Description

The present invention relates to a construction how the outer wall structure and outer wall structure of the building.

Conventionally, in a building such as a factory, a distribution facility, or a home center, the outer wall (outer wall structure) is provided with a plurality of base steel frames (base members) erected in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction and a base. It is configured with a plurality of heat insulating panels (panels) that are fixed to the front side of the steel frame with screws, arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and arranged so as to be stacked in the vertical direction to form the outer wall of the building. There is.

Further, for example, the heat insulating panel is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a front view by integrally sandwiching a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness between a substantially flat plate-shaped front plate and a back plate made of metal, and an upper end portion thereof. A fitting convex portion (or fitting concave portion) having a thickness smaller than that of the panel main body is provided on the side, and the lower end side of the front plate and the back plate is extended downward from the lower surface of the heat insulating material on the lower end side. It is formed by providing a fitting concave portion (or a fitting convex portion).

When constructing this type of outer wall structure, the upper heat insulating panel is laminated while fitting the fitting convex portion at the upper end of the lower heat insulating panel into the fitting recess, and the upper heat insulating panel is laminated. Fasten the upper end side of the to the base steel frame with screws. By repeating this operation sequentially from the first stage to the uppermost stage of the lower stage, it is possible to construct an outer wall in which a plurality of heat insulating panels are arranged side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions.

On the other hand, when installing a sash (fitting for the outer wall) on a part of the outer wall, the sash is attached before the part where the front view shape sash is attached (joining fitting installation part), and after the sash is attached, the heat insulating panel I am trying to install. Further, the sash is fixed to the side surface of the base steel frame by screwing / bolting the mounting bracket, and is fixed by the mounting bracket or the fastener (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-50009

However, in the above-mentioned conventional outer wall structure, the heat insulating panel is attached to the base steel frame from the outdoor side by screwing it, whereas the sash is attached to the base steel frame from the indoor side using a mounting bracket or a fastener. For this reason, it is necessary to separately perform the work of attaching the heat insulating panel and the work of attaching fittings such as sashes.

Furthermore, since the sash is attached by fastening the upper and lower ends of the left and right vertical frames, that is, the four corners of the sash frame to the base steel frame with screws, and using mounting brackets and fasteners, it is a specialized installation of the heat insulating panel. A sash-specialized installation worker is required in addition to the worker.

In this way, it is necessary to separately perform the installation work of the heat insulating panel and the mounting work of fittings such as sashes, and further, a sash specialized installation worker is required separately from the heat insulating panel specialized installation worker. There were inconveniences such as lengthening the construction work and increasing the cost due to the conflict between the heat insulating panel and the fittings such as the sash.

In the outer wall structure of the building, the construction method of the outer wall structure of the building, and the fitting for the outer wall of the present invention, the panel and the fitting can be fixed not only to the base member but also to the fitting portion. The load in the out-of-plane direction can be received not only on the base member / skeleton but also on the panel side, and it is not necessary to firmly fix the fittings to the skeleton with mounting brackets, fasteners, or the like.

According to the construction method of the outer wall structure of the building and the outer wall structure of the building and the fittings for the outer wall of the present embodiment, the fittings can be installed in the same manner as the panel, so that the panel mounting work and the fitting work such as the sash can be installed. It is possible to eliminate the need for a separate installation worker for the panel and a separate installation worker for the sash. Therefore, it is possible to greatly improve workability and economy as compared with the conventional case. In addition, the construction period can be significantly shortened.

