Claims (12)
- ポリウレタンの製造方法であって、
(a) ポリイソシアネート、
(b) イソシアネートに対して反応性の基を有するポリマー化合物であって、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、及びそれらの混合物の群から選択される化合物、
(c) 触媒、
(d) マロン酸ジヒドラジド、並びに任意に
(e) 発泡剤、
(f) 鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、及び
(g) 助剤及び/又は追加の物質
を混合して反応混合物を得、前記反応混合物の反応を完了するまで行ってポリウレタンを得る、製造方法。 - 含まれる前記成分(d)の量が、成分(a)〜(f)の総質量に対して0.01〜5質量%である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- イソシアネートに対して反応性の基を有する前記ポリマー化合物(b)がポリエーテルオールを含む、請求項1または2に一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記触媒(c)が組み込み可能なアミン触媒を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 使用する組み込み可能な触媒が、イソシアネートに対して反応性の基と一緒に、1個以上の第三級脂肪族アミノ基を有する化合物を含む、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記組み込み可能な触媒の少なくとも1個の第三級アミノ基が、メチル及びエチル部分から互いに独立して選択される2つの部分を有し、またさらなる有機部分も有する、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、10〜850g/Lの平均密度を有するポリウレタンフォームである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、平均密度850g/Lを超えるコンパクトポリウレタンである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンがマットレス又は家具品目の一部である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造することができるポリウレタン。
- 閉鎖空間における請求項10に記載のポリウレタンを使用する方法。
- 前記閉鎖空間が運搬手段内の空間である、請求項11に記載の使用方法。
