Description

The present invention relates to a washing machine pipe for draining the washing machine when the washing machine is arranged on the floor and used, and a connection provided on the floor for connecting the washing machine pipe to a sewage side pipe. And a drainage pipe for a washing machine.

Conventionally, when the washing machine is arranged on the floor surface, for the purpose of discharging the waste water from the washing machine to the sewage side, a joint is provided at the tip of the washing machine pipe to form a washing machine pipe, Drainage for a washing machine that discharges waste water from the washing machine to a pipe connected to the sewage side such as under the floor by providing a connection part connected to the joint part on the floor and fitting and connecting the joint part and the connection part. Piping is known.

The conventional washing machine drain pipe as described above has the following problems.
In the washing machine drain pipe, the washing machine pipe is a member on the washing machine side, and the downstream pipe from the connecting portion is a part of a building installed and constructed on the floor surface. The washing machine is installed indoors after the building is completed, and the joint part that is a part of the washing machine and the connection part that is a part of the building are always separate members. When completed, there is a seam between the joint and connection.
In the case of the invention described in Patent Document 1, the fitting connection between the connection portion (guide tube) and the joint portion (hose joint) is performed by simply inserting the joint portion into the connection portion. There is a step from the tip of the wire to the inner surface of the connecting part. When drainage is performed from the upper side to the lower side in such a portion having a step on the inner surface, there is a problem that an air pool is formed in a portion behind the step, the drainage flow is disturbed, and the drainage performance is deteriorated.
In addition, when drainage is performed, when the drainage channel becomes full, a phenomenon called siphon effect occurs in which the upstream drainage is drawn into the negative pressure on the downstream side. From the aspect of drainage performance, this siphon effect has the effect of increasing the drainage speed due to the negative pressure acting as compared to natural drainage by simple gravity. There is a problem that the siphon effect becomes difficult or no longer occurs.
The washing machine piping is often configured by connecting a joint member made of a resin material having some flexibility such as elastomer resin to a hose pipe. Since the connection part and the joint part (joint member) cannot be separated when replacing the washing machine or at the time of cleaning or the like, the connection cannot be performed by a method that cannot be separated such as adhesion. In this way, the connection portion is detachably connected by simple fitting by simply inserting the joint portion. However, when the joint part is made of a material having flexibility to some extent in this way, and the connection method is also a simple connection-only fitting connection, the fitting may loosen and come off due to washing machine vibration or the like. there were.
The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and in drainage pipes for washing machines, prevents the deterioration of drainage performance derived from the structure of the connection part and the joint part, and more reliably disconnects the connection points. It provides a drainage pipe for a washing machine that has been made difficult.

The lower end is provided with a receiving portion 3a having an inner diameter that matches the outer diameter of a standard-sized pipe pipe and can be connected to the pipe pipe by bonding.
Here, at the upper end of the receiving portion 3a of the socket tube 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, a contact portion 3b that protrudes along the entire circumference in the inner diameter direction is provided. When the construction is completed, the upper surface of the contact portion 3b is brought into contact with the lower end of the flange portion 1a of the joint member 1, and the lower surface is brought into contact with an end portion of a standard-sized pipe pipe inserted into the receiving portion 3a.
The inner diameter of the abutting portion 3b is configured to be substantially the same as the inner diameter of the end portion on the flange 1a side of the joint member 1 and to be substantially equal to the inner diameter of the standard-sized pipe pipe inserted into the receiving portion 3a. That is, the inner diameter of the end portion on the flange 1a side of the joint member 1 is designed to be substantially equal to the inner diameter of a standard-sized pipe pipe inserted into the receiving portion 3a.
Thus, when the construction is completed, the joint part 1, the connection part constituted by the connection member 2 and the socket pipe 3, and the connection part of the downstream pipe member inserted into the receiving part 3a of the socket pipe 3 are completed. The shape is designed so that the inner surface is connected without a step.
The pipe member is a pipe body made of a polyvinyl chloride material, and includes a straight pipe made of a straight cylindrical pipe, and an elbow pipe having both ends bent by about 90 degrees. In addition, although illustration and detailed description etc. are omitted, these pipes are fixed on the floor F with a support or the like as necessary.