Further, by using a base material or a water-stopping / joint attachment, the water-stopping property can be ensured by the dry water-stopping packing. That is, it becomes possible to construct the outer wall by the dry method. Therefore, as compared with the conventional wet type, the time for caulking / sealing treatment and curing can be eliminated, and the construction period can be further shortened. When using an attachment frame, it is not necessary to provide a curing period at the site because the attachment frame is attached to the fitting body and sealed by screwing at the factory.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 17, the outer wall structure of the building, the construction method of the outer wall structure of the building, and the fittings for the outer wall according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

Here, the present embodiment relates to the outer wall structure of a building such as a factory, a distribution facility, or a home improvement store.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 to 4, the outer wall structure A of the building T of the present embodiment is arranged side by side at a predetermined interval in the lateral direction S1 and is erected in the vertical direction S2. The outer wall of the building T is fixed to the base steel frame (base member, vertical member, vertical furring strip) 1 and the front side of the base steel frame 1 and arranged side by side in the horizontal direction S1 and stacked in the vertical direction S2. It is configured to include a plurality of heat insulating panels (panels) 2 forming A. In addition, a connecting member (base steel frame, cross member, horizontal furring strip) 3 extending in the lateral direction S1 along the outer wall surface and connecting the adjacent base steel frames 1 to each other may be provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, in the heat insulating panel 2, for example, a heat insulating material 2c having a predetermined thickness is integrally sandwiched between a substantially flat plate-shaped front plate 2a and a back plate 2b made of metal, and the front view is abbreviated. A fitting recess (first) formed in a substantially plate-like shape and having the upper end side of the front plate 2a and the back plate 2b extending upward from the upper surface of the heat insulating material 2c on the upper end (one end) side. A fitting portion (1) 5 is provided, and a fitting convex portion (first fitting portion) 6 is provided on the lower end portion (the other end portion) side so as to project downward and have a thickness smaller than that of the panel main body portion. It is formed.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the upper end side of each heat insulating panel 2 is screwed (screw 7) to the base steel frame 1 from the front plate 2a side, that is, the outdoor side, and a plurality of heat insulating panels 2 are fixed in the lateral direction S1. The heat insulating panels 2 of the above are arranged side by side, and the heat insulating panels 2 of the upper stage are laminated while fitting the fitting convex portion 6 into the fitting recess 5 of the upper end portion of the heat insulating panel 2 of the lower stage, and further, the heat insulating panel of the upper stage is further arranged. The upper end side of 2 is fastened to the base steel frame 1 from the outdoor side (screw 7), and a plurality of upper heat insulating panels 2 are arranged side by side. By repeating this operation sequentially from the lower stage to the upper stage, it is possible to construct the outer wall A in which the heat insulating panels 2 are arranged vertically and horizontally.
The heat insulating panel 2 may be installed by fastening it to, for example, a connecting member 3 on the horizontal furring strip instead of the base steel frame 1 on the vertical furring strip.

On the other hand, in the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, not only the panel installation portion A1 on which the heat insulating panel 2 is installed but also a part of the outer wall A, for example, a fitting such as a sash 10. It is configured by providing a fitting installation part A2 for installing. This fitting uses a commercially available general-purpose sash 10, is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in the front view, is arranged side by side in the horizontal direction S1 together with a plurality of heat insulating panels 2, and is laminated and arranged in the vertical direction S2. It is provided so as to be incorporated in the heat insulating panel 2 of the above.

The fitting of the present embodiment is a sash 10, and is configured to include a frame (fitting body) 11 formed in a square frame shape including an upper frame 11a, a lower frame 11b, and a pair of vertical frames 11c. Further, in the fitting sash 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5, 8 and 9, the upper end portion (one end portion) of the upper frame 11a of the frame 11 and the lower end portion (end end portion) of the lower frame 11b ), A concave attachment frame 15 having a fitting recess (second fitting portion / fitting portion) 5 and a convex side having a fitting convex portion (second fitting portion / fitting portion) 6. The attachment frame 16 is integrally attached.

The concave attachment frame (upper attachment) 15 is formed by, for example, extrusion molding, the expected dimension (depth dimension) on the lower end side is substantially the same as the upper frame 11a, and the thickness dimension on the upper end side is larger than that of the upper frame. It is formed to be small and the width dimension (dimension in the lateral direction S1) is substantially the same as that of the upper frame 11a.

Further, the concave attachment frame 15 is provided in the prospective direction (thickness direction) S3 front side and the back side of the portion (small thick portion) in which the estimated dimension of the upper end side is reduced, respectively, and protrudes upward and in the width direction. S2 is formed with a pair of protrusions 15a extending from one side end to the other side end. A concave space is formed between the pair of protrusions 15a, and the concave space formed by the pair of protrusions 15a is a fitting recess 5.

