Claims (8)
- 加熱式喫煙具の加熱部材(21)であって、
前記加熱部材(21)はシート状であり、対向する2つの第1端(A)及び第2端(B)を含み、
前記第1端(A)から前記加熱式喫煙具の煙筒(1)内に挿入されるよう、前記第1端(A)は外側に伸出するよう設けられ、前記第1端(A)から前記第2端(B)まで幅が徐々に広がっており、
前記加熱部材(21)の幅の対向する2つの辺には、前記加熱部材(21)の厚さを幅方向において辺縁に向かうほど徐々に減少させる退避部(211)がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記加熱部材(21)は、幅方向において対向する2つの第1辺(C)及び第2辺(D)と、厚さ方向において対向する2つの第1側(E)及び第2側(F)を含み、
前記退避部(211)は、前記第1辺(C)に対応する前記第1側(E)及び/又は第2側(F)の辺縁に設けられる面取り部と、前記第2辺(D)に対応する前記第1側(E)及び/又は第2側(F)の辺縁に設けられる面取り部を含み、前記面取り部は斜角又は角丸を含むことを特徴とする加熱部材。 - 前記第1端(A)の端部には、前記煙筒(1)内のヒートスティック(3)への挿入に有利な鋭端(215)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(21)。
- 前記鋭端(215)の幅方向において対向する2つの辺がなす夾角の角度は、前記加熱部材(21)の第2端(B)の幅方向において対向する2つの辺がなす夾角の角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱部材(21)。
- 前記第1辺(C)の前記第1側(E)及び第2側(F)の辺縁に面取り部がそれぞれ設けられており、前記第2辺(D)の前記第1側(E)及び第2側(F)の辺縁に面取り部がそれぞれ設けられており、前記第1辺(C)及び第2辺(D)の前記退避部(211)によって、前記加熱部材(21)の前記第1辺(C)及び第2辺(D)に角丸辺又は鋭角辺が形成されるか、或いは、
前記第1辺(C)の前記第1側(E)又は第2側(F)の辺縁に面取り部が設けられており、前記第2辺(D)の前記第1側(E)又は第2側(F)の辺縁に面取り部が設けられており、前記第1辺(C)及び第2辺(D)に鋭角辺が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(21)。 - 前記加熱部材(21)は、シート状基材(212)、前記シート状基材(212)を被覆する絶縁層(213)、及び前記絶縁層(213)に設けられる導電パス(214)を含み、前記導電パス(214)は通電後に発熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱部材(21)。
- 前記シート状基材(212)は、金属材質又は合金であり、前記退避部(211)はスタンピングにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の加熱部材(21)。
- 前記加熱部材(21)は、更に、前記導電パス(214)の外側を被覆する隔離層(216)を含み、前記隔離層(216)は、ガラス釉を焼成して形成される釉層であり、前記加熱部材(21)の外表面が前記隔離層(216)により被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の加熱部材(21)。
- 煙筒(1)と、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の加熱部材(21)を含み、前記加熱部材(21)は、前記第1端(A)から前記煙筒(1)内に取り外し可能に挿設可能であることを特徴とする加熱式喫煙具。
