Description
シート状の電極であって、第一の辺と該第一の辺よりも長尺な第二の辺とが間隔をあけて並ぶ電極をターンさせることによって、前記第一の辺から前記第二の辺に亘って延びるターン部と、該ターン部によって接続され且つ互いに対向する一対の平坦部とを形成することを備え、
前記ターン部と前記平坦部を形成するときに、前記第一の辺で構成される前記各平坦部の第一の端縁よりも前記第二の辺で構成される前記各平坦部の第二の端縁の方が長尺となり、且つ前記一対の平坦部が前記ターン部を中心として対称又は略対称な形状となるように前記第一電極をターンさせる。
シート状の電極を有する電極体を備え、
前記電極は、互いに対向する一対の平坦部と、該一対の平坦部の端部同士を接続するターン部とを有し、
前記平坦部は、前記ターン部のターン軸が延びる方向で並ぶ第一の端縁と第二の端縁とを有し、
前記電極は、前記一対の平坦部が対向する方向から見て前記第一の端縁よりも前記第二の端縁が長尺であり、且つ展開された状態で前記ターン部を中心として対称又は略対称な形状となるように構成されている。
電解液及び前記電極体を収容する有底形状のケースを備え、
前記平坦部の前記第二の端縁が前記第一の端縁よりも前記ケースの底壁部側に配置されていてもよい。
Claims (3)
- シート状の電極であって、第一の辺と該第一の辺よりも長尺な第二の辺とが間隔をあけて並ぶ電極をターンさせることによって、前記第一の辺から前記第二の辺に亘って延びるターン部と、該ターン部によって接続され且つ互いに対向する一対の平坦部とを形成することを備え、
前記ターン部と前記平坦部を形成するときに、前記第一の辺で構成される前記各平坦部の第一の端縁よりも前記第二の辺で構成される前記各平坦部の第二の端縁の方が長尺となり、且つ前記一対の平坦部が前記ターン部を中心として対称又は略対称な形状となるように前記電極をターンさせる蓄電素子の製造方法。 - シート状の電極を有する電極体を備え、
前記電極は、互いに対向する一対の平坦部と、該一対の平坦部の端部同士を接続するターン部とを有し、
前記平坦部は、前記ターン部のターン軸が延びる方向で並ぶ第一の端縁と第二の端縁とを有し、
前記電極体は、前記一対の平坦部が対向する方向から見て前記第一の端縁よりも前記第二の端縁が長尺であり、且つ前記電極が展開された状態で前記ターン部を中心として対称又は略対称な形状となるように構成されている蓄電素子。 - 電解液及び前記電極体を収容する有底形状のケースを備え、
前記平坦部の前記第二の端縁が前記第一の端縁よりも前記ケースの底壁部側に配置されている、請求項2記載の蓄電素子。