Then, at the factory, for example, the lower surface of the concave attachment frame 15 is engaged with the upper surface of the upper frame 11a of the sash (fitting body) 10, and a screw is driven into the upper frame 11a along the upper frame 11a. It is fixed together. Further, by applying a sealing 17 at the factory to the connecting portion between the concave attachment frame 15 and the upper frame 11a of the sash 10, the water stopping property of this portion is ensured.

The convex side attachment frame (lower attachment) 16 is formed by, for example, extrusion molding, and a fitting convex portion 6 projecting downward is provided at substantially the center of the lower surface thereof in the prospective direction S3. The fitting convex portion 6 has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the fitting concave portion 5 between the pair of protruding portions 15a of the concave attachment frame 15, and is formed so as to be able to fit in the fitting concave portion 5. The pair of protrusions forming the fitting recess 5 of the heat insulating panel 2 are indicated by reference numerals 2d.

Further, the convex side attachment frame 16 is provided with a gap between the front surface of the fitting convex portion 6 and the one protruding portion 15a of the fitting concave portion 5 to fit, and is below the lower surface / protruding end surface of the fitting convex portion 6 ( A front projecting piece (one projecting piece) 18 projecting to the outside) is provided on the front end side in the viewing direction S3. Further, a gap is formed between the back surface of the fitting convex portion 6 and the other protruding portion 15a of the fitting concave portion 5, and the rear protruding piece (the other protruding piece) 19 projecting downward is the rear end in the prospective direction S3. It is provided on the side. The front projecting piece of the heat insulating panel 2 is also indicated by reference numeral 18, and the rear projecting piece is also indicated by reference numeral 19.

Then, for example, at a factory, the lower surface of the convex attachment frame 16 is engaged with the lower surface of the lower frame 11b of the sash (fitting body) 10, and a screw is driven in to be under the lower frame 11b and along the lower frame 11b. It is fixed together. Further, by applying a sealing 17 at the factory to the connecting portion between the convex side attachment frame 16 and the lower frame 11b of the sash 10, the water stopping property of this portion is ensured.

Here, in the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10 (6, 7), the base material (hat joiner) 20 is closely attached to the front surface of the base steel frame 1. .. A dry waterproof packing 21 is attached to the front surface of the base material 20 so as to extend in the vertical direction S2. Further, the base material 20 is formed with a positioning protrusion 22 protruding from the front surface and extending in the vertical direction S2 at the center of the width direction S1.

Further, in the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, water is stopped between the side ends (vertical frame 11c) of the sashes 10 adjacent to each other in the lateral direction S1 and between the heat insulating panels 2 and the side ends of the sash 10. / It is configured by providing an attachment (water stop plate) 25 for joints.

The water stop / joint attachment 25 is formed by, for example, extrusion molding, and includes a substantially plate-shaped back plate portion 25a extending in the lateral direction S1 along the back surface of the heat insulating panel 2 and the sash 10 of the fitting. An interstitial portion 25b projecting from approximately the center of the front surface of the back plate portion 25a in the width direction S1 in a prospective direction S3 orthogonal to the back plate portion 25a, and extending in the lateral direction S1 from the protruding direction tip side of the interposition portion 25b and in the vertical direction. It is formed in a substantially T-shaped cross section with a joint receiving plate portion 25c extending from S2. The water blocking / joint attachment 25 is formed so that the width dimension of the back plate portion 25a is substantially the same as the width dimension of the base steel frame 1.

