Claims (16)
- マーカ送出デバイスであって、
遠位端及び前記遠位端に近接して位置決めされた側部アパーチャを含むカニューレと、
前記側部アパーチャの少なくとも一部を覆うように前記カニューレから延在する1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップと、
前記カニューレ内に延在するロッドと、
前記ロッドに動作可能に結合しており、前記側部アパーチャに近接して位置決めされた可撓性配備器とを備え、
前記可撓性配備器は、作動する前の状態から作動した状態へと移行するように構成されており、
前記ロッドは、前記可撓性配備器を前記作動した状態へと移行させ、それによって、前記1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップを通って前記側部アパーチャから生検部位マーカを排出するように構成されている、前記マーカ送出デバイス。 - 前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドの並進に反応して曲がり、それによって前記側部アパーチャから前記生検部位マーカを排出するように構成された、ストリップである、請求項1に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記可撓性配備器が前記作動する前の状態にあるときに、前記カニューレの内部表面に接して平坦に位置している、請求項2に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記側部アパーチャの反対側に位置決めされており、
前記可撓性配備器は、前記可撓性配備器が前記作動する前の状態にあるときに、前記生検部位マーカが前記カニューレ内に完全に包含されることを可能にするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。 - 前記可撓性配備器は、前記作動する前の状態に弾性的に付勢されている、請求項2に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記カニューレ内で前記ロッドが遠位に並進すると、前記作動する前の状態から前記作動した状態へと移行するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドから遠位に延在し、前記カニューレの前記遠位端に近接して終端している、請求項1に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドと一体である、請求項1に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドに取り外し可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- マーカ送出デバイスであって、
(a)遠位端及び前記遠位端に対して近位に位置決めされた側部アパーチャを含むカニューレと、
(b)前記側部アパーチャの少なくとも一部を覆うように前記カニューレから延在する1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップと、
(c)前記カニューレ内で前記側部アパーチャに対して移動可能であるロッドと、
(d)前記カニューレによって定められた長手方向軸に平行に延在する平坦な構成に向けて弾性的に付勢され、前記ロッドの移動に反応して前記平坦な構成から変形して、前記1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップを通って前記側部アパーチャから生検部位マーカを排出するように構成された、可撓性配備器とを備える、前記マーカ送出デバイス。 - 前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドに固定されており、前記ロッドから前記カニューレの前記遠位端へと延在し、
前記可撓性配備器は、前記ロッドの遠位への並進に反応して前記カニューレの前記長手方向軸に対して直交して変形するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。 - 前記ロッドは、前記カニューレ内で並進し、前記可撓性配備器を前記カニューレの前記長手方向軸に対して直交して曲げて、それによって前記側部アパーチャから前記生検部位マーカを排出するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップは、前記側部アパーチャを少なくとも部分的に閉囲するために前記カニューレ上に位置決めされている、請求項10に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記1つまたは複数の可撓性フラップは、前記可撓性配備器が前記平坦な構成にあるときに前記側部アパーチャを通って前記生検部位マーカが移動するのをブロックするように、また、前記可撓性配備器が変形したときに前記側部アパーチャを通って前記生検部位マーカが移動するのを可能にするように、構成されている、請求項13に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記可撓性配備器が前記平坦な構成にあるときに前記側部アパーチャの反対側の側面に接して前記カニューレ内に位置決めされている、請求項10に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
- 前記可撓性配備器は、前記可撓性配備器が前記平坦な構成にあるときに前記可撓性配備器の上面と前記側部アパーチャとの間に前記生検部位マーカを受容するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のマーカ送出デバイス。
