Description

【0001】

[0011]
Further, a new sash (renovated sash) 12 for refurbishment having a newly installed sash frame 13 semi-externally attached to the inside (inner circumference) of the existing sash frame 4, preferably from the outer rail support portion 10a to the outdoor side, is provided. Mounted. The refurbished sash 12 is composed of a sliding sash in the illustrated example, and an unillustrated outer and inner shoji (not shown) is provided in the sash frame 13 so as to be freely opened and closed. The new sash frame 13 is formed by assembling an upper frame 13a, a lower frame 13b, and left and right vertical frames 13c, 13c into a rectangular frame shape.
[0012]
The upper frame 13a, the lower frame 13b, and the left and right vertical frames 13c and 13c are, in the illustrated example, an outdoor side shape 13x made of a metal, for example, an aluminum extruded shape, and an indoor side shape made of a metal, for example, an aluminum extruded shape. The material 13y is made of a heat insulating shape formed by joining a low thermal conductive material, for example, a resin bridge material 13z. The lower frame 13b is provided with a lower outer rail 14a on the outdoor shape 13x, and a lower inner rail 14b on the indoor shape 13y. The lower inner rail 14b and the lower outer rail 11a of the existing sash frame 4 are provided. Are substantially the same positions in the indoor and outdoor directions.
[0013]
The newly installed sash frame 13 has mounting fins 15 on the outer periphery at a substantially intermediate position in the indoor / outdoor direction. In order to mount the new sash frame 13 in the existing sash frame 4, a mounting member 16 is provided on at least the lower frame 4 b on the inner periphery of the existing sash frame 4 on the outdoor side. In the illustrated example, a mounting member 16 is provided on the inner periphery (four sides) of the existing sash frame 4 on the outdoor side. The attachment member 16 includes an upper attachment member 16a attached to the lower surface of the upper frame 4a along the longitudinal direction (left and right direction) so as to straddle the upper outer rail 17a, and an upper surface (on the outer rail support portion above the lower frame 4b). ) On the inner side of the left and right vertical frames 4c, 4c along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) It consists of members 16c and 16c.
[0014]
These mounting members 16a, 16b, and 16c are made of, for example, an aluminum extruded profile. These mounting members 16a, 16b, and 16c are fixed to the existing sash frame 4 or the casing 1 with a fixing tool such as a screw 18, for example. In order to improve the mounting strength of the mounting member 16, it is preferable that the fixing tool, for example, the screw 18, passes through the existing sash frame 4 and is fixed to the housing 1 as shown in the drawing. In this case, the lower mounting member 16 b is fixed to the window base 1 a of the housing 1 with a fixing tool, for example, a screw 18.
[0015]
The outdoor surface of the mounting member 16 is a mounting surface 16f that is substantially the same as the outdoor surface of the existing sash frame 4, for example, a screen door rail. In the illustrated example, the lower mounting member 16b has a recess 16g for accommodating the lower screen door rail 19a so that the mounting surface 16f is flush with the outdoor surface of the lower screen rail 19a (see FIG. 3). Further, the facing surface of the mounting member 16 (for example, the upper surface of the lower mounting member) is a flat support surface 16h, and the interior side portion of the support surface 16h is directly or spaced from the mounting fin 15 of the newly installed sash frame 13. It is supported indirectly via the support 20.
[0016]
The spacer 20 includes an upper spacer (also referred to as an upper frame spacer) 20a interposed between the upper mounting member 16a and the upper frame 13a of the new sash frame 13, and a lower mounting member 16b and the new sash frame. 13 is a lower spacer (also referred to as a lower frame spacer) 20b interposed between the lower frame 13b, and the side portion between the side mounting member 16c and the vertical frame 13c of the new sash frame 13. Part spacer (also referred to as a vertical frame spacer) 20c. Each of the spacers 20 is divided into a plurality of parts, and is attached to several places adjacent to the support surface 16h of the attachment member 16 at an appropriate interval with a double-sided tape or the like. The spacer 20 is preferably formed of a low thermal conductive material such as a synthetic resin so as not to form a heat bridge between the outdoor shape 13x and the indoor shape 13y.
