Description
本出願は、全内容が、全ての目的に関して、参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる、2015年12月23日出願の欧州特許出願第15202476.6号に対する優先権を主張する。
a)非電導性ポリマー材料からなる多孔性基材(P)を提供すること、
b)任意選択的に、液体媒体(L1)の存在下で、電解質塩(ES−1)、イオン性液体(IL−1)および次式(I)
X4−mAYm (I)
(式中、Xは、任意選択的に1つまたはそれ以上の官能基を含んでなる炭化水素基であり、mは、1〜4の整数であり、Aは、Si、TiおよびZrからなる群から選択される元素であり、かつYは、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基およびヒドロキシル基からなる群から選択される加水分解性の基である)の化合物(M)を混合して、電解質組成物(EC−1)を形成すること、
c)(EC−1)と、二フッ化ビニリデン(VDF)から誘導される繰り返し単位、および少なくとも1つの官能基−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rx(式中、各Rxは、任意選択的に互いから独立して、水素基であるか、または少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を含んでなるC1〜C5炭化水素基である)を有する少なくともモノマー(R1)から誘導される繰り返し単位を含んでなる少なくとも1種のフルオロコポリマー(F)を含んでなる組成物(C1)とを混合して、組成物(C)を得ること、
d)支持体(P)を、ステップc)で得られた組成物(C)で含浸させること、
e)存在する場合、液体媒体(L1)を除去して、化合物(M)から誘導される無機残渣が、コポリマー(F)の−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rxから誘導される官能基と結合する、複合材料を得ること
を含んでなる、複合材料の調製方法であって、
含浸ステップd)において使用される組成物(C)の粘度が50〜500mPa.sである方法を提供する。

−互いに等しいか、または異なるR1、R2およびR3は、独立して、水素原子およびC1〜C3炭化水素基から選択され、かつ
−ROHは、水素原子、または少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を含んでなるC1〜C5炭化水素部分である)を有する少なくとも1つの(メタ)アクリルモノマー(MA)から誘導された繰り返し単位(R1)を含んでなる。

X4−mAYm (I)
(式中、Xは、任意選択的に1つまたはそれ以上の官能基を含んでなる炭化水素基であり、mは、1〜4の整数であり、Aは、Si、TiおよびZrからなる群から選択される元素であり、かつYは、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基およびヒドロキシル基からなる群から選択される加水分解性の基である)の化合物(M)と、二フッ化ビニリデン(VDF)から誘導される繰り返し単位、および少なくとも1つの官能基−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rx(式中、各Rxは、任意選択的に互いから独立して、水素基であるか、または少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を含んでなるC1〜C5炭化水素基である)を有する少なくとも1種のモノマー(R1)から誘導される繰り返し単位を含んでなる少なくとも1種のフルオロコポリマー(F)とを含んでなるハイブリッド無機/有機組成物で含浸された非導電性ポリマー材料からなる多孔性基材(P)を含んでなり、化合物(M)から誘導される無機残渣が、コポリマー(F)の−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rxから誘導される官能基と結合する、複合材料を提供する。
イオン伝導性(σ)の測定
固体電解質セパレータを、1/2インチステンレス鋼Swagelok−セルプロトタイプ中に配置する。固体ポリマー電解質セパレータの抵抗を測定し、そしてイオン伝導性(σ)を次の方程式を使用して得た。
σ=d/(R×S)
式中、dはフィルムの厚さ、Rbは、体抵抗、そしてSは、ステンレス鋼電極の面積である。
引張特性は、ASTM D638標準試験法に従って、23℃における引張試験によって測定した(V型の試験片、グリップ距離=25.4mm、Lo=21.5mm、1〜50mm/分)。
粘度は、Anton PaarからのレオメーターMCR301を使用して、ISO/DIN 3219に従って測定した。測定は、コーン−プレート配置(CP50−1)で実行された。コーンは、50mmの直径および1度の角度を有した。粘度値は、200秒−1のせん断速度において報告される。
測定点期間(2つの測定の間の時間)
Logプロフィール:−初期:2秒;−最終:10秒
期間:測定点#:25−間隔期間:125.3秒(一方)
せん断:−モード:ランプLog;−初期:0.01 1/秒→200 1/秒→0.01 1/秒
60℃において4時間で、脂肪族ケトンおよびジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の混合物中でのVDF/HEAコポリマー(HEAの含有量=0.8モル%、ポリマーの全重量に対して1.3重量%に相当する)(ポリマー(F1)、1g)の溶解を実行した。電解質溶液は、次の相対量:Pyr13TFSI(IL−1)中0.5MのLiTFSI(ES−1)で、電解塩(ES−1)およびイオン性液体(IL−1)の混合物によって形成された。そのようにして得られた電解質溶液は、25℃において2.4×10−3S/cmのイオン伝導性を有した。
本発明による組成物(C)の粘度は、経時的に迅速に増加することが観察され、調製の5分後の50mPa.sから30分後の112mPa.sまで変動したが、低い含浸容量を示す比較例2において使用された組成物の粘度は、基本的に、経時的に不変であった(調製の5分後に35mPa.s、60分後に27mPa.s)。
