Description
Claims (10)
- 単独で、または、自動注射器もしくは装着型投薬装置の一部として使用される注射器システムであって、
マイクロコントローラ、
電池、および、
前記マイクロコントローラと前記電池とに接続されたコイル
を含むプランジャと、
長軸があり、基端、先端、および周壁を有するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの上を、または、前記シリンダの近傍に位置する前記自動注射器もしくは前記装着型投薬装置の要素の上を、前記長軸に対して平行ではない方向へ伸びている1以上の導電性箔と
を備え、
前記シリンダの周壁は、前記基端と前記先端との間を長手方向に伸びており、外面を含み、内部空間を仕切っており、
前記プランジャは、前記シリンダの内部空間の中を前記シリンダに対して前記長軸に沿って移動可能であり、
前記マイクロコントローラは、前記導電性箔が前記コイルに誘導する渦電流の変化に伴う前記コイルと前記導電性箔とを含む回路のインダクタンスの変化に基づいて、前記導電性箔に対する前記プランジャの位置を求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする注射器システム。 - 前記導電性箔は、前記長軸のまわりを周方向に伸びている環状である、請求項1に記載の注射器システム。
- 無線通信インタフェースを更に備え、前記マイクロコントローラは、プランジャの位置データを前記無線通信インタフェース経由で外部装置へ送信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注射器システム。
- 前記プランジャの位置データは前記プランジャの中のメモリに書き込まれる、請求項3に記載の注射器システム。
- 前記メモリは前記電池によって駆動される、請求項4に記載の注射器システム。
- 前記外部装置は、前記プランジャの位置が所定の距離を超えて移動したことを前記マイクロコントローラが検出したら、ユーザーに警報を出すように構成されている、請求項3に記載の注射器システム。
- 前記マイクロコントローラは、前記電池に電流を前記コイルへ所定の周期で供給させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注射器システム。
- 針を更に備え、
前記プランジャは、前記シリンダの中の薬剤が前記針を通して投与されるように前記シリンダ内に圧力を加えるように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の注射器システム。 - 前記プランジャは印刷回路基板(PCB)を更に含み、前記マイクロコントローラは前記PCBに実装されている、請求項1に記載の注射器システム。
- 前記プランジャに取り付けられたピストンを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の注射器システム。
