Description

In the present invention, when the washing machine is arranged and used on the floor surface, the washing machine pipe for draining the washing machine and the connection provided on the floor surface for connecting the washing machine pipe to the pipe on the sewage side. It is related to the drainage pipe for a washing machine, which consists of a part and a part.

Conventionally, when the washing machine is arranged on the floor surface, a joint portion is provided at the tip of the pipe of the washing machine for the purpose of discharging the drainage from the washing machine to the sewage side, and the washing machine pipe is used. A connection part to be connected to the joint part is provided on the floor surface, and the drainage from the washing machine is discharged to a pipe connected to the sewage side such as under the floor by fitting and connecting the joint part and the connection part. Plumbing is known.
The invention described in Patent Document 1 relates to the above-mentioned drainage pipe for a washing machine, in which a joint member made of an elbow pipe is connected to the tip of a drain hose for draining water from the washing machine to form a washing machine pipe, and the upper end portion thereof. The drainage pipe for a washing machine is formed by fitting and connecting a joint member to a cylindrical connection portion provided at the upper end of a drainage trap constructed so as to be exposed on the floor surface.
In the drainage pipe for a washing machine configured in this way, when the drainage flows into the washing machine piping by using the washing machine, the drainage passes through the inside of the drainage trap from the connection part of the drainage hose, the joint member, and the drainage trap. Finally, it is discharged to the sewage side from the underfloor pipe connected to the drain trap.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-316276

The conventional drainage pipe for a washing machine as described above has the following problems.
In the drainage pipe for the washing machine, the washing machine pipe is a member on the washing machine side, and the pipe on the downstream side from the connection portion is a part of the building installed and constructed on the floor surface. The washing machine is installed indoors after the building is completed, and the joint part that is a part of the washing machine and the connection part that is a part of the building are always separate members, so the construction is done. When completed, there will be a seam between the joint and the connection.
In the case of the invention described in Patent Document 1, the fitting connection between the connecting portion (guide cylinder) and the joint portion (hose joint) is performed by simply inserting the joint portion into the connecting portion, and the joint portion. There is a step from the tip of the hose to the inner surface of the connection. When drainage is performed from above to below in such a portion having a step on the inner surface, there is a problem that an air pool is formed in a portion behind the step, the flow of drainage is disturbed, and the drainage performance is deteriorated.
Further, in the case of drainage, when the drainage flow path becomes full, a phenomenon called a siphon effect occurs in which the drainage on the upstream side is drawn into the negative pressure on the downstream side. In terms of drainage performance, this siphon effect has the effect of improving the drainage speed due to the action of negative pressure compared to natural drainage by simple gravity, but due to the air pool created behind the above-mentioned step. , There is a problem that the siphon effect is less likely to occur or does not occur.
Further, the washing machine piping is often configured by connecting a joint member made of a resin material having a certain degree of flexibility such as an elastomer resin to a hose pipe. Since it is a problem if the connection part and the joint part (joint member) cannot be separated when the washing machine is replaced or when cleaning, it is not possible to connect by an inseparable method such as adhesion. It is detachably connected by simple fitting just by inserting the joint part into the connection part. However, if the joint is made of a material that has some flexibility and the connection method is simple, the fitting may loosen due to the vibration of the washing machine and may come off. there were.
The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and in the drainage pipe for a washing machine, it is possible to prevent deterioration of drainage performance due to the structure of the connection portion and the joint portion, and to more reliably disconnect the connection portion. It provides a difficult drainage pipe for a washing machine.

The inner diameter of the abutting portion 3b is configured to be substantially equal to the inner diameter of the end portion on the flange portion 1a side of the joint member 1 and substantially equal to the inner diameter of the standard-sized pipe pipe inserted into the receiving portion 3a. That is, the inner diameter of the end portion on the flange portion 1a side of the joint member 1 is designed to be substantially equal to the inner diameter of the pipe pipe having standard dimensions inserted into the receiving portion 3a.
As described above, when the construction is completed, the connection portion of the joint member 1, the connection member 2 and the socket pipe 3 and the connection portion of the downstream piping member inserted into the receiving portion 3a of the socket pipe 3 are connected. The shape is designed so that the inner surface is connected without a step.
The piping member is a pipe body made of a vinyl chloride material, and includes a straight pipe made of a linear cylindrical pipe, an elbow pipe having both ends bent by about 90 degrees, and the like. Although illustrations and detailed descriptions are omitted, these pipes are fixed on the floor surface F with a support or the like, if necessary.

