Claims (12)
- ターボ機械翼(16)のための前縁保護体(32)であって、
該前縁保護体(32)は、圧力側翼部(34)と吸込側翼部(36)とを具備し、
前記圧力側翼部(34)と前記吸込側翼部(36)の各々が、下縁(50)から上縁(51)まで高さ方向において且つ前縁からそれぞれの後縁(40、42)まで長手方向において延びていて更に前記前縁を介して共に接続される、前縁保護体(32)において、
前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記後縁(42)は、前記前縁保護体の高さ全体に亘る接線方向の連続性と、2つの丸みを帯びた端部の間において接線方向の連続性を持って延びている少なくとも1つの成形された構成部分(S1、S2)とを有し、前記構成部分(S1、S2)は、前記構成部分(S1、S2)内の前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l1、l11、l12)が、前記構成部分(S1、S2)の各丸みを帯びた端部及び前記構成部分(S1、S2)の外側における前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l2、l3、l21、l22、l31、l32)よりも短いような状態で成形される、ことを特徴とする前縁保護体(32)。 - 前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記後縁(42)の該構成部分(S1、S2)は、前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記下縁(50)よりも前記上縁(51)により近い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 前記構成部分(S1、S2)内の前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記長さ(l1、l11、l12)は、前記構成部分(S1、S2)の各端部における前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l2、l3、l21、l22、l31、l32)に比べて、少なくとも10%、より短い、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 前記構成部分(S1、S2)内の前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記長さ(l1、l11、l12)は、前記構成部分(S1、S2)の各端部における前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記長さ(l2、l3、l21、l22、l31、l32)に比べて、少なくとも15%、より短い、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 前記構成部分(S1、S2)内の前記吸込側翼部(36)の前記長さ(l1、l11、l12)は、前記構成部分(S1、S2)の各端部における前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l2、l3、l21、l22、l31、l32)に比べて、少なくとも30%、より短い、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 前記吸込側翼部(36)の該後縁(42)は、各構成部分(S1、S2)内の前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l11、l12)が、同じ構成部分(S1、S2)の各端部における前記吸込側翼部(36)の長さ(l21、l22、l31、l32)に比べてより短いような状態で成形される、複数の成形された構成部分(S1、S2)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 金属材料により製作される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前縁保護体(32)。
- 翼根元から翼先端まで高さ方向に延びる、翼(16)であって、
翼本体(30)と、前記翼本体(30)に組み付けられた請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前縁保護体(32)と、を具備する翼(16)において、
前記翼本体(30)は、繊維で補強された有機マトリックス複合材料により製作され、更に前記前縁保護体(32)は、前記翼本体の前記有機マトリックス複合材料よりも耐点衝撃性のより優れた材料により製作される、ことを特徴とする翼(16)。 - 前記前縁は、少なくとも局所的に、30度以上の後傾斜を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の翼(16)。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の複数の翼(16)を具備することを特徴とするターボ機械。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の複数の翼(16)を具備することを特徴とするファン(14)。
- 請求項11に記載のファンを具備することを特徴とするターボファン(10)。
