Description
Claims (12)
- Y軸方向の一辺が下方に向いた直立状態でX軸方向に沿って互いに離隔するように配列された複数の二次電池に対し、前記二次電池のうち少なくともいずれか1つの温度を測定する温度測定器具と、
Y軸方向の一辺が下方に向いた直立状態でX軸方向に沿って互いに離隔するように複数の二次電池を配列して収納するトレイと、
前記二次電池に個別的に電源を印加可能な充放電プローブ及び電源装置と、
前記二次電池を冷却するために設けられる複数の冷却ファンであって、前記温度測定器具が測定した前記二次電池毎の各二次電池内の位置に応じた温度情報に基づいて風向及び出力が個別調節される冷却ファンとを含み、
前記温度測定器具は、
前記二次電池同士の間の離隔空間に挿入されて対面した二次電池の温度を非接触方式で測定する非接触式温度センサ部と、
前記非接触式温度センサ部をZ軸方向に昇降させることで、前記二次電池からZ軸方向の上方に離隔した位置から下方に前記離隔空間に挿入し、反対方向に引き出すZ軸移送器具とを含む、充放電装置。 - 前記冷却ファンは、前記トレイの上部に行及び列方向に設けられて直下方の二次電池に対して送風することを基準にし、水平面に対する角度調節を通じて風向が調節される、請求項1に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記冷却ファンは、前記温度測定器具が測定した前記二次電池毎の各二次電池内の位置に応じた温度情報に基づいて温度がより高い部分を集中的に冷却することで、他の部分との温度のバラツキを減らす、請求項1または2に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記温度測定器具による温度測定と前記冷却ファンの風向及び出力調節とがリアルタイムで連動して行われる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記温度測定器具は、前記Z軸移送器具を搭載してY軸方向に沿って移送させるY軸移送器具をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記非接触式温度センサ部は、単一温度センサを含むものであるか、または、前記二次電池のZ軸方向の一辺に対応する長さでZ軸方向に沿って配列された多重温度センサを含むものである、請求項5に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記温度測定器具は、前記Y軸移送器具を搭載してX軸方向に沿って移送させるX軸移送器具をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記非接触式温度センサ部は、単一温度センサを含むものであるか、または、前記二次電池のZ軸方向の一辺に対応する長さでZ軸方向に沿って配列された多重温度センサを含むものである、請求項7に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記温度測定器具は、前記Z軸移送器具を搭載してX軸方向に沿って移送させるX軸移送器具をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記非接触式温度センサ部は、前記二次電池のY軸方向の一辺に対応する長さでY軸方向に沿って配列された多重温度センサを含むものであるか、または、前記二次電池のY−Z平面上の面積に対応する面積のプレート部材及び前記プレート部材にY軸及びZ軸に沿って配列された多重温度センサを含むものである、請求項9に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記非接触式温度センサ部に雰囲気温度測定のための温度センサをさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の充放電装置。
- 前記冷却ファンは、前記トレイの側部に、前記二次電池の電極リードに向かう面に行及び列方向で設けられる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の充放電装置。