The house where the waterproof pan is installed has the following installation locations and drainage equipment.
The indoor floor surface F on which the waterproof pan of the present embodiment is installed is a flat floor surface F that is not provided with any opening that communicates with the floor. In addition, there is a wall surface of the bathroom B that divides the installation location and the bathroom B in the vicinity, and a through hole O is provided for allowing drainage piping from the waterproof pan to pass to the bathroom B side during construction.
The bathroom B is provided with a washing place and a bathtub adjacent to the washing place. The washing place is provided with a washing place drainage port (not shown) for discharging the waste water on the washing place to the sewage.
In addition, the height of the through hole O provided in the wall surface of the bathroom B is provided at a position higher than the pipe installed substantially in parallel on the floor surface F at the time of construction, but the siphon effect works when draining. Thus, smooth drainage can be performed even if the pipe in the through hole O portion on the downstream side of the pipe on the floor surface F is higher.

Below, the construction method of the drain piping for washing machines of the 1st example of the present invention is explained, referring to drawings. Although not described in detail, in the following construction, the connection points are connected in a watertight manner using packing P or an adhesive as necessary. For example, although description and illustration are omitted between the lower surface of the collar portion 1a and the upper surface of the abutting portion 3b, a ring-shaped packing P is arranged so that no corrosives are generated from the abutting portion. Yes.

Below, construction of washing machine piping is explained.
First, the joint member 1 is connected to the other end of the hose pipe H connected to the washing machine S as follows.
The ring body 4 and the hose pipe H are arranged concentrically inside the vicinity of the end of the hose pipe H, and the outer peripheral surface of the ring body 4 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hose pipe H.
Next, the end of the hose pipe H is inserted into the upstream end of the joint member 1.
Next, the band portion 5a of the band member 5 is wound around the upstream end portion of the joint member 1 so as to overlap the ring body 4, and the other end of the band portion 5a is wrapped around the annular portion 5b which is one end of the band portion 5a. And the end of the joint member 1 is tightened with the band member 5. When the tightening is sufficiently performed, the ring body 4 and the band member 5 sandwich the hose pipe H and the joint member 1, and the joint member 1 is connected and fixed to the end of the hose pipe H.
Further, the end of the joint member 1 and the side provided with the flange 1a are inserted into the fixing member 6 so that the upper surface of the flange 1a of the joint member 1 is in contact with the lower end of the fixing member 6, and the washing is performed. Construction of machine piping is completed. At this time, the downstream end portion of the joint member 1 and the fixing member 6 are connecting portions of the washing machine pipe.
When the joint member 1 is inserted into the fixing member 6, the flange 1a having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the fixing member 6 becomes an obstacle, but the joint member 1 of this embodiment is made of an elastomer resin or the like. Since the joint member 1 is made of a material having some degree of flexibility, the joint member 1 can be inserted into the fixing member 6 without any problem by deforming the joint member 1.