Further, the back plate portion 25a of the water stop / joint attachment 25 is recessed from the back to the front side on the back surface of one of the left and right back plate pieces 25d and the other back plate piece 25e with the interposition portion 25b in between. A plurality of back-side fitting grooves 26 having a substantially rectangular cross section extending in the vertical direction S2 are formed. Further, the back plate portion 25a of the water stop / joint attachment 25 is placed in front of one of the left and right back plate pieces 25d and / or the other back plate piece 25e with the interposition portion 25b in between, from the front to the back side. A front fitting groove 27 having a substantially rectangular cross section that is recessed and extends in the vertical direction is formed.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, when one of the adjacent fitting sashes 10 and the other is the heat insulating panel 2, the water blocking / joint attachment 25 provided between the sash 10 and the heat insulating panel 2 is the joint receiving plate portion 25c. A pair of substantially flat side wall plate portions 25f projecting from both sides in the prospective direction S3 are provided. As a result, in the joint attachment 25, a joint space H having a rectangular cross section is formed by the pair of side wall plate portions 25f and the joint receiving plate portion 25c (see FIGS. 11 and 14).

The water blocking / joint attachment 25 having the above configuration is installed so as to be superimposed on the base material 20 installed on the front surface of the base steel frame 1.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the base material 20 attached prior to the front surface of the base steel frame 1 is integrally provided with a water blocking packing 21 having a rectangular cross section extending in the vertical direction S2 on the front surface thereof. ing. Further, the base material 20 is also provided with a positioning protrusion 22 extending in the vertical direction S2 on the front surface of the base material 20.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the water stop / joint attachment 25 fits the water stop packing 21 and the positioning protrusion 22 of the base material 20 attached to the base steel frame 1 into the back fitting groove 26, respectively. It is arranged so that the back surface is in surface contact with the front surface of the base material 20, and the screws 30 are driven from the front surface side to the base material 20 and the base steel frame 1 to be integrally attached. At this time, by fitting the positioning protrusion 22 of the base material 20 attached to the base steel frame 1 into the back fitting groove 26, the water stop / joint attachment 25 is positioned at a predetermined installation position, and at the same time. By fitting the water-stopping packing 21 of the base material 20 into the other back-side fitting groove 26, the water-stopping property of this portion is ensured.

Further, by fitting the dry waterproof packing 31 into the front fitting groove 27 on the front surface of the back plate portion 25a to which the vertical frame 11c of the sash 10 and the back surface of the heat insulating panel 2 abut, the vertical frame 11c of the sash 10 The waterproof packing 31 is in close contact with the back surface of the heat insulating panel 2 and the waterproof packing 31 of this portion is ensured.

When the water blocking / joint attachment 25 is installed by superimposing the back plate portion 25a on the base material 20 in this way, the interposing portion 25b is projected toward the front side of the outer wall A in the prospective direction S3. Then, the vertical sash 10 of the fitting is formed on the front surface of one back plate piece 25d and one side surface of the interposition portion 25b, and on the front surface of the other back plate piece 25e and the other side surface of the interposition portion 25b. When the side ends of the frame 11c and the heat insulating panel 2 are engaged, the vertical frames 11c of the sash 10 and the vertical frame 11c of the sash 10 are adjacent to each other by the joint receiving plate 25c (and the pair of side wall plates 25f). A joint space H having a predetermined width is formed between the side ends of the heat insulating panel 2.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, a joint material such as a dry waterproof packing 32 is fitted in the joint space H to preferably form a joint portion.

Next, a construction method of the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment having the above configuration will be described.

First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a plurality of base steel frames 1 are erected in the vertical direction S2 with a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction S1 (base member installation step). Further, if necessary, the connecting member 3 is extended in the lateral direction S1, and the connecting members 3 connect the adjacent base steel frames 1 to each other.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the base material 20 is integrally attached to the front surface of the base steel frame 1 by screwing the base material 20 and the like, and the waterproof packing 21 is attached to the base material 20 (base material installation step).

At the stage where the base material 20 is attached, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 (FIGS. 1 to 4), substantially plate-shaped heat insulating panels 2 having a substantially rectangular shape in the front view are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction S1. While stacking and installing in the vertical direction S2 (panel / fitting mounting process). Here, since the heat insulating panel 2 has a fitting concave portion 5 formed at the upper end portion thereof and a fitting convex portion 6 formed at the lower end portion thereof, the fitting convex portion 6 is fitted into the fitting concave portion 5 of the lower heat insulating panel 2. The heat insulating panels 2 from the lower stage to the upper stage are laminated and arranged in order while being combined. Further, each heat insulating panel 2 is arranged at a predetermined position, and a screw 7 is driven into the base steel frame 1 on the back surface from the front side of the fitting recess 5 to fix the heat insulating panel 2 to the base steel frame 1.