[0017]
In addition, the spacer 20 is formed by laminating a number of thin spacer plates via an adhesive or double-sided tape, and the thickness can be varied by peeling the spacer plate. preferable. In the illustrated example, the interior side portion of the newly installed sash frame 13 on the outer rail support portion 10a of the existing sash frame 4 is indirectly disposed via the lower mounting member 16b and the lower spacer 20b. Installed on.
[0018]
In order to prevent the new sash (renovated sash) 12 or the new sash frame 13 from falling down (forward), the lower sash frame 13 is provided on the lower surface of the lower frame 13b on the inner side of the mounting fin 15 of the new sash frame 13. One end of the (falling prevention metal fitting) 21 is fixed by a fixing tool such as a screw 22a, and the other end of the falling prevention member 21 is fixed to the lower frame 4a or the window base 1a of the existing sash frame 4 by a fixing tool such as a screw 22b. . In order to improve the attachment strength of the fall prevention member 21, it is preferable that the fixing tool, for example, the screw 22b penetrates the lower frame 4a of the existing sash frame 4 and is fixed to the window base 1a as shown in the drawing. The fall prevention member 21 is formed by bending a rigid metal plate as shown in the illustrated example, and an appropriate number is used according to the lateral width of the new sash frame 13.
[0019]
Further, in order to prevent the new sash 12 or the new sash frame 13 from being bent due to wind pressure, the upper frame 13a and the vertical frame 13b on the indoor side of the mounting fin 15 of the new sash 12 have the upper mounting member 16a and the side mounting member 16c. Each support surface 16h is fixed by a fixing tool such as a screw 23, respectively. And the attachment fin 15 of the said new sash frame 13 is fixed to the outdoor surface (attachment surface 16f) of the said attachment member 16 with the fastener, for example, screw (preferably tex screw) 24. FIG. In this case, the mounting fins 1 5 of the lower and side are fixed by being in direct contact to each of the mounting surface 16f of the lower attachment member 16b and the side mounting member 16c, the upper portion of the mounting fins 15 upper mounting member 16a Is fixed to the mounting surface 16f via the upper screen door rail 19b. In order to improve the accuracy and workability when machining screw holes with the tex screw 24, horizontal V grooves 25 are formed at predetermined pitch intervals in the vertical direction on at least the mounting surface 16f of the lower mounting member 16b. It is preferable (see FIG. 3).
[0020]
In the above case, in order to improve the appearance so that the head of the fixing tool is not exposed to the outside, a base frame 26 made of a U-shaped cross section is formed on the outdoor surface of the mounting fin 15. For example, the fixing member concealing cover material 27 made of a material having a substantially U-shaped cross section is attached to the base frame 26 by fitting together with the screws 24 by fitting. Further, in order to hide the draining member 8 of different colors, a draining cover member 28 made of an aluminum extruded shape with a colored coating or a colored film wrapped is attached to the surface of the draining member 8.
[0021]
On the other hand, in order to improve the appearance so that the existing sash frame 4 is not exposed to the indoor side, a decorative frame 29 covering the four sides is attached to the indoor side opening peripheral edge of the new sash frame 13, and the opening of the housing 1 A wooden decorative material 30 assembled in a square frame shape is attached to the four indoor side circumferences of the interior 2, and a pressing edge 31 abutting against the indoor end surface of the decorative frame 29 is provided on the inner periphery of the wooden decorative material 30. Mounted. The decorative frame 29 is formed by assembling, in a rectangular frame shape, with tapping screws 32, upper and lower frame materials 29a to 29c having a substantially L-shaped cross section made of an aluminum extruded shape whose surface is colored or wrapped with a colored film. The outer peripheral edge of the outdoor sash frame 13 is fixed to the indoor peripheral edge of the newly installed sash frame 13 with a fixing tool such as a countersunk screw 33.
[0022]
The ledge 31 is made up of upper, lower, left and right ledge materials 31a to 31c made of an aluminum extruded shape with colored coating or colored film wrapped, and the ledge materials 31a to 31c are fixed to the wooden decorative material 30. For example, it is fixed with a screw 34. In addition, a cap 35 made of a resin shaped material is fitted and attached to each of the edge materials 31a to 31c so that the head of the fixing tool is not exposed. By arranging the pressing edge 31 so as to be in contact with the interior surface of the decorative frame 29, the decorative frame 29 and the wooden decorative material 30 according to the relative size difference between the existing sash frame 4 and the new sash frame 13 are arranged. Even if there are any gaps between them, the gaps can be covered or hidden by corresponding or following them. It is preferable that an airtight material 36 is provided on either the indoor surface of the decorative frame 29 or the outdoor surface of the pressing edge 31 to seal between them.