The house where the waterproof pan is installed will be provided with the following installation locations and drainage equipment.
The indoor floor surface F on which the waterproof pan of this embodiment is installed is a flat floor surface F that is not provided with any opening that communicates under the floor. Further, there is a wall surface of the bathroom B that separates the installation location and the bathroom B in the vicinity, and a through hole O for passing the drainage pipe from the waterproof pan to the bathroom B side is provided at the time of construction.
The bathroom B is provided with a washing place and a bathtub adjacent to the washing place, and the washing place is provided with a washing place drainage port (not shown) for discharging the drainage from the washing place to the sewage.
The height of the through hole O provided on the wall surface of the bathroom B is higher than that of the pipes installed substantially parallel to the floor surface F at the time of construction, but the siphon effect works at the time of drainage. Therefore, the pipe in the through hole O portion on the downstream side of the pipe on the floor surface F enables smooth drainage even at a high place.

Hereinafter, a method of constructing the drainage pipe for a washing machine according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Although not described in detail, in the following construction, the connection points are watertightly connected by using packing P or an adhesive, if necessary. For example, although description and illustration are omitted between the lower surface of the collar portion 1a and the upper surface of the contact portion 3b, a ring-shaped packing P is arranged so that the contact portion does not generate shavings or the like. There is.

The construction of the washing machine piping will be described below.
First, the joint member 1 is connected to the other end of the hose pipe H connected to the washing machine S as follows.
The ring body 4 and the hose pipe H are arranged concentrically inside the vicinity of the end portion of the hose pipe H so that the outer peripheral surface of the ring body 4 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the hose pipe H.
Next, the end of the hose pipe H is inserted into the upstream end of the joint member 1.
Next, the band portion 5a of the band member 5 is wound around the upstream end of the joint member 1 at a position overlapping the ring body 4, and the other end of the band portion 5a is wound around the annular portion 5b which is one end of the band portion 5a. Is inserted, and the end portion of the joint member 1 is tightened with the band member 5. When sufficiently tightened, the hose pipe H and the joint member 1 are sandwiched between the ring body 4 and the band member 5, and the joint member 1 is connected and fixed to the end of the hose pipe H.
Further, the end portion of the joint member 1 and the side provided with the flange portion 1a are inserted into the fixing member 6, and the upper surface of the flange portion 1a of the joint member 1 is in contact with the lower end of the fixing member 6 for washing. Construction of machine piping is completed. At this time, the downstream end of the joint member 1 and the fixing member 6 are the connecting portions of the washing machine piping.
When the joint member 1 is inserted into the fixing member 6, the flange portion 1a having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the fixing member 6 becomes an obstacle, but the joint member 1 of this embodiment is made of an elastomer resin or the like. Since the material is made of a material having some flexibility, the joint member 1 can be inserted into the fixing member 6 without any trouble by deforming the joint member 1.

