Description
The present invention relates to a corner base material used as a base material for wallpaper in a protruding corner of a building.
When installing wallpaper inside a building such as a house, generally, the wallpaper is attached to the surface of a wall member such as gypsum board via an adhesive, but even if the wallpaper is attached in the same way at the corners, it will be clean. Often not finished. For example, when the end faces of gypsum boards are butted in a crossed manner to form a convex corner portion (hereinafter, this is referred to as a protruding corner portion), a relatively large gap or step is likely to occur in the butted portion between the gypsum boards. Even if the wallpaper is attached to the protruding corners formed by the gypsum board as described above, there is a problem that the wallpaper is liable to be wrinkled or distorted and the workability is poor.
Therefore, it has been proposed to attach a corner base material made of a material such as synthetic resin different from gypsum board to the protruding corners, and to attach wallpaper to the corner base material. For example, in
The above-mentioned
Specifically, in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a corner base material capable of sufficiently increasing the bonding strength of wallpaper to be attached to a protruding corner of a building. ..
To solve the above problems, the present invention is a corner base material used as a base material for a wallpaper in a protruding corner of a building, and is attached so as to cover the corners of the base material in the protruding corner. Each surface of the first wall portion and the second wall portion is provided with a first wall portion and a second wall portion intersecting with each other, and a plurality of basic ridges partitioned by a plurality of concave grooves arranged at intervals are provided on each surface of the first wall portion and the second wall portion. A plurality of fine ridges smaller than the basic ridges are formed on the surface of each of the basic ridges, and the basic ridges and the fine ridges extend in parallel with the extending direction of the base material, respectively. The fine ridges are formed in a triangular shape in a cross-sectional view, and have a first surface and a second surface that intersect at the apex of the triangle, and the second surface is compared with the first surface. A virtual plane that is located near the outer corner where the surfaces of the first wall and the second wall intersect and intersects the base ends of the first and second surfaces is referred to as a virtual bottom surface. When this is done, the first surface intersects the virtual bottom surface at a first angle, and the second surface intersects the virtual bottom surface at a second angle larger than the first angle. (Claim 1).
According to the present invention, since a plurality of concave grooves are formed in the first and second wall portions of the corner base material, a filler such as putty or an adhesive to be filled in the concave grooves (hereinafter, simply referred to as a filler). ) Exhibits a so-called anchor effect, and the bonding strength of the filler to the corner base material is generally enhanced. In addition, since fine ridges are formed on each surface of the plurality of basic ridges formed between the plurality of concave grooves, the wallpaper is tentatively attached to the corner base material via the filler. Even if some external force is applied to the wallpaper, the local deformation of the filler due to the external force is suppressed by the fine ridges. For example, if the fine ridges are omitted from the surface of the basic ridges (the surface of the basic ridges is a smooth surface), a thin layer applied between the surface of the basic ridges and the wallpaper. It is considered that the filler in the above is relatively easily deformed in the shear direction. Therefore, for example, when an external force is repeatedly applied to the wallpaper, the bond between the filler and the basic ridge may be released relatively easily, and the wallpaper may be peeled off. On the other hand, when a plurality of fine ridges are formed on the surface of the basic ridges as in the present invention, the filler enters the minute dents formed between the fine ridges, respectively. For example, even if the filler tries to be deformed in the shear direction by receiving an external force applied to the wallpaper, the deformation is prevented by the fine ridges. This enhances the bonding strength between the filler and the basic ridges, and in combination with the anchor effect of the concave groove between the basic ridges described above, effectively suppresses the wallpaper from peeling off from the corner base material. be able to.
In addition, each fine ridge is formed in a triangular shape in a cross-sectional view, and the intersection angle between the second surface and the virtual bottom surface (second angle) is larger than the intersection angle (first angle) between the first surface and the virtual bottom surface. Since the angle) is set to be larger, the triangle presented by each fine ridge is formed into an isosceles triangle, more specifically, an isosceles triangle deformed so as to fall toward the outer corner portion of the corner base material . As a result, even if the wallpaper is to be peeled off from the outer corner of the corner base material, which is most likely to be damaged due to deterioration over time, the peeling is sufficiently suppressed by the fine ridges, and the wallpaper is more stable. Can be combined with the corner base material.
In the above configuration, more preferably, the first angle is set to an acute angle of less than 90 degrees, and the second angle is set to an obtuse angle of more than 90 degrees ( claim 2 ).
According to this configuration, it is possible to more effectively suppress the peeling of the wallpaper in the above-mentioned direction, and it is possible to maintain the bonding strength of the wallpaper more stably.
In the present invention, preferably, the groove width on the side closer to the bottom surface of the concave groove (the concave groove formed between adjacent basic ridges) is wider than the groove width on the side far from the bottom surface. ( Claim 3 ).
According to this configuration, the anchor effect due to the concave groove between the basic ridges can be further enhanced, and the bonding strength of the filler to the corner base material can be sufficiently enhanced as a whole.
As described above, according to the corner base material of the present invention, the bonding strength of the wallpaper attached to the protruding corner of the building can be sufficiently increased.

On each surface of the plurality of
As shown in FIG. 5, each

As a result of the angle setting as described above, the triangle presented by each of the
Next, the procedure for attaching the
To attach the
Next, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
That is, in the above embodiment, since a plurality of
Further, in the above embodiment, each
That is, when each
In particular, in the above embodiment, since the first angle θ1 is set to an acute angle of less than 90 degrees and the second angle θ2 is set to an obtuse angle larger than 90 degrees, the
Further, in the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the
