Claims (9)
- 第1のシャフトから第2のシャフトへとトルクを伝達するための駆動装置のためのトルク伝達デバイスであって、
トルク伝達およびシャフトオフセット補償のために機能する第1のカップリングデバイス(13)と、
トルク伝達およびトルク制限のために機能する第2のカップリングデバイス(14)とを有し、
前記第1のカップリングデバイス(13)および前記第2のカップリングデバイス(14)は直列に接続されており、
前記第2のカップリングデバイス(14)は、中空構成要素として形成された内側部分(23)と、中空構成要素として形成された外側部分(24)と、を備え、
前記内側部分(23)は半径方向外側に第1の摩擦面(25)を備え、かつ、前記外側部分(24)は半径方向内側に、半径方向外側の前記第1の摩擦面(25)に隣接し、それと相互作用する第2の摩擦面(26)を備え、
前記内側部分(23)は、圧力媒体を充填することができる圧力チャンバー(28)を備え、それを介してトルク制限を実現するために、前記摩擦面によって伝達可能な最大トルクが調整可能であり、
前記内側部分(23)は、前記外側部分(24)に対する押付状態を維持するために、半径方向外側にスプリングバック可能であることを特徴とするトルク伝達デバイス。 - 前記内側部分(23)は一方の側面に前記外側部分(24)の一方の側面のためのストッパーを形成する、半径方向外側に向けられた突出部(29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記外側部分(24)は、反対側の側面に、前記第1のカップリングデバイス(13)への接続のために機能するフランジ(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記内側部分(23)は、前記圧力チャンバー(28)のための圧力接続部(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記圧力接続部(27)は、半径方向外側に向けられた前記内側部分(23)の突出部(29)内に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記圧力チャンバー(28)内に存在する圧力は、前記圧力接続部(27)によって、動作中に調整可能かつ可変であることを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記圧力接続部(27)によって、前記圧力チャンバー(28)に存在する圧力をゼロまで減少させることができ、これによって前記第2のカップリングデバイス(14)を切り離すことができることを特徴とする、請求項4ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 前記第1のカップリングデバイス(13)は、移動不可能なディスクカップリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
- 風力発電所の駆動装置の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のトルク伝達デバイス。