The construction of the waterproof pan will be described below.
First, the cylindrical portion of the connection member 2 is inserted into the upper surface of the inner flange portion 10a at the periphery of the attachment port 10b of the bread body 7, and the lower surface of the flange portion 2a of the connection member 2 and the upper surface of the inner flange portion 10a at the periphery of the attachment port 10b are formed. Arrange so that they abut.
Next, the socket tube 3 is disposed on the periphery of the mounting port 10b from below the pan body 7, and the male screw of the connecting member 2 is screwed into the female screw of the socket tube 3, so that the lower surface of the flange portion 2a and the upper surface of the socket tube 3 are Then, the inner flange portion 10a is clamped, and the connection member 2 and the socket tube 3 are connected and fixed to the pan body 7. At this time, a connecting portion is formed by the connecting member 2 and the socket tube 3. That is, the connection part of a present Example is provided in a waterproof pan.
Next, drainage piping downstream of the socket pipe 3 is performed. The drainage pipe downstream of the socket pipe 3 is a combination of a straight pipe, an elbow pipe, etc. In the following description, only the direction in which the pipe is carried out is described. The details of how the pipe members such as the elbow pipe are combined will not be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1, a straight pipe cut into an appropriate length is inserted into the receiving portion 3 a below the socket tube 3, after applying an adhesive, until it contacts the lower surface of the contact portion 3 b, and Using the elbow pipe and the straight pipe, the pipe is bent 90 degrees at a position in the back side space of the bread body 7 and above the floor surface F, and the pipe is directed from the connecting cylinder portion 10 in the lateral direction. At this time, the direction of the piping is not simply set to the horizontal direction, but the piping is directed to the horizontal direction toward the piping cover portion 10c.
Next, the drainage pipe is extended to the outside of the pan body 7 from the notch part 10d through the lower part of the pipe cover part 10c.
Next, the bread body 7 is installed on the floor surface F, and the drainage pipe from the bread body 7 is installed along the floor surface F in the bathroom B while a support base supporting the drainage pipe is installed on the floor surface F as necessary. Extends to near the outside of the wall.
Next, the drain pipe is bent vertically upward along the outer wall surface of the bathroom B, bent in the horizontal direction at the height position of the through hole O on the bathroom B wall surface, and the pipe is passed through the through hole O. In the bathroom B, the pipe is bent vertically downward along the inner wall surface of the bathroom B. Finally, the end of the drain pipe is placed in the bathroom B and on the washing place of the bathroom B. Moreover, the edge part inside the bathroom B of drainage piping is extended to the height position from which the lower end becomes below rather than the upper end of the socket pipe 3 of a waterproofing pan.
Furthermore, using a screw or the like, the pan body 7 is fixed to the installation location on the floor surface F, and the construction of the waterproof pan is completed.

Below, the connection operation | work of upper washing machine piping and a waterproofing pan including construction of the washing machine S is demonstrated.
First, the washing machine S is installed at an arbitrary location on the floor surface F. The position of the washing machine S may be above the bread body 7 or on the other floor surface F.
Next, the joint member 1 end of the washing machine piping of the washing machine S is inserted into the connection portion of the waterproof pan, and the joint member 1 is fixed to the connection portion using the fixing member 6.
More specifically, after inserting the protrusion 2b of the connecting portion into the groove 6a of the fixing member 6 disposed at the end of the joint member 1, the grip 6b of the fixing member 6 is held and the fixing member 6 is held. Rotate. Accordingly, when the fixing member 6 rotates, the groove portion 6a moves along the protruding portion 2b, so that the entire fixing member 6 moves downward. Since the upper surface of the flange portion 1 a of the joint member 1 is in contact with the lower end portion of the fixing member 6, when the fixing member 6 is lowered, the flange portion 1 a of the joint member 1 is also lowered, and finally the lower surface of the fixing member 6. By pressing the flange portion 1a against the contact portion 3b, the flange portion 1a is sandwiched between the lower surface of the fixing member 6 and the upper surface of the contact portion 3b, and the joint portion is connected and fixed to the connection portion. Construction of drainage pipe for washing machine is completed. In addition, as above-mentioned, the joint member 1 which is a joint part, the connection part which consists of the connection member 2 and the socket pipe 3, and the drainage pipe inserted in the insertion part have the construction completed, and the inner surface has no step. Become connected.