The construction of the waterproof pan will be described below.
First, the tubular portion of the connecting member 2 is inserted into the upper surface of the inner flange portion 10a on the periphery of the mounting port 10b of the pan body 7, and the lower surface of the flange portion 2a of the connecting member 2 and the upper surface of the inner flange portion 10a on the periphery of the mounting port 10b are formed. Arrange so that they are in contact with each other.
Next, the socket tube 3 is arranged from below the pan body 7 on the periphery of the mounting port 10b, and the male screw of the connecting member 2 is screwed into the female screw of the socket tube 3 to form the lower surface of the flange portion 2a and the upper surface of the socket tube 3. The inner flange portion 10a is sandwiched between the two, and the connecting member 2 and the socket tube 3 are connected and fixed to the pan body 7. At this time, the connecting portion is formed by the connecting member 2 and the socket tube 3. That is, the connection portion of this embodiment is provided in the waterproof pan.
Next, the drainage pipe on the downstream side of the socket pipe 3 is constructed. The drainage pipe on the downstream side of the socket pipe 3 is formed by combining a straight pipe, an elbow pipe, etc., but in the following explanation, only the direction in which the pipe is made is described, and each straight pipe is described. The details of how the piping members such as the elbow pipe and the elbow pipe are combined will not be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1, a straight pipe cut to an appropriate length is inserted into the receiving portion 3a below the socket pipe 3 until it abuts on the lower surface of the abutting portion 3b after applying an adhesive. Using the elbow pipe and the straight pipe, the pipe is bent 90 degrees at a position above the floor surface F in the space behind the pan body 7, and the pipe is directed from the connecting cylinder portion 10 toward the side surface. At this time, the direction of the pipe is not simply set to the horizontal direction, but the pipe is directed to the direction of the pipe cover portion 10c in the horizontal direction.
Next, the drainage pipe is extended to the outside of the pan body 7 from the notch 10d via the lower part of the pipe cover portion 10c.
Next, the pan body 7 is installed on the floor surface F, and a support base for supporting the drainage pipe is installed on the floor surface F as needed, and the drainage pipe from the pan body 7 is installed along the floor surface F in the bathroom B. Extends to the vicinity of the outside of the wall surface.
Next, the drain pipe is bent vertically upward along the outer wall surface of the bathroom B, bent horizontally at the height position of the through hole O on the wall surface of the bathroom B, and the pipe is passed through the through hole O, and further. In the bathroom B, the pipe is bent vertically downward along the inner wall surface of the bathroom B. Finally, the end of the drainage pipe is arranged in the bathroom B and on the washroom of the bathroom B. Further, the lower end of the drainage pipe inside the bathroom B extends to a height position where the lower end is lower than the upper end of the socket pipe 3 of the waterproof pan.
Further, the pan body 7 is fixed to the installation location on the floor surface F by using screws or the like, and the construction of the waterproof pan is completed.

The connection work between the upper washing machine piping and the waterproof pan, including the construction of the washing machine S, will be described below.
First, the washing machine S is installed at an arbitrary location on the floor surface F. The position of the washing machine S may be above the pan body 7 or on the floor surface F other than that.
Next, the end of the joint member 1 of the washing machine piping of the washing machine S is inserted into the connection portion of the waterproof pan, and the joint member 1 is fixed to the connection portion using the fixing member 6.
More specifically, after inserting the protrusion 2b of the connecting portion into the groove 6a of the fixing member 6 arranged at the end of the joint member 1, the handle portion 6b of the fixing member 6 is gripped to hold the fixing member 6. Rotate. As a result, when the fixing member 6 rotates, the groove portion 6a moves along the protrusion 2b, so that the entire fixing member 6 moves downward. Since the upper surface of the flange portion 1a of the joint member 1 is in contact with the lower end portion of the fixing member 6, when the fixing member 6 is lowered, the flange portion 1a of the joint member 1 is also lowered, and finally the lower surface of the fixing member 6 is lowered. Presses the collar portion 1a against the contact portion 3b to sandwich the collar portion 1a between the lower surface of the fixing member 6 and the upper surface of the contact portion 3b, and connects and fixes the joint portion to the connection portion. Construction of drainage piping for washing machines is completed. As described above, the joint member 1 which is a joint portion, the connection portion consisting of the connection member 2 and the socket pipe 3, and the drainage pipe inserted into the insertion portion have no steps on their inner surfaces in a state where the construction is completed. Be connected.

