Claims (5)
- 1次元方向に配列された送波器と、送波器の配列方向と直交方向に1次元配列された受波器を有し、該送波器により一回の送受信期間において複数の送波波面を送波し、送波される音波の周波数が、送波器配列方向に対する方位により異なる超音波3次元計測装置において、
正面方向に高周波信号を放射し、辺縁方向に低周波信号を放射する構成とし、前記送波器の配列方向に直交する正面方向を含む正面方向近傍への前記送波波面が高周波であり、辺縁方向への前記送波波面が低周波であるように構成することを特徴とする超音波3次元計測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波3次元計測装置において、
前記送波波面の送波方位と音波周波数とが、正面方向に関して共に一定方向に変化するように構成することを特徴とする超音波3次元計測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波3次元計測装置において、
前記送波が、時間差を有する同一波形を各送波素子に印加することにより定まる方向に音波を送出する遅延制御駆動であるように構成することを特徴とする超音波3次元計測装
置。 - 請求項2に記載の超音波3次元計測装置において、
隣接する方位に送波される前記送波波面の送波音波周波数を、それぞれ少なくとも周波数帯域幅1/T(Tは、送信信号の全時間長の1/2)である限界周波数間隔以上に接近した周波数となるように設定することを特徴とする超音波3次元計測装置。 - 1次元方向に配列された送波器と、送波器の配列方向と直交方向に1次元配列された受波器を有し、該送波器により一回の送受信期間において複数の送波波面を送波し、送波される音波の周波数が、送波器配列方向に対する方位により異なる超音波3次元計測装置において、
前記一回の送受波期間において複数の送波波面を送波する動作を前記送波波面の方位を変化させ複数回行い、
対象空間領域を制限した限界分解能表示を行い、
前記対象空間領域を制限した限界分解能表示が、送波器分解能方向と受波器分解能方向の空間領域を同時に制限し、
送波器分解能方向と受波器分解能方向の制限された空間領域の交差領域を軸として表示する制限領域を回転させることを特徴とする超音波3次元計測装置。
