Description

5)ラッチばね150の枢軸点154がばね回転受部152とアライメントされる。
6)ラッチばね150の付勢要素156が針144の一部に乗り上げる。
7)ラッチばね150の手動ラッチ解除部158がケーシング半体130Aの解除部開口160内にアライメントされる。
8)針制御ワイヤが、ラッチばね150の枢軸点154を通過する。
装置チップ162(ケーシング半体130A、130Bから作製される)の基端と第1旋回アーム124の先端が一緒になって、図1Aで説明した第2関節継手62を構成する。第2関節制御ノブ66の回転によって引き起こされる第2関節制御ワイヤ102の動きは、先端チップケーシング130A、130Bをアーム124に対して旋回または関節運動させる。
Claims (7)
- 縫合糸に結合されたフェルールを保持するように構成された少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダと、
前記少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダを覆うように付勢される少なくとも1つのラッチを含むラッチばねと、
1つ以上の湾曲した針アームを含む針と、
前記1つ以上の湾曲した針アームを、組織ギャップを通る弧状経路上で動かすために、前記針に結合された針制御ワイヤと、
前記ラッチばねのフォロア領域と選択的に係合するために、前記針制御ワイヤに結合されたカムと、
を備え、
前記選択的な係合は、前記針制御ワイヤの第1方向への1つおきの移動で、前記カムを前記フォロア領域に当接させることを含み、
前記カムが前記針制御ワイヤの前記第1方向への1つおきの移動で前記フォロア領域と当接して、前記ラッチが前記少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダから離れるように旋回し、前記フェルールが前記フェルールホルダから離脱可能になったときに、前記フェルールが前記針の針チップによって前記フェルールホルダから離脱される低侵襲手術用の縫合装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのラッチは、前記少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダを部分的に覆うように付勢されている、請求項1に記載の縫合装置。
- 前記針制御ワイヤは、前記ラッチばねの開口を通過する、請求項1に記載の縫合装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダが2つのフェルールホルダを含み、前記2つのフェルールホルダの各々が縫合糸に結合されたフェルールを保持するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのラッチが、前記2つのフェルールホルダを覆うように付勢され、
前記1つ以上の湾曲した針アームが、2つの湾曲した針アームを含む、請求項1に記載の縫合装置。 - さらに、ハンドルと、少なくとも1つの針アーム出口穴を備えた請求項1に記載の縫合装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフェルールホルダが、前記針アーム出口穴と比べて、前記ハンドルに近い位置にある、請求項5に記載の縫合装置。
- 前記カムが、前記針制御ワイヤに結合されたカラーを含む、請求項1に記載の縫合装置。
