Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
養殖装置100は、粒径10μm以上100μm以下のマイクロバブルを生成し、水槽101内に供給する第1バブル発生装置と、粒径10μm未満のナノバブルを生成し、水槽内に供給する第2バブル発生装置と、を備えている。本実施の形態では、マイクロバブルとナノバブルの両方を生成する(つまり第1バブル発生装置と第2バブル発生装置とを兼ねる)バブル発生装置7を用いたが、マイクロバブルを生成する第1バブル発生装置とナノバブルを生成する第2バブル発生装置とが別体で設けられていてもよい。
養殖装置100は、流水殺菌装置1をさらに備えている。流水殺菌装置1は、牡蠣103から排出されたウィルスを含む可能性のある水槽101内の海水Wの殺菌を行うことで、より安全性を高めるためのものである。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係る養殖装置100では、粒径10μm以上100μm以下のマイクロバブルを生成し、水槽101内に供給する第1バブル発生装置(ここではバブル発生装置7)と、粒径10μm未満のナノバブルを生成し、水槽101内に供給する第2バブル発生装置(ここではバブル発生装置7)と、を備えている。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (5)
- 海水を貯留し養殖対象となる貝類または魚類を収容する水槽と、
前記水槽内に海水を導入する取水手段と、
前記水槽内の海水を、前記水槽からオーバーフローさせることで排水する排水手段と、を備え、
前記取水手段で海水を導入しつつ、前記排水手段で前記水槽内の海水を排水することで、前記水槽内の海水の入れ替えを行う養殖装置であって、
粒径10μm以上100μm以下のマイクロバブルを生成し、前記水槽内に供給することで、当該マイクロバブルにより前記養殖対象となる貝類または魚類の排出物をキャッチして海水のオーバーフローと共に前記水槽外へと排出させる第1バブル発生装置と、
粒径10μm未満の酸素を含むナノバブルを生成し、前記水槽内に供給することで、前記養殖対象となる貝類または魚類に排出物の排出を促す第2バブル発生装置と、を備え、
ナノバブルの流量は、マイクロバブルの流量の30%以上300%以下である、
養殖装置。 - 前記第1及び第2バブル発生装置は、前記水槽の底部からバブルを供給する、
請求項1に記載の養殖装置。 - 前記排水手段は、水槽内で所定の水位以上となった海水を排水するように構成されている、
請求項1または2に記載の養殖装置。 - 前記水槽から取水された海水が流通され前記水槽へと排出される流路、及び前記流路を流通する海水に紫外光を照射する光源を有する流水殺菌装置をさらに備えた、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の養殖装置。 - 前記流路に海水と共にナノバブルが吸い込まれる位置に、前記第2バブル発生装置の吹き出し口が設けられている、
請求項4に記載の養殖装置。