When drainage is performed from the washing machine S to the hose pipe H by use of the washing machine S, the drainage is from the hose pipe H to the joint member 1, the inner surface of the contact part 3b that is a part of the connection part, and the receiving part 3a. It passes through the pipe members in this order, and is discharged from the pipe piped on the floor surface F or along the wall surface into the washing area of the bathroom B and discharged to the sewage side through the washing area drain of the bathroom B.
The height of the pipe in the through-hole O portion of the drainage pipe downstream from the socket pipe 3 is higher than the pipe placed on the floor surface F, but drains using the washing machine S. When a large amount of water flows, drainage is temporarily generated in the washing machine S from a position higher than the through hole O, and drains into the bathroom B beyond the pipe at the height of the through hole O. Is done. At this time, the drainage pipe is filled with only drainage and a siphon effect is generated. The siphon effect is that the drainage pipe connected directly to the joint part and the connection part and the connection part has a smooth inner surface and the drainage flow is smooth and there is no air accumulation. Therefore, it is particularly likely to occur.
Since the end of the drainage pipe downstream of the connection part in the bathroom B is at a height lower than the upper end of the connection part, the drainage pipe is drained as long as the drainage pipe is maintained in a full state due to the siphon effect. Exceeds the height of the through-hole O and is discharged into the bathroom B without hindrance.
In addition, when a slight amount of water leakage occurs in the waterproof pan from a connection portion such as a pipe, the water leakage remains in the waterproof pan and does not flow out onto other floor surfaces F. Can be prevented.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Below, the drain piping for washing machines of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Although not described in detail, in the following construction, the connection points are connected in a watertight manner using packing P or an adhesive as necessary.
Further, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the member configuration of the waterproof pan is the same as each member of the waterproof pan described in paragraph 0013, and will be omitted, and only the member configuration of the washing machine piping will be described.
The second embodiment of the present invention is composed of a washing machine pipe that is a pipe from the washing machine S and a waterproof pan installed on the floor F, as shown in FIGS. The
Washing machine piping is comprised from the hose pipe H, the coupling member 1, the terminal member 11, the collar member 1b, and the fixing member 6 which are described below.
Among them, the hose pipe H and the fixing member 6 are the same as the members of the first embodiment described in paragraph 0013, so that the description thereof will be omitted, and only the joint member 1, the terminal member 11, and the flange member 1b will be described below. .
The joint member 1 has a elasticity such as acetal, but is a member called an elbow pipe made of a relatively hard resin and having a tubular body bent by approximately 90 degrees. An annular groove 1c is provided along the circumference. A male screw is provided on the outer surface of the upstream end.
The terminal member 11 is a member having a substantially cylindrical shape, and the upstream end is configured to insert the hose pipe H and connect and fix the hose pipe H by adhesion, and the downstream end is a joint. A cap nut 12 provided with a female screw threadedly engaged with a male screw of the joint member 1 and a packing P are provided around the downstream end portion so as to be insertable into the upstream end portion of the member 1. When the construction is completed, the end member 11 can be connected to the joint member 1 using the cap nut 12 and the packing P.
Further, when the construction is completed, the inner surfaces of the hose pipe H, the terminal member 11 and the joint member 1 are configured to be continuous without steps.
The flange member 1b is a ring body 4 having a C-shape with a notch in a part thereof, and is attached to the annular groove 1c of the joint member 1 to form the flange portion 1a.

Next, the construction of the washing machine piping described in the above paragraph 0020 will be described.
First, after applying an adhesive to the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the hose pipe H connected to the washing machine S on the terminal member 11 side, the end of the hose pipe H is inserted into the terminal member 11, and the hose pipe H and the terminal member 11 are fixed by adhesion.
Next, after inserting the end portion of the terminal member 11 into the upstream end portion of the joint member 1, the female screw of the cap nut 12 is screwed into the male screw of the joint member 1, and the hose is connected via the terminal member 11. The pipe H and the connection member 2 are connected. In the connection between the joint member 1 and the terminal member 11, the joint member 1 is appropriately rotated before the connection by screwing, and the lower end of the joint member 1 can be easily inserted into the connection portion at the time of construction. Adjust the direction so that twisting does not occur.
Further, after inserting the end portion of the joint member 1 and the side provided with the annular groove 1 c into the fixing member 6, the flange member 1 b is attached to the annular groove 1 c, and the fixing member 6 is removed from the joint member 1. The flange 1a is formed on the joint member 1 by the flange member 1b. Thus, the construction of the washing machine piping is completed with the upper surface of the flange 1a of the joint member 1 in contact with the lower end of the fixing member 6. At this time, the connection member 2 is a connection part of washing machine piping.

For the washing machine piping configured as described above, the installation location of the waterproof pan is described in paragraph 0014, and the construction method is described in paragraph 0017, respectively. It is.
