Description
Claims (5)
- 表面に複数のフィンガー電極及び該フィンガー電極群を連結する表面バスバー電極が形成され、裏面には裏面バスバー電極が形成され、前記表面バスバー電極の延在方向に沿って互いに隣接して配置される複数の太陽電池セルと、一側の太陽電池セルの表面バスバー電極と他の側の太陽電池セルの裏面バスバー電極とを接続させるインターコネクションリボンを含む太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記太陽電池セル群は一側の太陽電池セルの表面の縁部と他の側の太陽電池セルの裏面の縁部の一部が重ね合わせるようにして配置され、
前記太陽電池セルの裏面バスバー電極は、前記太陽電池セルの縁部から一定長さ除去され、
前記裏面バスバー電極を除いた前記太陽電池セルの裏面には前記裏面バスバー電極より厚いアルミニウム層が形成され、
前記アルミニウム層は前記太陽電池の裏面の縁部から前記裏面バスバー電極の方向に一部領域または前記太陽電池の裏面の縁部から前記裏面バスバー電極の端部間の領域が前記裏面バスバー電極の厚さと同じであるか薄く形成されたり除去されることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記裏面バスバー電極の厚さと同じであるか薄く形成されたり除去される引込部領域には前記インターコネクションリボンが一部引き込まれるように下方に所定深さ引き込まれる引込溝または貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 表面に複数のフィンガー電極及び該フィンガー電極群を連結する表面バスバー電極が形成され、裏面には裏面バスバー電極が形成され、前記表面バスバー電極の延在方向に沿って互いに隣接して配置される複数の太陽電池セルと、一側の太陽電池セルの表面バスバー電極と他の側の太陽電池セルの裏面バスバー電極とを接続させるインターコネクションリボンを含む太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記太陽電池セル群は一側の太陽電池セルの表面の縁部と他の側の太陽電池セルの裏面の縁部の一部が重ね合わせるようにして配置され、
前記表面バスバー電極の両端部のうち少なくともいずれか一側の端部は太陽電池セルの縁部から一定長さ除去され、
前記太陽電池セルの表面には一定長さ除去された一側の前記表面バスバー電極の端部から太陽電池セルの縁部側に向かってそれぞれ分岐されるように所定長さ延びた一対の分岐バスバー電極がさらに備えられることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記分岐バスバー電極群の間の太陽電池セルには前記インターコネクションリボンが一部引き込まれるように下方に所定深さ引き込まれた引込溝または前記インターコネクションリボンが通過できるように上下を貫通する貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 一側の太陽電池セルの表面の縁部には他の側の太陽電池セルの裏面の縁部を保持するための保持部がさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
