Description
Claims (11)
- ガイド本体(20)、挿入部(60)およびカバー(100)を有する長尺部材(12)のねじ込み及び方向転換するためのエルボねじ継手システム(10)であって、
前記挿入部(60)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ガイド本体(20)の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの回転可能なガイド部(80)を有し、
前記ガイド本体(20)は、ガイドリセス(26)と少なくとも1つの出口リセス(36)を有して、前記ガイドリセス(26)が、ガイド軸(54)を有し、前記ガイド軸(54)に沿ってガイド本体(20)の一方の保持側部(24)から反対のヘッド側部(44)に延び、出口リセス(36)が、出口軸(56)を有し、前記出口軸(56)に沿ってガイド本体(20)の少なくとも1つの出口側部(34)から少なくともガイドリセス(26)に延び、前記ガイド軸(54)と前記出口軸(56)が、互いにある角度(α)をなし、前記ガイド部(80)には、ガイド本体(20)のヘッド側部(44)と関連する上領域(84)にねじ(86)があり、
前記カバー(100)は、ヘッド側部(44)から前記ガイド部(80)のねじ(86)にねじ込むことができる、ことを特徴とするエルボねじ継手システム(10)。 - 前記ガイド部(80)は、少なくとも1つのリセス(82)を形成する外套面(92)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 前記ガイド部(80)は、長手方向軸(96)を有し、そのリセス(82)が、長手方向軸(96)に沿ってガイド部(80)の全長(94)に延びていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 挿入部(60)は、さらに、ガイド本体(20)の保持側部(24)の領域に配置された接合手段(62)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- ガイド本体(20)の保持側部(24)と関連するガイド部(80)の下領域(88)は、少なくとも1つの接合手段(62)の保持手段(76)と、または少なくとも1つの接合形体(2)とラジアルベアリング(61)を形成する軸方向ロック手段(90)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 前記接合手段(62)は、上部域(72)にキー当接面(74)を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 前記接合手段(62)は、雄ねじ(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 前記ガイド部(80)は、リセス(82)を出口リセス(36)と一致させることができる少なくとも1つの位置決め形体(98)を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの位置決め手段(50、52)が、ガイド部(80)を位置合わせするガイドリセス(26)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)。
- ガイド本体(20)、挿入部(60)、およびカバー(100)を有する請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)の組立方法であって、
前記挿入部(60)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ガイド本体(20)の内部に位置する少なくとも1つの回転可能なガイド部(80)を有し、
少なくとも1つの長尺部品(12)を挿入部(60)に挿入し、ガイド本体(20)のガイドリセス(26)にガイドし、ガイド本体(20)のガイドリセス(26)に対してある角度で位置する出口リセス(36)から出し、そして、長尺部材(12)を少なくとも挿入部(60)の内部またはそれを通してガイドする前または後に、少なくともガイド部(80)をガイド本体(20)のガイドリセス(26)に挿入し、
ガイド本体(20)を、ガイドリセス(26)の長手方向軸(54)の周りで回転させて、ガイド部(80)を、少なくとも1つのガイド部(80)のリセス(82)が、ガイド本体(20)の少なくとも1つの出口リセス(36)に位置合わせするようにし、
ガイド本体(20)のヘッド側部(44)を覆うカバー(100)を、ガイド部(80)のねじ(86)にねじ込み、ガイド本体(20)の位置合わせをロックする、ことを特徴とするエルボねじ継手システム(10)の組立方法。 - 少なくとも1つの長尺部材(12)を、ある角度をなす位置にねじ込み、位置合わせすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のエルボねじ継手システム(10)の使用。
