Claims (5)
- 互いに直交するX方向とY方向に広がる基板と、
前記基板の一側主面に設けられ、被測定物に対して第1波長の光を発する2つ以上の第1発光素子と、
前記第1発光素子と隣接した位置で前記基板の一側主面に設けられ、被測定物に対して前記第1波長と異なる第2波長の光を発する2つ以上の第2発光素子と、
前記基板の一側主面で前記第1発光素子および前記第2発光素子からの距離がそれぞれ異なる位置に配置され、前記第1発光素子および前記第2発光素子からの光を受光する3つ以上の受光素子と、を備え、
3つ以上の前記受光素子は、X方向に1列に並んで配置され、
2つ以上の前記第1発光素子および2つ以上の前記第2発光素子は、3つ以上の前記受光素子とY方向の異なる位置であって、X方向に1列に並んで配置されており、
3つ以上の前記受光素子と2つ以上の前記第1発光素子および2つ以上の前記第2発光素子との間には、X方向に延びる壁部が配置されており、
2つ以上の前記第1発光素子は、3つ以上の前記受光素子が並ぶ直線と直交した中心軸Oに関して略線対称となる位置に配置されており、
2つ以上の前記第2発光素子は、3つ以上の前記受光素子が並ぶ直線と直交した中心軸Oに関して略線対称となる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする生体信号センサ。 - 3つ以上の前記受光素子は、X方向に所定の長さ寸法の範囲に配置され、
2つの前記第1発光素子および2つの前記第2発光素子は、X方向に対して3つ以上の前記受光素子が配置された前記所定の長さ寸法の範囲内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体信号センサ。 - 2つの前記第1発光素子は、3つ以上の前記受光素子が並ぶX方向の両端側にそれぞれ配置され、
2つの前記第2発光素子は、3つ以上の前記受光素子が並ぶX方向の両端側にそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体信号センサ。 - 3つ以上の前記受光素子は、それぞれの前記受光素子と対向した位置に配置された3つ以上のレンズを有するレンズアレイによって覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の生体信号センサ。
- 前記レンズアレイは、3つ以上の前記受光素子に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生体信号センサ。