As a result, the lower end side is fitted to the lower heat insulating panel 2 and positioned and fixed, the upper end side is fixed to the base steel frame 1 with the screw 7, and the plurality of heat insulating panels 2 are surely and firmly installed. Further, at this time, since the front projecting piece 18 and the rear projecting piece 19 are provided at the lower end portion of the heat insulating panel 2, the front projecting piece 18 covers the screwed portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2. The unevenness between the upper heat insulating panel 2 and the front surface (outer wall surface) of the lower heat insulating panel 2 in the vertical direction S2 is reduced, and the appearance can be improved.

On the other hand, the heat insulating panel 2 is sequentially installed, and the sash 10 is attached when the fitting installation portion A2 to which the sash 10 of the fitting is attached is reached (panel / fitting attachment process). At this time, in the present embodiment, the sash 10 integrally includes the convex side attachment frame 16 and the concave side attachment frame 15, and the fitting convex portion 6 and the fitting concave portion 5 are provided on the upper end portion and the lower end portion in the same manner as the heat insulating panel 2. Formed in preparation.

Therefore, when installing the sash 10, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 9 and 13, the fitting convex portion is fitted in the fitting recess 5 at the upper end of the lower heat insulating panel 2 as in the heat insulating panel 2. 6 is fitted and the sash 10 of the fitting is arranged at a predetermined position, and a screw 35 is driven into the base steel frame 1 from the front side of the fitting recess 5 to fix it to the base steel frame 1. As a result, the sash 10 can be installed only by operating the outer wall A from the outside.
In the sash 10, any of the fitting main body 11 and the attachment frames 15 and 16 may be fixed to the base steel frame 1. Further, like the heat insulating panel 2, the sash 10 may be installed by screwing it to, for example, a connecting member 3 of the horizontal furring strip instead of the base steel frame 1 of the vertical furring strip.

Further, at this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the convex side attachment frame 16 is provided with a front projecting piece 18 projecting downward from the lower surface of the fitting convex portion 6 on the front end side of the prospective direction S3. The small thick portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2 and the sash 10 is covered with the front projecting piece 18, and the screws 7 and 35 driven into the small thick portion are hidden. As a result, the appearance can be improved.

Further, the convex attachment frame 16 is provided with a rear projecting piece 19 projecting downward on the back surface side, and the fitting convex portion 6 and the fitting recess 5 are fitted together, and the rear projecting piece 19 is fitted. It is locked to the protrusions 2d and 15a forming the joint recess 5, and the upper and lower heat insulating panels 2 and the sash 10 of the fitting are attached in a stable state to each other.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, when a plurality of sashes 10 are sequentially installed from one end side in the lateral direction S1 or when the heat insulating panel 2 is installed next to the sash 10, the adjacent sashes 10 and sashes 10 are used. The water stop / joint attachment 25 is attached by screwing the water stop / joint attachment 25 to the base steel frame 1 between the heat insulating panels 2 (water stop / joint attachment installation process).

At this time, the water stop / joint attachment 25 is the front surface of the base material 20 while fitting the water stop packing 21 and the positioning protrusion 22 of the base material 20 attached to the base steel frame 1 into the back side fitting groove 26, respectively. The back surface is brought into surface contact with the steel frame, and the screw 30 is driven from the front surface side to the base material 20 and the base steel frame 1 for attachment. Further, the dry water blocking packing 31 is fitted and attached to the front fitting groove 27 of the water blocking / joint attachment 25.

