図2は、PSMAを標的とするDUPA−FITC(フルオレセインイソチオシアネート)コンジュゲート(14)の構造、ならびに培養中のPSMA陽性22Rv1ヒト前立腺がん細胞およびPSMA陰性A549ヒト肺胞の基底上皮細胞に対するその結合親和性(KD)および特異性を示す。RPMI培地に溶解したDUPA−FITCを、RPMI培地中の22Rv1またはA549細胞に、示された濃度で加え、37℃で1時間インキュベートした。次いで、培地を除去し、新鮮な培地(3×)で洗浄し、PBS(リン酸緩衝生理食塩水)と置き換えた。フローサイトメトリーを使用して試料を分析した。エラーバーはSD(n=3)を表す。**は、A549細胞に結合していない。

- 前記化合物が組織細胞中でのその分布後に蛍光を発するようことができるか、または蛍光を発するように適応する、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記組織細胞が、前立腺細胞、前立腺がん細胞、膀胱がん細胞、膵臓がん細胞、肝がん細胞、肺がん細胞、腎臓がん細胞、肉腫細胞、乳がん細胞、脳がん細胞、神経内分泌癌細胞、結腸がん細胞、精巣がん細胞および黒色腫細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の化合物。
- 近赤外線波長の励起光に供することによって、蛍光を発するように作られている、請求項6に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の化合物、および薬学的に許容される担体、賦形剤または希釈剤を含む組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の化合物を含むキット。
