Claims (22)
- ビデオデータキャプチャおよび共有のためのクラウドベースのシステムであって、
複数のクライアント機器であって、
各クライアント機器は1つ以上のビデオカメラと、1つ以上のセンサと、プロセッサと、メモリと、セルラ通信モジュールとを有し、
前記クライアント機器はビデオデータをキャプチャするとともに、前記ビデオデータに関するメタデータであって、少なくともその一部に前記1つ以上のセンサから得られたデータを含んだメタデータを生成するように構成されている、複数のクライアント機器と、
前記複数のクライアント機器と通信するクラウドベースのシステムであって、

前記サブセットの1つ以上のクライアント機器から、該1つ以上のクライアント機器によってキャプチャされたビデオデータに前記関心オブジェクトが見つかったことを示す肯定マッチ応答を受信する
ことによって前記1つ以上の他のクライアント機器を特定するようにさらに構成される、クラウドベースのシステムと、を有する、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記クラウドベースのシステムは、プリセットされた量のビデオデータのキャプチャに応じて、プリセットされた時間量のビデオデータのキャプチャに応じて、あるいは要求に応じて、前記複数のクライアント機器のそれぞれから周期的にメタデータを受信するように構成される、システム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムであって、ビデオデータの前記プリセットされた量が1から30秒の間である、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記ビデオデータに関する前記メタデータが位置情報を含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記ビデオデータに関する前記メタデータが向き情報を含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記1つ以上のセンサは、位置センサ、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、磁力計、光センサ、重力センサ、地磁気フィールドセンサ、線形加速度センサ、回転ベクトルセンサ、動き検出センサ、歩数センサ、または歩き検出センサの1つ以上を含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、第1のクライアント機器が移動車両に設置されたダッシュボード設置型カメラ機器であり、第2のクライアント機器が固定構造物に設置された固定カメラ機器である、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記1つ以上のクライアント機器の第1のクライアント機器からビデオデータを受信するために、前記第1のクライアント機器とデータ通信を確立するように構成されたモバイル機器をさらに有する、システム。
- 複数のカメラからのビデオを共有する方法であって、
ビデオデータを共有する要求を受信することであって、前記要求は、要求される前記ビデオデータに関するメタデータと、関心オブジェクトを特定する画像クエリとを有する、受信することと、
複数のカメラ機器からビデオデータに関するメタデータを取得することと、
前記カメラ機器から取得された前記メタデータおよび前記要求に指定された前記メタデータに基づいて、カメラ機器のサブセットを特定することと、
カメラ機器の前記サブセットに画像クエリを送信することと、
カメラ機器の前記サブセットの1つ以上のカメラ機器から、該1つ以上のカメラ機器がキャプチャしたビデオデータにおける前記関心オブジェクトについての肯定的マッチを示す応答を受信することと、
前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを共有するための許可を取得することと、
前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを1以上のユーザと共有することと、を有する方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを1以上のユーザと共有することは、前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータの少なくとも一部の位置を特定するプレイリストまたはマニフェストファイルを前記1以上のユーザに送信することを有する、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記要求は位置情報を含んだメタデータを有する、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記要求は向き情報を含んだメタデータを有する、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、ビデオデータに関する前記メタデータは、少なくとも部分的に、位置センサ、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、磁力計、光センサ、重力センサ、地磁気フィールドセンサ、線形加速度センサ、回転ベクトルセンサ、動き検出センサ、歩数センサ、または歩き検出センサの1つ以上から取得される、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、1つ以上のセンサからの入力から判定されるイベントについて自動生成されたビデオクリップに関するメタデータを受信することをさらに有し、前記要求されるビデオデータは同一のイベントに関連する、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記要求を受信することが、サーバシステムで稼働するコンピュータソフトウェアモジュールからコンピュータプログラムコールを受信することを含む、方法。
- 複数のカメラからのビデオを共有するためのシステムであって、命令を含んだコンピュータ可読媒体を有し、前記命令は、1つ以上のプロセッサで実行されると、該1つ以上のプロセッサに、
ビデオデータを共有する要求を受信し、ここで前記要求は、要求される前記ビデオデータに関するメタデータと、関心オブジェクトを特定する画像クエリとを有し、
複数のカメラ機器からビデオデータに関するメタデータを取得し、
前記カメラ機器から取得された前記メタデータおよび前記要求に指定された前記メタデータに基づいて、カメラ機器のサブセットを特定し、
カメラ機器の前記サブセットに画像クエリを送信し、
カメラ機器の前記サブセットの1つ以上のカメラ機器から、該1つ以上のカメラ機器がキャプチャしたビデオデータにおける前記関心オブジェクトについての肯定的マッチを示す応答を受信し、
前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを共有するための許可を取得し、
前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを1以上のユーザと共有する、ようにさせる、システム。 - 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータを1以上のユーザと共有することは、前記肯定的にマッチするビデオデータの少なくとも一部の位置を特定するプレイリストまたはマニフェストファイルを前記1以上のユーザに送信することを有する、システム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、前記要求は位置情報を含んだメタデータを有する、システム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、前記要求は向き情報を含んだメタデータを有する、システム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、ビデオデータに関する前記メタデータは、少なくとも部分的に、位置センサ、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、磁力計、光センサ、重力センサ、地磁気フィールドセンサ、線形加速度センサ、回転ベクトルセンサ、動き検出センサ、歩数センサ、または歩き検出センサの1つ以上から取得される、システム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、前記命令は前記1つ以上のプロセッサで実施されると、前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、さらに、1つ以上のセンサからの入力から判定されるイベントについて自動生成されたビデオクリップに関するメタデータを受信するようにさせ、前記要求されるビデオデータは同一のイベントに関連する、システム。
- 請求項16に記載のシステムであって、前記要求を受信することは、前記1つ以上のプロセッサで稼働するコンピュータソフトウェアモジュールからのコンピュータプログラムコールを受信することを含む、システム。
