Description

複素粘度|η*|の動的機械分析(DMA)および決定
複素粘度|η*|は、周波数掃引によって以下のように測定された。接着剤は、厚さ1mmのプレートに押圧された。直径25mmの円形試料を切断し、Thermo ScientificからのHaake RheoStress 6000回転レオメーターに配置した。適用された配置はパラレルプレート25mmであり、そしてせん断応力は5556Paに固定され、そして約5Nの法線力を得るために、測定開始時に0.9〜1.05mmのギャップサイズが試料に適用された。測定は32℃で行なわれた。複素粘度|η*|に関して、0.01Hzの周波数で測定された値を使用した。試験は、100Hz〜0.01Hzまでの周波数掃引として実行した。複素粘度は、本明細書中、単純に「粘度」として記載されてもよい。
調製したシート組成物から25×100mmの試料を切断し、そして25×300mm片の補助テープを試料の上部に添加した。23℃および50%相対湿度における30分の調整後、試料を引張試験機(InstronからのINSTRON 5564)上に配置し、そして304mm/分の速度でTeflon基体からの90度剥離試験を行った。結果をN/25mmの単位で示す。
裏返しカップ法を使用して、24時間の水蒸気透過速度(MVTR)を、平方メートルあたりのグラム(g/m2)で測定する。
1/P(測定値)=1/P(フィルム)+1/P(接着剤)
として表されてよい。
P(接着剤)=d(接着剤)/150μm*1/(1/P(測定値)−1/P(フィルム))
式中、d(接着剤)は、実際の測定された接着剤の厚さであり、かつP(フィルム)は、その上にいずれの接着剤も存在しないフィルムのMVTRであり、かつP(測定値)は、実際の測定されたMVTRであった。
試料を、2枚の剥離ライナー間に厚さ0.5mmの接着性フィルムになるまで熱成形によって調製した。打抜型を用いて、試料を打ち抜いた。試料サイズは25×25mmであった。剥離ライナーを取り外した。試料はオブジェクトガラスに貼り付け、そして生理的食塩水を含むビーカーに入れ、そして37℃の定温器に配置した。
組成物1の粘度は、初期の「適用」状態、すなわち、組成物の切り替え前において、および「着用」状態、すなわち、組成物の第1の切り替え後であるが、第2の切り替え前において測定した。第1の切り換えは、可視光への曝露によって実行した。粘度が低いことにより、接着剤が、傷跡、折り目およびミクロ構造を含む皮膚の構造中に比較的容易に流入することが可能となるであろう。より高い凝集力によって、接着性組成物が容易に流出せず、したがって、確実にその場所に残ることが可能であることが保証されるであろう。この理由のため、粘度が、適用状態において低く、かつ着用状態においてより高いことが好ましい。
Claims (12)
- 異なる吸収スペクトルを有する少なくとも2種の異なる光開始剤を含む光切り替え可能な接着性組成物を使用者の皮膚に適用するため、および前記皮膚表面から前記光切り替え可能な接着性組成物を除去するための方法であって、
−切り替え可能な接着剤を含む接着性組成物を提供するステップ、
−前記使用者の前記皮膚に適用された前記切り替え可能な接着剤を可視光に暴露し、それによって、前記切り替え可能な接着剤を適用状態から着用状態へと切り替えるステップ、
−前記切り替え可能な接着剤をUV光に暴露し、それによって、前記切り替え可能な接着剤を着用状態から除去状態へと切り替えるステップ、
を含み、
前記異なる吸収スペクトルを有する少なくとも2種の異なる光開始剤が、第1の光開始剤と第2の光開始剤を含み、前記第1の光開始剤はスペクトルの可視およびUV部分の両方における波長によって活性化される光開始剤であり、前記第2の光開始剤はUVスペクトルのみの光によって活性化される光開始剤である、方法。 - 前記2種の異なる光開始剤が、α−ヒドロキシケトン、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾフェノン誘導体、ベンゾフェノン/α−ヒドロキシケトン、フェニルグリオキシレート、ベンジルジメチル−ケタール、アミノケトン、アシルホスフィン誘導体、モノアシルホスフィン(MAPO)、MAPO/α−ヒドロキシケトン、ビスアシルアホスフィン(BAPO)、BAPO分散体、BAPO/α−ヒドロキシケトン、酸化ホスフィン、メタロセン、イオニウム塩、チオキサントン誘導体、プロピレンカーボネート中トリアリールスルホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェート塩の混合物、プロピレンカーボネート中トリアリールスルホニウムヘキサフルオロアンチモネート塩の混合物、アンホルキノン誘導体、ベンジル誘導体、アントラキノン誘導体、ベンゾインエーテル誘導体、ポリシラン、2−ベンジル−2−(ジメチルアミノ)−4’−モルホリノブチロフェノン、2−メチル−4’−(メチルチオ)−2−モルホリノプロピオフェノン、(ベンゼン)トリカルボニルクロニウム、(クメン)シクロペンタジエニル鉄(II)ヘキサフルオロホスフェート、ジベンゾスベレノン、フェロセン、メチルベンゾイルホルメートおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から独立して選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、アクリレートポリマー、アクリレートコポリマーおよびポリウレタンポリマーからなる群から選択される粘着性ポリマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記適用状態の前記接着性組成物が、本明細書に記載の通りに測定した場合、0.4MPa s未満の複素粘度|η*|を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記着用状態の前記接着性組成物が、本明細書に記載の通りに測定した場合、前記適用状態におけるよりも高い複素粘度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記着用状態の前記接着性組成物が、本明細書に記載の通りに測定した場合、1N/25mmより高い剥離力を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、本明細書に記載の通りに測定した場合、前記除去状態において、前記着用状態におけるよりも低い剥離力を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、吸水剤材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、可塑剤、油、粘着付与剤、充てん剤および粘度改質剤からなる群から選択される1つ以上の追加成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、前記接着性組成物、バッキング層および剥離ライナーを含む接着性ウエハの形態で提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着性組成物が、前記接着性組成物を含むオストミーデバイスの形態で提供される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 異なる吸収スペクトルを有する少なくとも2種の異なる光開始剤を含む光切り替え可能な接着性組成物を使用者の皮膚に適用するため、および前記皮膚表面から前記光切り替え可能な接着性組成物を除去するための方法に使用するための、光切り替え可能な接着性組成物であって、前記方法が、
−切り替え可能な接着剤を含む接着性組成物を提供するステップ、
−前記使用者の前記皮膚に適用された前記切り替え可能な接着剤を可視光に暴露し、それによって、前記切り替え可能な接着剤を適用状態から着用状態へと切り替えるステップ、
−前記切り替え可能な接着剤をUV光に暴露し、それによって、前記切り替え可能な接着剤を着用状態から除去状態へと切り替えるステップ、
を含み、
