Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 透析対象者に対して血液透析を行う透析装置と、
前記透析対象者の局所酸素飽和度を測定する測定装置と、
前記透析装置による血液透析の施行中に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度に基づいて、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置による血液透析施行条件を調整する制御装置と、
を備える透析システム。 - 前記測定装置は、前記透析対象者の前額部の複数箇所それぞれにおいて脳内局所酸素飽和度を前記局所酸素飽和度として測定する、
請求項1に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記透析装置による血液透析の施行前に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度に対して、前記透析装置による血液透析の施行中に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度の低下割合が閾値より大きくなったときに、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置による血液透析施行条件を調整する、
請求項1または2に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記透析装置による血液透析の施行中に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度の低下速度が閾値より大きくなったときに、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置による血液透析施行条件を調整する、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置における血液流量を調整する、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置における透析液流量を調整する、
請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置における透析液の温度を調整する、
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置における除水量を調整する、
請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置における補液の量またはタイミングを調整する、
請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置において前記透析対象者の頭部または脚部を載置する載置台の高さを調整する、
請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の透析システム。 - 透析対象者に対して血液透析を行う透析装置と、前記透析対象者の局所酸素飽和度を測定する測定装置と、を備える透析システムの作動方法であって、
前記透析装置による血液透析の施行中に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度を入力する制御装置により、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置による血液透析施行条件を調整する、
透析システム作動方法。 - 前記測定装置により、前記透析対象者の前額部の複数箇所それぞれにおいて脳内局所酸素飽和度を前記局所酸素飽和度として測定する、
請求項11に記載の透析システム作動方法。 - 前記制御装置により、前記透析装置による血液透析の施行前に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度に対して、前記透析装置による血液透析の施行中に前記測定装置により測定された局所酸素飽和度の低下割合が閾値より大きくなったときに、前記局所酸素飽和度の低下を抑制するように前記透析装置による血液透析施行条件を調整する、
