Claims (7)

前記セラミックボディに装着された少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディであって、前記非セラミックボディに形成された1つ又は複数の装着特徴部を含み、前記流れ経路は前記少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディを通して延びている、少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディと
を有する、マルチピース貫流コネクタ。 - 前記圧力センサは、前記流れ経路内の圧力により変形する前記セラミックボディの一部に関連付けられる、請求項1に記載のマルチピース貫流コネクタ。
- 前記1つ又は複数の装着特徴部は、ねじ式接続部、機械式かみ合い特徴部、及び締り嵌め部のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載のマルチピース貫流コネクタ。
- 前記セラミックボディは、該セラミックボディに形成された少なくとも1つのスロットを含み、前記少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディは、該非セラミックボディに形成された少なくとも1つのスロットを含む、請求項1に記載のマルチピース貫流コネクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディに対する前記セラミックボディの向き及び位置を維持するために、前記セラミックボディに形成された少なくとも1つのスロット、及び前記少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディに形成された少なくとも1つのスロットに係合される少なくとも1つのクリップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載のマルチピース貫流コネクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのクリップは、バックスパン部と、前記バックスパン部の両端部から延び出た2本の脚部とを有し、各脚部に形成された一対の隆起部が、前記セラミックボディ及び前記少なくとも1つの非セラミックボディに形成された対応するスロットに係合する、請求項5に記載のマルチピース貫流コネクタ。
- セラミックボディと、
前記セラミックボディを通して延びる流れ経路であって、前記流れ経路の少なくとも一部が、実質的に連続した平滑な表面を含む、流れ経路と、
前記流れ経路内の圧力により変形する、前記セラミックボディに形成された圧力窓であって、前記セラミックボディの周囲の部分よりも薄い前記セラミックボディの断面によって規定される圧力窓と、
前記圧力窓に配設された圧力センサと
を有し、
前記流れ経路は、前記セラミックボディに装着された非セラミックボディを通して延びている、貫流コネクタ。