Then, the vertical frame 11c of the sash 10 of the fitting and the side end portion of the heat insulating panel 2 are attached to each engaging portion formed by the left and right back plate pieces 25d and 25e with the interposing portion 25b and the interposing portion 25b in between. The adjacent sashes 10, the adjacent sashes 10 and the heat insulating panel 2 are installed by engaging the sashes 10, and the small thick parts of the sash 10 and the heat insulating panel 2 are screwed to the base steel frame 1 from the outdoor side. When the heat insulating panel 2 is installed on the upper stage of the sash 10, or when the sash 10 is further installed, the fitting convex portion 6 at the lower end is fitted into the fitting recess 5 at the upper end of the installed sash 10. Then, it is sufficient to stack them in the same manner as in the lower row.

Next, the joint material 32 is installed at the joint portion between the adjacent heat insulating panels 2, the joint portion between the vertical frames 11c of the sash 10, and the joint portion between the sash 10 and the heat insulating panel 2. At this time, in the portion where the joint attachment 25 is installed, the joint receiving plate portion 25c and the pair of side wall plate portions 25f are arranged, and the joint portion is formed with a predetermined width dimension. Therefore, the joint portion can be finished only by fitting a joint material such as a dry waterproof packing 32 into the joint space H formed by the joint receiving plate portion 25c.

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, when forming a long window such as a smoke exhaust window by arranging the sashes 10 side by side via a mullion water stop / joint attachment 25, for example, The joints between the sashes 10 of the adjacent fittings are displaced in the lateral direction S2 from the joints between the adjacent heat insulating panels 2 in the upper and lower stages, and the base steel frame 1 is on the back side of the joints between the adjacent sashes 10. It may not exist (joint portion of reference numeral 36 in FIGS. 3 and 11).

In response to such a case, in the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, the interposition portion 25b is arranged between the vertical frames 11c of the adjacent sashes 10, and one back plate piece 25d and the other back plate piece 25d are arranged. The water stop / joint attachment 25 is arranged between the adjacent sashes 10 so that the vertical frame 11c of each sash 10 is overlapped with the 25e. At the same time, a screw 37 is driven from the front side to connect the vertical frame 11c of each sash 10 to the back plate pieces 25d and 25e of the water stop / joint attachment 25. Further, if necessary, screws are driven from the back side to connect the back plate pieces 25d and 25e of the water stop / joint attachment 25 to the vertical frame 11c of each sash 10.

As a result, even if there is no base steel frame 1 on the back side of the joint portion, the vertical frame 11c of the adjacent sash 10 is stopped while engaging the water stop / joint attachment 25 with the vertical frame 11c of the sash 10. By fastening to the water / joint attachment 25 with screws, adjacent sashes 10 can be connected and fixed via the water / joint attachment 25. Further, at this time, a dry waterproof packing 31 is interposed between the front surfaces of the back plate pieces 25d and 25e of the water stop / joint attachment 25 and the back surface of the vertical frame 11c of each sash 10. The water stoppage of the part is ensured.
Therefore, it is possible to preferably form a horizontal window without matching the window width with the pitch of the base steel frame 1.

Further, in the unlikely event that water such as rainwater infiltrates into the depth from the joint between the adjacent heat insulating panels 2 in the upper and lower stages and the joint between the adjacent sashes 10 displaced in the lateral direction S1. Water stoppage is ensured by the water stop packing 31 of the water stop / joint attachment 25 and the like, and this water is guided by the water stop packing 31 of the water stop / joint attachment 25 and flows downward. At this time, if the joint portion 36 between the joint portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2 and the sash 10 formed by the water stop / joint attachment 25 is displaced in the lateral direction S2, the lower end of the water stop / joint attachment 25 The water guided to loses its place.

On the other hand, in the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 15, 16 and 17, in the lateral direction S1 with respect to the joint portion between the adjacent heat insulating panels 2 in the upper and lower stages. A catch pan (drainage member) 40 for discharging the water guided by the water stop / joint attachment 25 to the outside at the lower end (lower end side of the mullion) of the joint portion 36 between the adjacent sashes 10 that are displaced from each other. Is provided.

