if necessary, the dimension between the outer edge of the window sash and the edge of the window opening of the window sash is D, and the distance between the outer edge of the window sash and the expected outer wall surface formed by the plastered wall material. The configuration is such that L≧0.7D, where L is the dimension between the two. As a result, more than 70% of the facing surface of the window sash is covered by the second heat insulating material and the plaster wall material, so heat bridging due to the window sash can be suppressed as much as possible, and heat insulation is further improved. can be made

And also the building of the invention resides in a building comprising the wall structure of the above building. The same functions and effects as those described above are obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the frame is covered with the first heat insulating material and the second heat insulating material, the heat insulation performance can be significantly improved.

Since the second heat insulating material is thicker than the first heat insulating material, it is possible to easily ensure the width of the ventilation layer by the base plate covering the second heat insulating material.

A wall structure of a building and a building according to embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wall structure K of the building according to the embodiment of the present invention has a frame opening 2 formed in a frame 1, and a member forming the frame opening 2 inside the frame opening 2. A frame-shaped window sash 10 having a window 11 and forming a window opening 12 is fixed to the frame, and an opening 31 for exposing the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is provided, and the outer surface 3 of the frame 1 is exposed through the ventilation layer 4. It is configured by providing an outer wall member 30 for covering. In the embodiment, the window sash 10 is made of a well-known resin member such as hard vinyl chloride resin. formed in the shape of

Specifically, the frame 1 includes a wooden frame member 5 to which the window sash 10 is fixed, and a frame member 5 that is flush with the facing surface 16 of the window sash 10 on the side of the outer surface 6 of the frame member 5 and defines the frame opening 2 together with the frame member 5 . It has a structural plate 17 to construct. The upper frame 13 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 of the window sash 10 are fixed to the frame member 5 with screws or the like via spacers 18 . An interior material 20 is provided on the indoor side via a moisture-proof sheet 19 , and a heat insulating material 21 such as glass wool is provided between the structural plate 17 and the moisture-proof sheet 19 . 22 is a window sill.

On the outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 of the frame 1 (the outer surface 3 of the frame 1), a plate-like first heat insulator having an end surface 41 outside the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and on the side of the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10. A material 40 is attached. For the first heat insulating material 40, for example, one made of foamed phenolic resin is used. The first heat insulating material 40 is held down by furring strips 63 and fixed to the frame member 5 with screws 42 via the structural plate 17 together with the furring strips 63 .

A second heat insulating material 50 is provided corresponding to the upper frame 13 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 of the window sash 10 . The second heat insulating material 50 has one side surface 51 joined to the end surface 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 and the other side surface 52 on the side of the window opening edge 12a, and has a rectangular cross-sectional shape with a larger thickness dimension than the first heat insulating material 40. A structural plate 17 corresponding to the frame member 5 which is a member which is outside the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 and forms the viewing surface 16 of the window sash 10 and the frame opening 2 It is attached straddling between the outer surface 17a of the . In this case, for the second heat insulating material 50, the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the outer wall prospective base surface 62 (the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50) formed by the second heat insulating material 50 is defined as La. , La=(0.6 to 0.9)D.

As the second heat insulating material 50, for example, a bead-method polystyrene foam made by foaming styrene grains is used. The polystyrene foam is well matched with the wall coating material 80, which will be described later, so that the coating is ensured. The second heat insulating material 50 is fixed to the frame member 5 with screws 53 via the structural plate 17 . In this case, since the outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 and the facing surface 16 of the window sash 10 are flush with each other, there is no difference in level, and the second heat insulating material 50 having a rectangular cross section can be easily attached. In addition, since the attachment is facilitated, the cost can be reduced accordingly.

In addition, a base plate 60 having an open end surface 61 that exposes the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is provided while forming the ventilation layer 4 between the first heat insulating material 40 and facing the first heat insulating material 40. ing. The open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 corresponding to the upper frame 13 and the pair of left and right vertical frames 15 of the window sash 10 is flush with the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50 . The open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 and the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50 form an outer wall prospective base surface 62 . The base plate 60 is attached to furring strips 63 fixed to the first heat insulating material 40 . A protective sheet 64 is laid on the surface of the first heat insulating material 40 that forms the ventilation layer 4 together with the base plate 60 .

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 , on the side of the lower frame 14 of the window sash 10 , the lower frame 14 is supported by the frame member 5 via support members 70 . Outside the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 (outside the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 in the embodiment) corresponding to the lower frame 14 of the window sash 10, the end face 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 and the structural plate A third heat insulating material 74 is provided having one side surface 72 joined to the end surface 17b of the window opening 17 and the other side surface 73 on the side of the window opening edge 12a. On the side of the lower frame 14 of the window sash 10 , the open end face 61 of the base plate 60 is at the same level as the end face 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 . A downwardly inclined draining plate 75 covering the other side surface 73 of the third heat insulating material 74 and the open end surface 61 of the base plate 60 is attached to the supporting member 70 . A caulking material 76 is interposed between the open end face 61 of the base plate 60 and the draining plate 75 .