When drainage is performed from the washing machine S to the hose pipe H by using the washing machine S, the drainage is performed from the hose pipe H to the joint member 1, the inner surface of the contact portion 3b which is a part of the connection portion, and the inside of the receiving portion 3a. It passes through the piping members in this order, is discharged into the washing place of the bathroom B from the piping laid on the floor surface F and along the wall surface, and is discharged to the sewage side through the washing place drainage port of the bathroom B.
The height position of the drainage pipe on the downstream side of the socket pipe 3 at the through hole O portion is higher than that of the pipe arranged on the floor surface F, but drainage is performed using the washing machine S. When a large amount of water flows, drainage is temporarily generated from a position higher than the through hole O inside the washing machine S, and drains into the bathroom B beyond the pipe at the height position of the through hole O. Is done. Further, at this time, the drainage pipe is filled with only drainage, and the siphon effect occurs. This siphon effect is due to the fact that the inner surfaces of the joint, the connection, and the drainage pipe that is directly connected to the connection are connected without steps, so that the drainage flow is smooth and no air pools are generated. Therefore, it is particularly likely to occur.
Since the end of the drainage pipe downstream of the connection part in the bathroom B is located at a height below the upper end of the connection part, drainage is performed as long as the inside of the drainage pipe is kept full due to the siphon effect. Exceeds the height position of the through hole O and is discharged into the bathroom B without any trouble.
In addition, if some water leaks from the connection part such as piping in the waterproof pan, the leak stays in the waterproof pan and does not flow out onto the other floor surface F, so that the floor surface F is contaminated. It can be prevented from being done.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The drainage pipe for a washing machine according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Although not described in detail, in the following construction, the connection points are watertightly connected by using packing P or an adhesive, if necessary.
Further, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the member configuration of the waterproof pan will be omitted because it is the same as each member of the waterproof pan described in paragraph 0012, and only the member configuration of the washing machine piping will be described.
A second embodiment of the present invention comprises a washing machine pipe, which is a pipe from the washing machine S, which is described below, and a waterproof pan installed on the floor surface F, which are shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. To.
The washing machine piping is composed of the hose pipe H, the joint member 1, the terminal member 11, the collar member 1b, and the fixing member 6 described below.
Of these, the hose pipe H and the fixing member 6 are the same as the respective members of the first embodiment described in paragraph 0012 , so the description thereof will be omitted, and only the joint member 1, the terminal member 11, and the collar member 1b will be described below. ..
The joint member 1 is a member called an elbow pipe in which the pipe body is bent by about 90 degrees, which is made of a relatively hard resin although has elasticity such as acetal, and has a circle on the outer surface of the downstream end portion. An annular groove 1c is provided along the circumference. Further, a male screw is provided on the outer surface of the upstream end portion.
The terminal member 11 is a member having a substantially cylindrical shape, and is configured such that the hose pipe H is inserted into the upstream end portion and the hose pipe H is connected and fixed by adhesion, and the downstream end portion is a joint. It is configured to be insertable into the upstream end of the member 1, and is provided with a cap nut 12 having a female screw screwed with a male screw of the joint member 1 and a packing P around the downstream end. When the construction is completed, the cap nut 12 and the packing P can be used to connect the terminal member 11 to the joint member 1.
Further, when the construction is completed, the inner surfaces of the hose pipe H, the terminal member 11, and the joint member 1 are configured to be continuous without a step.
The collar member 1b is a C-shaped ring body 4 having a notch in a part thereof, and is attached to the annular groove 1c of the joint member 1 to form the collar portion 1a.

Next, the construction of the washing machine piping described in paragraph 0019 will be described.
First, after applying an adhesive to the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the hose pipe H connected to the washing machine S on the terminal member 11 side, the hose pipe H end portion is inserted into the terminal member 11 and the hose pipe H is inserted. H and the terminal member 11 are fixed by adhesion.
Next, after inserting the end portion of the terminal member 11 into the upstream end portion of the joint member 1, the female screw of the cap nut 12 is screwed into the male screw of the joint member 1, and the hose is passed through the terminal member 11. The pipe H and the connecting member 2 are connected. In the connection between the joint member 1 and the terminal member 11, the joint member 1 is appropriately rotated before the connection by screwing, and the lower end of the joint member 1 can be easily inserted into the connection portion at the time of construction, so that the hose pipe H or the like can be connected. Adjust the direction so that twisting does not occur.
Further, after inserting the end portion of the joint member 1 and the side provided with the annular groove 1c into the fixing member 6, the flange member 1b is attached to the annular groove 1c, and the fixing member 6 is removed from the joint member 1. The collar portion 1a is formed on the joint member 1 by the collar portion member 1b so as not to be generated. In this way, the construction of the washing machine piping is completed with the upper surface of the flange portion 1a of the joint member 1 in contact with the lower end of the fixing member 6. At this time, the connecting member 2 is the connecting portion of the washing machine piping.
