Claims (14)

支持基板上に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの固体発光要素であって、各固体発光要素が、発光面から光を放出するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの固体発光要素と、
ルミネッセント材料を含む封入材であって、前記少なくとも1つの固体発光要素の前記発光面を包囲しており、前記固体発光要素によって放出された光を少なくとも部分的に波長変換光に変換するように構成されている、封入材と、
少なくとも部分的に前記封入材内に含まれている複数の光透過性粒子であって、前記発光面の上の前記封入材の層厚さの0.4〜1.5倍の範囲の平均最長寸法延伸を有する、光透過性粒子と、を備え、
前記支持基板が透明であり、前記封入材が、前記支持基板の双方の平坦表面上に設けられている、照明デバイス。 - 前記光透過性粒子の前記平均最長寸法延伸が、前記発光面の上の前記封入材の前記層厚さの0.8倍よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子の前記平均最長寸法延伸が、前記発光面の上の前記封入材の前記層厚さの0.8倍よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、対称形状を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、非対称形状を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、長手方向及び横方向における延伸の少なくとも2倍の大きさの、垂直方向における延伸を有する、請求項5に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、前記封入材内に無作為に分散されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、粒子保持層内に無作為に分散されており、前記粒子保持層が、前記支持基板上に配置されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光透過性粒子が、前記支持基板又は前記発光要素上に、直接堆積されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 光輝性の視覚効果を有する照明デバイスの製造方法であって、
透明支持基板上に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの固体発光要素を提供するステップであって、各固体発光要素が、発光面から光を放出するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの固体発光要素を提供するステップと、
前記支持基板の双方の平坦表面上に封入材を提供するステップであって、前記封入材が、ルミネッセント材料を含み、前記封入材が、前記少なくとも1つの固体発光要素の前記発光面を包囲しており、前記固体発光要素によって放出された光を少なくとも部分的に波長変換光に変換するように構成されている、封入材を提供するステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記封入材内に含まれている複数の光透過性粒子を提供するステップであって、前記光透過性粒子が、前記発光面の上の前記封入材の層厚さの0.4〜1.5倍の範囲の平均最長寸法延伸を有する、複数の光透過性粒子を提供するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記方法は、前記支持基板上に前記封入材を配置する前に、前記封入材内に前記光透過性粒子を(混合/溶解するステップを)更に含む、請求項10に記載の照明デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記方法は、前記支持基板上に粒子保持層を配置するステップと、前記粒子保持層内に前記光透過性粒子を堆積又は混合するステップとを更に含む、請求項10に記載の照明デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記方法は、前記支持基板及び/又は発光要素上に、前記光透過性粒子を直接堆積させるステップを更に含む、請求項10に記載の照明デバイスの製造方法。
- 電球であって、
透明シェルと、
前記シェル内に配置されており、前記電球の電気端子に電気接続されている、請求項1に記載の照明デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つと、を備える、電球。