The catch pan 40 of the present embodiment includes a bottom plate portion 41a, a pair of side wall portions 41b, a back wall portion 41c, and a front wall portion 41d, and has a container-shaped water receiving portion 41 having an open upper portion and a water receiving portion. The front wall portion 41d of the 41 is formed so as to project forward and the tip end side in the protruding direction is bent downward, and the inside thereof is provided with a tubular drainage portion 42 communicating with the internal space of the water receiving portion 41.

Further, the water receiving portion 41 is integrally provided with a lower support piece 43 projecting downward from the lower surface of each of the three end portions connecting the pair of side wall portions 41b of the bottom plate portion 41a and the lower ends of the back wall portion 41c. .. Further, the water receiving portion 41 is integrally provided with a pair of side support pieces 44 projecting from both side ends of the back wall portion 41c in the lateral direction S1.

Then, in this catch pan 40, the support piece 43 protruding downward from the three ends toward the opening of the water receiving portion 41 is fitted to the upper end portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2, and the water stop / joint is stopped. While the back wall portion 41c is in close contact with the front surface of the attachment 25, the pair of side support pieces 44 are brought into contact with the back side of the vertical frame 11c of the adjacent sash 10 and locked, and the vertical frame 11c of the adjacent sash 10 is engaged. It is fixedly arranged between the two. Further, the catch pan 40 is attached in this way, and the drainage portion 42 is arranged so as to project forward from the front surface of the sash 10 and the heat insulating panel 2.

As a result, even when water such as rainwater infiltrates into the depth from the joint portion between the adjacent sashes 10, it is guided by the waterproof packing 31 or the like of the water stop / joint attachment 25 and flows downward. This water enters the water receiving portion 41 of the catch pan 40 and is discharged to the outside through the draining portion 42. Therefore, even if the joint portion 36 between the joint portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2 and the sash 10 formed by the waterproof / joint attachment 25 is misaligned, the water that has entered this portion loses its place. It is possible to reliably prevent inconveniences such as being discharged to the outside and leaking to the indoor side.

Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the lateral running prevention sealing material 23 is integrally attached to the corner portion on the upper end side of the heat insulating panel 2, and the lateral running prevention sealing material 23 is integrally attached. This makes it possible to prevent water such as rainwater from continuously infiltrating and flowing into the adjacent heat insulating panel 2 and sash 10.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 16, a vertical running prevention sealing material 24 (upper vertical running prevention sealing material 24a, lower vertical running) is attached to the end of the concave attachment frame 15 and the convex attachment frame 16 of the sash 10. The prevention seal material 24b) is integrally attached, and the vertical running prevention seal material 24a guides water W such as rainwater that has entered the upper surface side of the concave attachment frame 15 downward from the upper surface side of the concave attachment frame 15. Further, it can be guided to the lower catch pan 40 through the hollow portion formed between the water stop / joint attachment 25 and discharged to the outside.

Further, as shown in FIG. 16 (FIGS. 13 to 16), the lower vertical running prevention sealing material 24b includes a funnel-shaped conduction path 24c that opens downward into the catch pan 40 from the introduction port that opens upward. It is provided so that it can receive water flowing down from above, guide it into the catch pan 40, and discharge it to the outside.

By providing the horizontal running prevention sealing material 23, the vertical running prevention sealing material 24, and the catch pan 40 in this way, the infiltrated water does not lose its place, is appropriately discharged to the outside, and leaks to the indoor side. Inconvenience can be reliably prevented.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, the sash 10 may be arranged at the corner portion M of the outer wall. In this case, the base material 20, the water stop / joint attachment 25, and the catch pan 40 are each matched to the shape of the corner portion M, and formed into an L shape having a predetermined inclination angle (generally 90 °).

Further, in the present embodiment, the catch pan 40 is provided at the corner portion M of the outer wall structure A, and the water that has penetrated into this portion and is guided downward by the water stop / joint attachment 25 is taken into the water receiving portion 41 of the catch pan 40. And discharge it to the outside from the drainage section 42. Thereby, the corner portion M of the outer wall A can be preferably formed. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the base steel frame 1 is not provided at the corner portion M, and the base steel frame 1 is arranged at a position deviated from the corner portion M in the lateral direction S1, for example, laterally in an L shape. The furring strip 3 is fixed to the base steel frame 1 by bolts or welding to construct an outer wall structure A including a sash 10 and a heat insulating panel 2.