実施例1:本発明に従って上記の通りに調製された組成物(C)をキャスティングすることによって得られた複合材(粘度=調製から5分後のキャスティングステップの間に50mPa.s)+支持体(P)として不織PET。
比較例1:支持体(P)を用いずに、本発明による組成物(C)をキャスティングすることによって得られたフィルム。
比較例2:TEOS(化合物(M))が添加されなかったことを除き、上記の手順に従って調製され、すなわち、(F1)、(IL−1)、(ES−1)およびフルオロコポリマー(F1)のみを含んでなる組成物(粘度=35mPa.s)+支持体(P)としてPET不織物。
比較例3:(コポリマー(F)および化合物(M)が存在しない)上記で定義されたIL−1およびES−1の混合物でコーティングされたPET不織物支持体(P)。
LFP(陽極):82% LiFePO4/10% super C65/8%のSOLEF(登録商標)5130 PVDF(結合剤として)、負荷=0.6mAh/cm2
Super C65=炭素粉末
電池において使用する前に、膜を一晩、減圧下55℃において乾燥させた。
陽極を一晩、減圧下130℃において乾燥させた。電極および膜をアルゴン環境(酸素または湿度なし)に配置した。2滴のESを陽極に添加した。次いで、膜をコインセル中の陽極とリチウム金属との間に配置し、そしてこれを55℃において試験した。
Claims (13)
- a)非電導性ポリマー材料からなる多孔性基材(P)を提供すること、
b)電解質塩(ES−1)、イオン性液体(IL−1)および式(I)
X4−mAYm (I)
(式中、Xは、炭化水素基であり、mは、1〜4の整数であり、Aは、Si、TiおよびZrからなる群から選択される元素であり、かつYは、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基およびヒドロキシル基からなる群から選択される加水分解性の基である)の化合物(M)を混合して、電解質組成物(EC−1)を形成すること、
c)電解質組成物(EC−1)と、二フッ化ビニリデン(VDF)から誘導される繰り返し単位、および少なくとも1つの官能基−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rx(式中、各Rxは、水素基であるか、または少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を含んでなるC1〜C5炭化水素基である)を有する少なくともモノマー(R1)から誘導される繰り返し単位を含んでなる少なくとも1種のフルオロコポリマー(F)を含んでなる組成物(C1)とを混合して、組成物(C)を得ること、
d)前記多孔性基材(P)を、ステップc)で得られた前記組成物(C)で含浸させること、
e)存在する場合、液体媒体(L1)を除去して、化合物(M)から誘導される無機残渣が、コポリマー(F)の−O−Rxおよび/または−C(O)O−Rxから誘導される官能基と結合する、複合材料を得ること
を含んでなる、複合材料の調製方法であって、
含浸ステップd)において使用される組成物(C)の粘度が、ISO/DIN 3219に従って、200秒−1のせん断速度および20℃の温度において測定される場合、50〜500mPa.sである、方法。 - 前記組成物(C1)が、少なくとも1種の非プロトン性有機溶剤を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記化合物(M)が、アルコキシシランである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性基材(P)が、ポリマー繊維の不織布である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質組成物(EC−1)および/または組成物(C1)が、無機酸化物、アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属スルフェート、カーボネート、スルフィド、あるいはその混合物から選択される固体無機充てん剤を含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロコポリマー(F)が、(R1)とは異なる少なくとも1種のモノマー(R2)をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コポリマー(F)中の前記少なくとも1種のモノマー(R2)が、フッ化ビニル、トリフルオロエチレン、トリフルオロクロロエチレン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびフルオロアルキルビニルエーテルならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性基材(P)が、ポリエステル、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアクリレート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、およびポリオレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質塩(ES−1)が、リチウム塩である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン性液体(IL−1)が、カチオンとして、スルホニウムイオン、またはイミダゾリウム、ピリジニウム、ピロリジニウムもしくはピペリジニウム環を含んでなり、かつアニオンとして、ハライドアニオン、ペルフッ素化アニオンおよびボレートから選択されるものを含んでなるものから選択される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を含む、電気化学セルの製造方法。
- 前記電気化学セルが、リチウム電池またはコンデンサである、請求項12に記載の方法。
