Claims (5)
- 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収納した外装体と、
前記開口部を封口する封口体と、
前記封口体に設けられ、前記正極板又は前記負極板に接続された端子と、
前記封口体の外部側に配置され、前記端子に接続された導電部材とを備えた二次電池であって、
前記導電部材は、導電性の板状部材の一端部が折り返されて、対向した面同士が重ね合わされたオーバラップ部と、面同士が重ね合わされていないベース部とを有し、
前記端子は、前記ベース部において、前記導電部材と接続され、
前記板状部材は、板状の第1導電部材と第2導電部材とが積層されたクラッド材からなり、
前記第1導電部材は、前記端子と同種の金属からなり、
前記オーバラップ部は、前記第1導電部材の面同士が重ね合わさるように折り返されており、
前記導電部材は、前記ベース部において前記第1導電部材が表面に露出し、前記オーバラップ部において前記第2導電部材が表面に露出しており、
前記端子は、前記ベース部において、前記第1導電部材と接続され、
前記第2導電部材は、バスバーと同種の金属からなり、
前記オーバラップ部は、バスバーを接合する部位となる、
二次電池。 - 前記オーバラップ部は、折り返されて対向した面同士が固定接続された接続部を有する、
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記接続部は、折り返されて対向した面同士が圧着接続されている、

請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収納した外装体と、
前記開口部を封口する封口体と、
前記封口体に設けられ、前記正極板又は前記負極板に接続された端子と、
を備えた二次電池の製造方法であって、
導電性の板材部材の一端部を折り返すことによって、折り返されて対向した面同士が重ね合わされたオーバラップ部と、面同士が重ならないベース部と、を有する導電部材を前記封口体に配置して、前記端子を前記導電部材に接続する工程を含み、
前記端子は、前記ベース部において、前記導電部材と接続され、
前記板材部材は、板状の第1導電部材と第2導電部材とが積層されたクラッド材からなり、
前記第1導電部材は、前記端子と同種の金属からなり、
前記オーバラップ部は、前記第1導電部材の面同士が重ね合わさるように折り返されて形成され、
前記第2導電部材は、バスバーと同種の金属からなり、
前記オーバラップ部は、バスバーを接合する部位となる、