A wall coating material 80 is applied to the outer surface of the base plate 60 and the outer wall prospective base surface 62 . As the plastered wall material 80, for example, well-known plaster can be used. The outer wall member 30 is composed of the base plate 60 and the plastered wall material 80 . An exterior wall prospective surface 81 is formed by the plastering wall material 80 applied to the exterior wall prospective base surface 62 .

In this case, the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is defined as D, and the outer wall prospective surface 81 formed by the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the plaster wall material 80. When L is the dimension between and, L≧0.7D.

Therefore, according to the wall structure K of the building and the building using the same, since the frame 1 is covered with the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50, the heat insulation performance can be greatly improved. In particular, since the second heat insulating material 50 is joined to the first heat insulating material 40, there is no gap therebetween. Since it is attached across the outer surface 17a of the structural plate 17 corresponding to the frame member 5, it closes the gap between the window sash 10 and the frame opening 2, so that the heat insulation can be further improved. can.

In addition, since the second heat insulating material 50 is thicker than the first heat insulating material 40 , the width of the ventilation layer 4 can be easily ensured by the base plate 60 covering the second heat insulating material 50 . Moreover, since the second heat insulating material 50 is a separate member from the first heat insulating material 40, it is possible to easily prepare a material having a thickness larger than that of the first heat insulating material 40 and adjust accordingly. can be easily constructed. Further, since the second heat insulating material 50 is fixed to the frame member 5 with the screws 42 via the structural plate 17, the fixation can be ensured. If the second heat insulating material 50 is of a size that can be attached only to the window sash 10, it will not be easy to attach it to the viewing surface 16 of the window sash 10. Furthermore, the second heat insulating material 50 alone can cover the situation without providing a backup material and a sealing material one by one as in the conventional art. As a result, the durability is improved and the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, by applying the plaster wall material 80 to the outer surface of the base plate 60 and the outer wall prospective base surface 62, the outer wall member 30 can be constructed. Since the 60 and the plaster wall material 80 are inexpensive, the cost can be reduced in this respect as well. In particular, since the expected outer wall base surface 62 is coated with the plastering wall material 80, the expected outer wall base surface 62 can be covered without gaps, so that the appearance quality of the expected outer wall surface 81 formed by the plastering wall material 80 is improved. be able to. Furthermore, since the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50 are provided, materials of different types can be used. As a result, as the first heat insulating material 40, a material that is difficult to be coated with the wall plaster 80 but has high heat insulation is selected, and as the second heat insulating material 50, the wall plaster 80 is selected even if the heat insulating performance is somewhat inferior. A material that is easy to apply can be selected, and versatility can be improved.

Furthermore, the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the window opening edge 12a of the window opening 12 of the window sash 10 is D, and the outer wall formed by the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the second heat insulating material 50 La is the dimension between the ground 62 (the other side surface 52 of the second heat insulating material 50), and L is the dimension between the outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 and the outer wall projected surface 81 formed by the plastered wall material 80. La=(0.6 to 0.9)D and L≧0.7D, so that the facing surface 16 of the window sash 10 is covered by 70% or more of the second heat insulating material 50 and the plastered wall material 80. Since it will cover, the heat bridge by the window sash 10 can be suppressed as much as possible, and therefore, heat insulation can be improved further.

In addition, since the protection sheet 64 is laid on the surface of the first heat insulating material 40 that constitutes the ventilation layer 4, the function of the ventilation layer can be improved, and the heat insulation can be improved. . Also on the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, the window sash 10 is supported by the support member 70, and the third heat insulating material 74 joined to the end surface 41 of the first heat insulating material 40 is provided. 40, the support member 70 and the third heat insulating material 74 can provide a heat insulating effect.

In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the materials of the first heat insulating material 40 and the second heat insulating material 50 are not limited to the materials described above, and may be changed as appropriate. However, for the second heat insulating material 50 , it is desirable to select a material that is well matched with the wall plastering material 80 . The material of the painted wall material 80 is not limited to those described above, and may be changed as appropriate. In the above-described embodiment, the structure of the frame 1, the structure of the lower frame 14 side of the window sash 10, and the structure of the interior side are not limited to those described above, and may be changed as appropriate. Those skilled in the art will readily make many modifications to these illustrative embodiments without departing substantially from the novel teachings and advantages of this invention, and many of these modifications will fall within the scope of this invention. included.
