Claims (12)
- モータ本体部と、
前記モータ本体部に取り付けられるキャップ部材と、
を備え、
前記モータ本体部が、
静止部と、
上下方向を向く中心軸を中心に回転する回転部と、
前記静止部に固定され、前記回転部を回転可能に支持する軸受と、
を含み、
前記キャップ部材は、
前記中心軸に略垂直に延びる天面部と、
前記天面部よりも下側に配置され、前記天面部よりも外径が大きい底面部と、
前記天面部と前記底面部とを接続する接続部と、
を含み、
前記接続部は、
前記天面部の外縁と、前記底面部の外縁とを接続する第1接続部と、
前記天面部の外縁と、前記底面部の内縁とを接続する第2接続部と、を含み、
前記第1接続部の外縁から軸方向に延びる面と、前記第1接続部の内縁から径方向に延びる面と、前記第1接続部からなる空間に、空隙を有する
モータ。 - 前記中心軸と、前記第2接続部の外表面とのなす角は、前記中心軸と、前記第1接続部の外表面とのなす角よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記第1接続部の外表面は、軸方向上側から軸方向下側に向かって外径が大きくなる傾斜面である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のモータ。
- 前記第2接続部の外表面は、前記中心軸に平行な面である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のモータ。
- 前記第1接続部と、前記第2接続部とは、周方向において隣接し、
前記第1接続部は、前記第2接続部が隣接する周方向に向く面側に、軸方向に延びる壁面を有する、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のモータ。 - 前記モータ本体部は、軸方向上側にエンコーダを有し、
前記エンコーダは、前記キャップ部材に覆われている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のモータ。 - 前記エンコーダは、前記第2接続部と径方向に対向する、請求項6に記載のモータ。
- 前記モータ本体部は、軸方向上側 に回路基板を有し、
前記エンコーダは、
前記回路基板の上面に配置されるセンサ部と、
シャフトに取り付けられ、下方に開口する有蓋状のカップ部と、
を有し、
前記センサ部の少なくとも一部は、前記壁面と周方向に重なる位置および前記第1接続部と軸方向に重なる位置に配置される、請求項6または請求項7のいずれかに記載のモータ。 - 前記モータ本体部は、軸方向上側 に回路基板を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記キャップ部材に覆われている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のモータ。 - 前記キャップ部材は、前記底面部に軸方向に可動可能な弾性部をさらに有し、
前記弾性部は、前記回路基板を軸方向に保持する、請求項8または請求項9に記載のモータ。 - 前記キャップ部材は、前記底面部の外縁から下方へと突出するスナップフィット部をさらに有し、
前記モータ本体部は、前記スナップフィット部に固定されることでキャップ部材に取り付けられ、
前記第1接続部の少なくとも一部は、前記スナップフィット部と周方向に重なる位置に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のモータ。 - 前記モータ本体部は、軸方向上側に、前記モータ本体部の外径よりも径方向外側に突出する外部接続部を有し、
前記キャップ部材は、
前記底面部の外縁から下方に延びる筒状部と、
前記筒状部の下端部から上方に窪む切欠部と、
を有し、
前記外部接続部の少なくとも一部は、前記切欠部に収容される、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のモータ。
