Description
電気手術器具は、例えば、電気手術における生物組織の凝固及び/又は切除に使用されることが知られている。使用時、器具の電極には、異なる電位(バイポーラ)の高周波電圧(HF電圧)が供給され、人体のタンパク質が変性される程度まで電極周辺の組織が加熱される。
この目的は、手術器具を個別に認識又は検出するFRAM記憶装置を有する手術器具、具体的には電気手術器具により達成される。
電気手術器具10はシャフトの形状のハンドル12を備える。ハンドル12の一端にアプリケータ針14が配置されている。アプリケータ針14は、絶縁体により互いに電気的に分離した2つの凝固電極を先端に有するよう構成されている。この凝固電極により、生物組織の切開及び凝固が可能となる。
本発明によれば、概略的に示すFRAMメモリ(強誘電体ランダムアクセスメモリ)20を備えて構成されたRFIDタグ18がハンドル12に配置されている。FRAMメモリ20により手術器具10の個別の特徴を記憶することが可能であり、必要に応じて読み取り機でその特徴を読み出すことができる。これにより、手術器具10を確実に、かつ自動的に認識することが可能である。具体的には、FRAMメモリ20を使用することにより、殺菌中、又は殺菌後にFRAMメモリ20からデータが削除されることなく、手術器具10をガンマ線照射で殺菌することが可能である。
Claims (8)
- 手術器具(10)を個別に認識又は検出するためのFRAM記憶装置(20)を備え、
前記手術器具はケーブルを有し、
前記ケーブルは、ハウジングを含むプラグを有し、
前記FRAM記憶装置は、前記ハウジング内に配置されている、手術器具(10)。 - 前記手術器具(10)は、電気手術器具である、請求項1に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記ケーブルは、電源ケーブル又は接続ケーブルである、請求項1又は2に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記手術器具(10)は、電気手術による生物組織の凝固及び/又は切除を行うためのアプリケータとして構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記アプリケータは、バイポーラのアプリケータである、請求項4に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記FRAM記憶装置(20)には、処置履歴及び/又は前記手術器具の製造履歴が記憶されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- FRAM記憶装置(20)の使用方法であって、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)においてFRAM記憶装置(20)を使用する、使用方法。
- 前記手術器具(10)は、電気手術器具である、請求項7に記載の使用方法。
