Description
− 第1の流体を受けるために内部空間を画定して長手軸芯に沿って延びているシェルと、
− シェルの内側に配置されて、第2の流体を受けるために内部空間に長手方向に延びているチューブ束と、
− 内部空間から運ばれる流体の気液分離を行うことができ、チューブ束の上側に配置されている分離部材と
を備えた、蒸発させる第1の流体と冷却及び/又は凝縮される第2の流体との熱交換のための装置に関する。
− 上記に記載されているような装置を準備する工程、
− 第1の流体に内部空間内を通過させる工程、
− 第2の流体にチューブ束のチューブ内を通過させる工程、
− 第2の流体との熱交換によって第1の流体を再加熱して、第1の流体を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させることによって気体及び液滴を含む同伴流体を形成する工程、及び
− 同伴流体が流体通路領域を通過することにより、同伴流体内の液体を分離部材に集める工程
を有することを特徴とする方法に関する。
− 第1の流体を受けるために内部空間を画定して長手軸芯に沿って延びているシェルと、
− シェルの内側に配置されて、内部空間に長手方向に延びているチューブ束と、
− 内部空間から運ばれる流体の気液分離を行うように構成されて、チューブ束の上側に配置されている分離部材と
を備えており、
チューブ束は、特には長円形状又は疑似台形状を有する水平方向に横長のカバーを、長手軸芯と垂直な面に画定していることを特徴とする装置に関する。
Claims (8)
- 蒸発させる第1の流体と冷却及び/又は凝縮される第2の流体との熱交換のための装置であって、
− 第1の流体を受けるために内部空間を画定して長手軸芯に沿って延びているシェルと、
− 前記シェルの内側に配置されて、第2の流体を受けるために前記内部空間に前記長手軸芯と平行に延びているチューブ束と、
− 前記内部空間から運ばれる流体の気液分離を行うことができ、前記チューブ束の上側に配置されている分離部材と
を備えており、
前記分離部材は、少なくとも別個の水平な第1の流体通路領域及び水平な第2の流体通路領域及び流体の通過を防ぐ少なくとも1つの中間領域を、前記長手軸芯と直交する少なくとも1つの面に有しており、
各流体通路領域は、有孔隔壁によって形成されており、
前記流体通路領域は、前記分離部材における前記内部空間の反対側に位置する下流側気体回収スペースを画定しており、
前記第1の流体通路領域は第1の高さに設けられており、前記第2の流体通路領域は前記第1の高さより高い第2の高さに設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記流体通路領域は、水平方向及び/又は垂直方向に間隔を置いて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分離部材は、前記第1の流体通路領域と垂直方向に同一の高さに設けられた水平な少なくとも第3の流体通路領域を有しており、前記第1の流体通路領域及び前記第3の流体通路領域は、前記第1の流体通路領域と前記第3の流体通路領域との間に中間スペースを画定しており、前記第2の流体通路領域は前記中間スペースを覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記シェルの上側に配置された煙突状体を更に備えており、前記分離部材は前記煙突状体内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブ束は、水平方向に横長のカバーを、前記長手軸芯と直交する面に画定していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の流体を前記内部空間に導入するための導入入口を更に備えており、前記導入入口は、前記シェルの下部の前記内部空間の底部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの液化トレインを備えており、前記液化トレインは、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を有していることを特徴とする炭化水素液化装置。
- 蒸発させる第1の流体と冷却及び/又は凝縮される第2の流体との熱交換のための方法であって、
− 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を準備する工程、
− 第1の流体に前記内部空間内を通過させる工程、
− 第2の流体に前記チューブ束のチューブ内を通過させる工程、
− 前記第2の流体との熱交換によって前記第1の流体を再加熱して、前記第1の流体を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させることによって気体及び液滴を含む同伴流体を形成する工程、及び
− 前記同伴流体が前記流体通路領域を通過することにより、前記同伴流体内の液体を前記分離部材に集める工程
を有することを特徴とする方法。
