Claims (15)

前記複数の刺激事例の各々に関して、複数のタグから選択されたタグを該刺激事例中に刺激された前記領域内の複数のボクセルの各1つに割り当て、前記タグは、該刺激事例に対する前記少なくとも1つの評価に基づいて選択され、前記複数のタグは、刺激効果の欠如及び刺激副作用の欠如を示す第1のタグと、刺激効果の存在及び刺激副作用の欠如を示す第2のタグと、刺激効果の存在及び刺激副作用の存在を示す第3のタグと、刺激効果の欠如及び刺激副作用の存在を示す第4のタグとを含む、前記タグの割り当て、
前記複数のボクセルの各ボクセルに関して、前記複数の刺激事例に関する前記ボクセルに割り当てられた前記タグに基づいて、複数のボクセルタイプから選択された前記ボクセルタイプを割り当て、かつ
複数の前記ボクセルの表現をそのボクセルに割り当てられた前記ボクセルタイプに関連付けられたグラフィック特徴を表示ボクセルの各々が有するように前記ディスプレイ上に表示し、
前記ボクセルタイプの前記割り当てに基づいて刺激領域を決定し、且つ前記刺激領域を刺激するための刺激パラメータのセットを発生させる、
アクションを実行するように構成かつ配置されたコンピュータプロセッサと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの評価は、少なくとも1つの刺激効果に対する少なくとも1つの評価と、少なくとも1つの刺激副作用に関する少なくとも1つの評価とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボクセルタイプを割り当てることが、前記第1及び第2のタグの比に基づいて複数の前記ボクセルに対して該ボクセルタイプを割り当てることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記存在は、予め決められた存在閾値での又はそれよりも上でのそれぞれ前記刺激効果又は刺激副作用の存在によって示され、前記欠如は、予め決められた欠如閾値よりも下であるそれぞれ該刺激効果又は刺激副作用によって示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 組み合わせた第1及び第2のタグに対する第4のタグの比が副作用閾値よりも大きくない限り、ボクセルには、該第1のタグに対する該第2のタグの比が予め決められた第1の閾値よりも小さい時に前記第1のボクセルタイプが割り当てられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 組み合わせた第1及び第2のタグに対する第4のタグの前記比が前記副作用閾値よりも大きくない限り、前記ボクセルには、該第1のタグに対する該第2のタグの前記比が予め決められた第2の閾値よりも大きい時に前記第2のボクセルタイプが割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクションは、前記ボクセルのうちの少なくとも1つに割り当てられた前記ボクセルタイプの信頼水準を該ボクセルに割り当てられた前記タグの相対量に基づいて決定することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボクセルに割り当てられた前記ボクセルタイプに関連付けられた前記グラフィック特徴は、該ボクセルタイプの該割り当てにおける前記信頼水準を更に表すことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクションは、埋込可能なパルス発生器が該刺激パラメータのセットを受信し、かつ該刺激パラメータのセットを使用して電気刺激を提供することができるように前記刺激パラメータのセットを送信することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 臨床効果を可視化するためのプロセッサ実行可能命令を有する非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記プロセッサ実行可能命令は、デバイス上にインストールされた時に、
複数の刺激事例の各々に関して、該刺激事例中に刺激された領域の推定と、少なくとも1つの刺激効果又は刺激副作用に関する少なくとも1つの評価とを取得し、
前記複数の刺激事例の各々に関して、複数のタグから選択されたタグを該刺激事例中に刺激された前記領域内の複数のボクセルの各1つに割り当て、前記タグは該刺激事例に対する前記少なくとも1つの評価に基づいて選択され、前記複数のタグは、刺激効果の欠如及び刺激副作用の欠如を示す第1のタグと、刺激効果の存在及び刺激副作用の欠如を示す第2のタグと、刺激効果の存在及び刺激副作用の存在を示す第3のタグと、刺激効果の欠如及び刺激副作用の存在を示す第4のタグとを含む、前記タグの割り当て、
前記複数のボクセルの各ボクセルに関して、複数のボクセルタイプから選択された前記ボクセルタイプを前記複数の刺激事例に関する前記ボクセルに割り当てられた前記タグに基づいて割り当て、かつ
複数の前記ボクセルの表現をそのボクセルに割り当てられた前記ボクセルタイプに関連付けられたグラフィック特徴を表示ボクセルの各々が有するように表示し、
前記ボクセルタイプの前記割り当てに基づいて刺激領域を決定し、且つ前記刺激領域を刺激するための刺激パラメータのセットを発生させる、
ことを含むアクションを前記デバイスが実行することを可能にする、
ことを特徴とする媒体。 - 前記ボクセルタイプを割り当てることが、前記第1及び第2のタグの比に基づいて複数の前記ボクセルに対して該ボクセルタイプを割り当てることを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 組み合わせた第1及び第2のタグに対する第4のタグの比が副作用閾値よりも大きくない限り、前記ボクセルには、該第1のタグに対する該第2のタグの比が予め決められた第1の閾値よりも小さい時に前記第1のボクセルタイプが割り当てられる、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 組み合わせた第1及び第2のタグに対する第4のタグの前記比が前記副作用閾値よりも大きくない限り、前記ボクセルには、該第1のタグに対する該第2のタグの前記比が予め決められた第2の閾値よりも大きい時に前記第2のボクセルタイプが割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記アクションは、前記ボクセルのうちの少なくとも1つに割り当てられた前記ボクセルタイプの信頼水準を該ボクセルに割り当てられた前記タグの相対量に基づいて決定することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
