Description
Claims (9)
- ロータ(3)、ケーシング(6)および駆動部(7)を備える血液ポンプ(1)であって、
前記血液ポンプ(1)は、遠心ポンプまたは斜流ポンプであり、
前記血液ポンプ(1)は、ガス(25)の検知の際に駆動部(7)に作用するガス検出器(16,21,23)、及び、前記ガス検出器(16,21,23)と接続され、前記駆動部(7)を制御する制御部(18)を有し、
前記ガス検出器(16)は、前記血液ポンプ(1)への供給管(2)内の媒体のガスを検出するように配置され、
前記ガス検出器(16)によって前記媒体にガスが検出されると、前記制御部(18)は、前記血液ポンプ(1)のポンプ出力を検出されたガスに応じて0.1秒から2秒の時間の間、低下させ、前記ポンプ出力を低下させた後に、前記ポンプ出力を0.1秒から2秒の時間の間、上昇させ、
前記ガスが更に検出されると、前記ポンプ出力の低下、及びポンプ出力の上昇がパルス状のポンプ出力として連続で繰り返される、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ガス検出器(21)は、前記血液ポンプ(1)のケーシング(6)内ないしケーシングに配置されている、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ガス検出器(23)は、ロータ(3)またはロータ支承部(10,11)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ガス検出器(16,21)は、無接触測定センサである、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ガス検出器(16,21,23)のセンサは、媒体の搬送時には信号を送信せず、空気混入の際に信号を送信する、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
ポンプ出力は、ガス混入の検知の際に上昇される、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
ポンプ出力は、所定のガス量の検知後に上昇される、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
ポンプ出力は、検出器(16)からポンプ(1)のロータ(3)に達するのに媒体(5)が必要とする時間に相当する時間の後に上昇される、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプにおいて、
ポンプ出力は、最初のガス混入の検知に続いて所定時間が経過した後に上昇される、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
