Description
Claims (10)
- 液晶表示装置に用いられることで、液晶表示装置の光源として使用する有機発光ダイオードを駆動して発光させる駆動回路であって、
前記駆動回路は、第1電気スイッチと、第2電気スイッチと、第3電気スイッチと、第4電気スイッチと、第5電気スイッチと、駆動電気スイッチと、キャパシタとを含み、
前記第1電気スイッチの制御端子は駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第1電気スイッチの第1端子はデータ信号を受信し、前記第1電気スイッチの第2端子は前記駆動電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子は前記キャパシタの第1端子に接続されており、且つ、前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第2電気スイッチの第1端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第2電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、且つ、前記駆動電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第4電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの第2端子は前記第3電気スイッチの第1端子に接続されており、前記第2電気スイッチの制御端子は前記駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第4電気スイッチの制御端子は第1補償走査線に接続されており、前記第4電気スイッチの第1端子は直流電圧を受け取り、前記第4電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第5電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記第3電気スイッチの第2端子は前記有機発光ダイオードのアノードに接続されており、前記第5電気スイッチの制御端子は第2補償走査線に接続されており、前記第5電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第3電気スイッチの制御端子に接続されており、前記キャパシタの第2端子は前記有機発光ダイオードのカソードに接続されており、且つ、前記キャパシタの第2端子は接地されており、そのうち、前記第2補償走査線は前記第1補償走査線の1ステージ前の補償走査線であり、前記第1補償走査線は前記駆動走査線と同一ステージの走査線であり、前記駆動走査線より出力する信号のレベルが前記第1補償走査線より出力する信号のレベルと逆になることを特徴とする駆動回路。 - 前記駆動走査線は第nステージの駆動走査線であり、前記第1補償走査線は第nステージの補償走査線であり、前記第2補償走査線は第n−1ステージの補償走査線であり、また前記駆動回路は、第n−1ステージの駆動走査線と第6電気スイッチとを含み、前記第6電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第6電気スイッチの第1端子は前記直流電圧を受け取り、前記第6電気スイッチの第2端子は前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子に接続されており、前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線より出力する信号のレベルが、前記第2補償走査線より出力する信号のレベルと逆になることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動回路。
- 前記駆動回路は、行ドライバと列ドライバとをさらに含み、前記第1電気スイッチの第1端子は前記列ドライバに接続することで、前記列ドライバより出力されたデータ信号を受信し、前記行ドライバは、制御信号を前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線、前記第n−1ステージの補償走査線、第nステージの駆動走査線及び第nステージの補償走査線に出力するのに用いられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動回路。
- 前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチ、及び前記駆動電気スイッチは、いずれもn型電界効果トランジスタであり、前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチの制御端子、第1端子、第2端子、及び前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子、第1端子、第2端子はそれぞれ、ゲート電極、ドレイン電極、ソース電極であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動回路。
- 前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチ、及び前記駆動電気スイッチは、いずれもIGZO薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動回路。
- 液晶表示装置の光源として使用する有機発光ダイオードと駆動回路とを含む液晶表示装置であって、
前記駆動回路は、第1電気スイッチと、第2電気スイッチと、第3電気スイッチと、第4電気スイッチと、第5電気スイッチと、駆動電気スイッチと、キャパシタとを含み、
前記第1電気スイッチの制御端子は駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第1電気スイッチの第1端子はデータ信号を受信し、前記第1電気スイッチの第2端子は前記駆動電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子は前記キャパシタの第1端子に接続されており、且つ、前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第2電気スイッチの第1端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第2電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、且つ、前記駆動電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第4電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記駆動電気スイッチの第2端子は前記第3電気スイッチの第1端子に接続されており、前記第2電気スイッチの制御端子は前記駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第4電気スイッチの制御端子は第1補償走査線に接続されており、前記第4電気スイッチの第1端子は直流電圧を受け取り、前記第4電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第5電気スイッチの第2端子に接続されており、前記第3電気スイッチの第2端子は前記有機発光ダイオードのアノードに接続されており、前記第5電気スイッチの制御端子は第2補償走査線に接続されており、前記第5電気スイッチの第1端子は前記第3電気スイッチの制御端子に接続されており、前記キャパシタの第2端子は前記有機発光ダイオードのカソードに接続されており、且つ、前記キャパシタの第2端子は接地されており、そのうち、前記第2補償走査線は前記第1補償走査線の1ステージ前の補償走査線であり、前記第1補償走査線は前記駆動走査線と同一ステージの走査線であり、前記駆動走査線より出力する信号のレベルが、前記第1補償走査線より出力する信号のレベルと逆になることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記駆動走査線は第nステージの駆動走査線であり、前記第1補償走査線は第nステージの補償走査線であり、前記第2補償走査線は第n−1ステージの補償走査線であり、また前記駆動回路は、第n−1ステージの駆動走査線と第6電気スイッチとを含み、前記第6電気スイッチの制御端子は前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線に接続されており、前記第6電気スイッチの第1端子は前記直流電圧を受け取り、前記第6電気スイッチの第2端子は前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子に接続されており、前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線より出力する信号のレベルが、前記第2補償走査線より出力する信号のレベルと逆になることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記駆動回路は、行ドライバと列ドライバとをさらに含み、前記第1電気スイッチの第1端子は前記列ドライバに接続することで、前記列ドライバより出力されたデータ信号を受信し、前記行ドライバは、制御信号を前記第n−1ステージの駆動走査線、前記第n−1ステージの補償走査線、第nステージの駆動走査線及び第nステージの補償走査線に出力するのに用いられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチ、及び前記駆動電気スイッチは、いずれもn型電界効果トランジスタであり、前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチの制御端子、第1端子、第2端子、及び前記駆動電気スイッチの制御端子、第1端子、第2端子はそれぞれ、ゲート電極、ドレイン電極、ソース電極であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1電気スイッチ〜第6電気スイッチ、及び前記駆動電気スイッチは、いずれもIGZO薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
