Description
Claims (14)
- 作動媒体を圧縮する装置であって、
駆動媒体を圧縮するためのコンプレッサと、
第1シリンダ内の前記駆動媒体により作動可能な駆動ピストン及び第2シリンダ内の作動媒体を圧縮する高圧ピストンを有する圧力変換器と、
前記圧縮された作動媒体から前記圧縮された駆動媒体に熱を伝達するための前記コンプレッサと前記圧力変換器の前記第1シリンダとの間の熱交換器と、
を備える装置。 - 前記コンプレッサから前記第1シリンダへの第1ラインを有し且つ前記第1シリンダから前記コンプレッサへの第2ラインを有する前記駆動媒体の閉回路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンプレッサは、完全気密、半気密、又は開放型として設計される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記コンプレッサ及び前記駆動媒体の前記閉回路は、前記閉回路内で、周囲圧力より高い圧力で前記駆動媒体を誘導するように適合される、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力変換器の前記第1シリンダと前記コンプレッサとの間の前記第2ライン内で前記駆動媒体を冷却するための冷却器をさらに備える、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2ライン内の温度測定素子と、
前記第2ライン内の前記駆動媒体の温度に応じて前記冷却器を制御するべく、一方で前記温度測定素子に接続され、他方で前記冷却器に接続される制御ユニットと、
をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記コンプレッサと前記熱交換器との間の第1バッファ格納装置及び/又は前記冷却器と前記コンプレッサとの間の第2バッファ格納装置をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 作動媒体を圧縮するための方法であって、
コンプレッサ内の駆動媒体を圧縮する段階と、
第1シリンダ内の前記圧縮された駆動媒体により駆動ピストンを動かす段階と、
第2シリンダ内の前記駆動ピストンにより前記作動媒体を圧縮する高圧ピストンを動かす段階と、
を備え、前記圧縮された駆動媒体が前記駆動ピストンの前記第1シリンダに入る前に、前記圧縮された作動媒体から前記圧縮された駆動媒体に熱伝導する、方法。 - 前記駆動媒体を閉回路内で誘導して、前記コンプレッサから前記第1シリンダを介して前記コンプレッサに戻す段階をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンプレッサ内の前記駆動媒体は、入力圧力から出力圧力に圧縮され、前記入力圧力は、周囲圧力より高い、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記入力圧力は、0.5bar及び50barの間、特に、2bar及び30barの間である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1シリンダから出てくる前記駆動媒体を、冷却器により冷却する段階をさらに備える、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動媒体は、気体であり、好ましくは空気、窒素、CO2、アルゴン、又はクリプトンのうちの1つ又はこれらの混合物が駆動媒体として設けられる、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記作動媒体は、気体であり、好ましくは分子状水素が作動媒体として設けられる、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