[0023]
Next, the construction method and operation of the refurbished sash 3 having the above configuration will be described. First, the attachment member 16 is attached and fixed to the outdoor inner periphery (four turns) of the existing sash frame 4 with a fixing tool such as a screw 18. Then, the spacer 20 is appropriately attached to the support surface 16h that forms the inner periphery of the attachment member 16 so that the interior side portion of the attachment member 16 is just within the inner periphery of the attachment fin 15 of the newly installed sash frame 13. . In addition, one end of the fall prevention member 21 is attached and fixed in advance with a fixing tool such as a screw 22a on the lower surface of the lower frame 13b on the indoor side of the attachment fin 15 of the new sash frame 13.
[0024]
Next, the interior side portion of the newly installed sash frame 13 with respect to the mounting fin 15 is inserted into the inside (inner periphery) of the mounting member 16 in the existing sash frame 4 from the exterior side, and the interior side portion is inserted through the spacer 20. The mounting fin 16 is supported on the support surface 16h of the mounting member 16, and the mounting fin 15 is brought into contact with the mounting surface (outdoor surface) 16f of the mounting member 16. Then, the mounting fin 15 is fixed to the mounting surface 16 f of the mounting member 16 with a fixing tool such as a screw (text screw) 24. At this time, the base frame 26 of the fixing tool concealing cover material 27 is attached to the outdoor surface of the mounting fin 15 by fastening the screws 24, and then the fixing tool concealing cover material 27 is attached to the base frame 26. .
[0025]
Next, the other end of the fall prevention member 21 is fixed to the lower frame 4b of the existing sash frame 4 or the window base 1a with a fixing tool such as a screw 22b, and the upper frame 13a and the vertical frame 13c of the new sash frame 13 are fixed to the upper mounting member. It fixes to 16a and the side part attachment member 16c with the fixing tool, for example, the screw 23, respectively. When the installation of the new sash frame 13 is completed in this way, the decorative frame 29, the wooden decorative material 30, the pressing edge 31, and the draining cover material 28 may be attached. Then, by installing the shoji in the newly installed sash frame 13, the installation work of the modified sash 12 which is the newly installed sash is completed.

The newly installed sash frame 13 has mounting fins 15 on the outer periphery in the middle of the indoor / outdoor direction, and the mounting fins 15 of the newly installed sash frame 13 on the outer rail support portion 10a of the existing sash frame 4 are provided. Since the indoor side portion is attached directly or indirectly through the attachment member 16, the indoor side portion is attached to the inner rail support portion 10 b of the existing sash frame 4 rather than the attachment fins 15 of the newly installed sash frame 13. Compared with the case of attachment, the opening of the newly-installed sash frame 13 can be ensured widely, and the daylighting can be improved.
[0027]
Further, a mounting member 16 is provided on at least the lower frame 4b on the outdoor inner periphery of the existing sash frame 4, and the outdoor surface of the mounting member 16 is substantially on the same surface as the outdoor surface of the window base 1a. The sash frame 13 has mounting fins 15 on the outer periphery in the middle of the indoor and outdoor directions, and the mounting fins 15 are fixed to the outdoor surface of the mounting member 16 with fixing tools such as screws 24. Even if the lower frame 4b of the frame 4 has a projecting portion 50 projecting from the outer surface of the window base 1a, the new sash frame 13 can be easily attached without cutting out the projecting portion 50. Can improve the performance. In the illustrated example, since the mounting member 16 is provided on the inner periphery (four sides) of the existing sash frame 4, the mounting fin 15 can be securely and easily mounted on the outer surface of the mounting member 16. In addition, improvement in workability and airtightness can be achieved.
[0028]
Further, the newly installed sash frame 13 has a mounting fin 15 on the outer periphery in a substantially intermediate position in the indoor / outdoor direction. And the other end of the fall prevention member 21 is fixed to the lower frame 4b of the existing sash frame 4 or the window base 1a. 13 or the front sash 12 can be prevented easily and reliably.
