Claims (1)
- 建物の外周部に配置されるカーテンウォールであって、
前記建物の室外側に配置される室外側ガラスパネルと、
前記室外側ガラスパネルと所定の間隔を有して、前記建物の室内側に配置される室内側仕切部材と、
前記室外側ガラスパネルと前記室内側仕切部材の間に形成される中間空気層と、
を備え、
当該カーテンウォールは、前記建物の居住空間と対向したビジョン部と、前記建物の上下階の境界部分と対向したスパンドレル部とを備え、
前記ビジョン部の室外側ガラスパネルは、上方部分と下方部分とから成る二段窓となっており、
前記室外側ガラスパネルの上方部分は、フレームで囲まれた一枚のガラスパネルから構成されており、
前記室外側ガラスパネルの上方部分は、太陽光発電モジュールを備え、
前記室外側ガラスパネルの上方部分は、開閉可能に構成され、
前記室外側ガラスパネルの上方部分は、前記フレームの上部に設けられた回転軸を中心として前記フレームの下部が室外に突き出て、前記太陽光発電モジュールの受光面が上方を向くように開くことを特徴とするカーテンウォール。