Therefore, in the construction method of the outer wall structure A of the building and the outer wall structure A of the building of the present embodiment, and the sash 10 for the outer wall, since the attachment frames 15 and 16 are integrally attached to the sash 10, the heat insulating panel 2 is used. Similar to the case of laminating in the vertical direction S2, when laminating the sash 10 on the heat insulating panel 2 or laminating the sash 10 or the heat insulating panel 2 on the sash 10, the heat insulating panel 2 or the sash 10 to be attached upward The lower end portion can be fitted to the upper end portion of the lower heat insulating panel 2 or the sash 10. Further, the sashes 10 can be laminated and installed at a predetermined position in the same manner as when the heat insulating panels 2 are laminated and attached in the vertical direction S2.

That is, not only are the attachment frames 15 and 16 screwed to the base steel frame 1 at two points on both ends, but also the upper and lower attachment frames 15 and 16 are fitted to the adjacent heat insulating panels 2 by the upper and lower attachment frames 15 and 16. As a result, the load in the out-of-plane direction of the sash 10 can be received not only on the skeleton but also on the panel 2 side, and it is not necessary to firmly fix the sash 10 to the skeleton with mounting brackets, fasteners, or the like.

Further, similarly to the heat insulating panel 2, the sashes 10 can be laminated and installed, and can be attached by screwing to the base steel frame 1 from the outdoor side.

As a result, according to the construction method of the outer wall structure A of the building and the outer wall structure A of the building and the sash 10 for the outer wall of the present embodiment, the sash 10 can be installed in the same manner as the heat insulating panel 2, so that the heat insulating panel 2 is attached. It is not necessary to perform the work and the mounting work of the sash 10 separately, and further, it is possible to eliminate the need for a mounting worker specialized in the sash separately from the mounting worker specialized in the heat insulating panel 2, and it is possible to shorten the construction period. That is, it is possible to greatly improve workability and economy as compared with the conventional case.

Further, water can be stopped between the attachment frames 15 and 16 and the panel 2 and between the attachment frames 15 and 16 with dry waterproof packings 21, 31 and 32, and the outer wall A can be constructed by the dry method. become. Since the construction can be performed by the dry construction method, the curing time can be shortened and the construction period can be further shortened as compared with the wet construction method. Since the fittings and the attachment frames 15 and 16 are screwed and sealed at the factory, it is not necessary to provide a curing period at the site.

Further, the sashes 10 adjacent to each other in the lateral direction S1 can be connected to each other by the water stop / joint attachment 25. As a result, it is not necessary to match the window width and the estimated dimensions with the panel width and the pitch of the base steel frame 1, and the window width (expected width, found width) and the window type can be freely selected. Therefore, as compared with the conventional case, it is possible to greatly increase the degree of freedom in designing the sash 10 and the outer wall structure A.

Further, the height dimension of the sash 10 can be matched with the height dimension of the panel 2 by the attachment frames 15 and 16. That is, it is possible to apply the sash 10 having any vertical height and expected dimension to the outer wall A regardless of the vertical height and expected dimension of the general-purpose sash or the like.

Although the construction method of the outer wall structure of the building and the outer wall structure of the building and one embodiment of the fittings for the outer wall have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above one embodiment, and the gist thereof. It can be changed as appropriate within the range that does not deviate from. For example, the base steel frame 1 at the corner M of the outer wall may be omitted.

Is applicable. For example, a panel or the like is attached to the attachment frame so that wiring and piping can be passed through the room and the outside, and the fitting may be used as a fitting for the outer wall.

Further, in the present embodiment, an attachment frame having a fitting convex portion and a fitting concave portion is attached to the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the fitting, and the fitting is attached by fitting in the vertical direction. Attach the attachment frame with the fitting convex part and the fitting concave part (second fitting part) to the (one end) and the other end (the other end), and fit them in the lateral direction to attach the fittings. It may be configured.
