上記した従来の管体の接続構造には、以下に記載するような問題点があった。
問題点1.浴槽や洗面台、流し台等の排水機器が設置される位置は、施工現場ごとに数ミリメートル乃至数センチメートル単位での誤差がある。
このため、工場等で事前に完全に適切な長さ、つまり現場での切断加工等の長さ調整が不要な管体を用意することは不可能で、施工現場で、それぞれの機器の位置に合わせて管体を切断する等して長さを調整する作業、いわゆる「取り合い調整」が必要となる。
通常のパイプ管のような、同じ断面形状が連続する管体を、ナットや接着剤を利用して接続する接続構造であれば、接続用に充分長い管体を用意し、施工現場で接続箇所の長さを測定し、適切な長さに切断加工した上で接続を行うことができるため、この取り合い調整を行うことには何ら支障が無かった。
しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の排水機器の接続構造では、上記のように、挿入管部また受入管部はそれぞれに爪部また凹部を設ける必要があり、この爪部・凹部の位置を管体の端部に対して移動させる、ということはできない。また、取り合い調整のために挿入管部や受入管部を切断する、ということも、形状変化により接続構造に不具合が生じるためできない。このため、特許文献1に記載の排水機器の接続構造では、軸方向に対して取り合い調整が必要な箇所には利用できない構造となっていた。
問題点2.挿入管部を受入管部に接続する作業は、爪部の傾斜面を利用して無理やり挿入管部を受入管部に挿入する作業である。このため、機器に故障が生じて接続を解除する必要が生じたとしても、傾斜面が利用できない抜脱の作業を行うことはほぼ不可能であり、後日受入管部から挿入管部を抜脱する必要が生じても抜脱できない、という問題があった。
本発明は上記問題点に鑑み発明されたものであって、管体の接続構造について、接続作業の際、取り合い調整が可能で、且つ簡易確実に接続を行うと共に、必要に応じて接続を解除して分離することも行うことができる、管体の接続構造を提供するためのものである。

図1乃至図8に示した、本発明の第一実施例の管体の接続構造は、以下に記載した流し台K、排水器本体7、継手管8、トラップ部材9、排水接続管10、等の部材からなる排水配管において採用されてなる。
流し台Kは、槽体としての、上方が開口した箱体からなるシンクSと、該シンクSを載架するキャビネットCからなる。また、シンクSの底面には排水器本体7を取り付ける取付孔を備えてなる。
排水器本体7は、取付孔に取り付けされる、有底略椀形状を成す平面視円形形状の部材であって、上方にシンクS内の排水が流入する排水口7aを、側面上端の周縁に、外方向に突出したフランジ部7cを、フランジ部7cの下方側面に雄ネジを、それぞれ設けてなる。
更に、雄ネジの下方に、排水口7aからの排水を排出する排出口7bとして、以下に記載する受入管部2を備えてなる。
受入管部2は、略水平方向に向かって形成された、円筒形状の部分であって、挿入管部1が挿入される、後述する溝部を除き内形形状が挿入管部1の外形形状と同一で、若干だけ大径となる受入部2aと、受入部2aよりも端部側に設けられた、受入部2aより外径方向に拡径する段部2bと、受入管部2の端部外側面に形成した雄ネジと、から構成されてなる。
また、受入部2aの内周面には、円周に沿って溝部を形成してなり、この溝部内に、ゴムなどの弾性素材からなり、断面円形形状のリング体であるOリングOを収納してなる。
また、受入管部2には、以下に記載する、咬止部材3及び固定部材5を備えてなる。
また、本発明の第一実施例では、排水器本体7の雄ネジと螺合する雌ネジを備えたナット部材7dを備えてなる。
咬止部材3は、図6、図7に示した、金属製のリング体であって、一方の端部に軸方向に沿って複数の切り欠き部3bを設け、また切り欠き部3b側の端部を内側に折り曲げることで、その端部を、挿入管部1の表面を咬止する咬止刃4に形成している。この実施例では、咬止刃4側の端部は、根元側で約30度程度内側に向かって折り曲げられた後、更に先端側で折り返すように折り曲げられて構成されている。また、該咬止刃4は、リング体である咬止部材3の周縁に沿って整列するように配置されてなる。
固定部材5は、内部に受入管部2の雄ネジと螺合する雌ネジを備えた、略円筒形状を成す袋ナットであって、咬止部材3を挿入管部1の段部2b内に収納した状態で、固定部材5を受入管部2に螺合させて固定させることで、咬止部材3を、受入管部2内に、受入管部2の軸方向に対して固定することができる。また、受入管部2に挿入管部1が挿入される際、切り欠きによって咬止刃4が若干拡径することが可能なだけの隙間空間を有するように構成されてなる。
