The cultivation bench of the present invention is a cultivation bench for cultivating plants.
A cultivation container that opens upward and stores the soil inside,
It is provided with a support leg that supports the cultivation container from below and is integrally formed with a ventilation path extending in the longitudinal direction of the cultivation container.

It is a perspective view which shows the cultivation bench which concerns on this embodiment. It is a six-sided view which shows the cultivation container. It is an enlarged view of the A area of the cultivation container shown in FIG. It is a six-sided view which shows a partition plate. It is a hexagonal view which shows a support leg. It is the B region enlarged view of the support leg shown in FIG. It is a figure which shows the use state of a cultivation bench. It is a figure which shows the layout example in a house using a cultivation bench.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a cultivation bench 1. The cultivation bench 1 is for cultivating a plant, and includes a cultivation container 2 and a support leg 3 for supporting the cultivation container 2 from below. In this embodiment, a cultivation bench 1 for cultivating strawberries is shown, but the type of plant is not particularly limited.

The cultivation container 2 is opened upward and the soil is stored inside. The cultivation container 2 has a rectangular shape that is long in one direction in a plan view, and the long side direction of the rectangle is the longitudinal direction D1, the short side direction of the rectangle is the width direction D2, the longitudinal direction D1 and the direction orthogonal to the width direction D2. Is referred to as vertical D3.

The opening of the cultivation container 2 extends in the longitudinal direction D1 of the cultivation container 2. The cultivation container 2 has a substantially U-shaped cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction D1. A recess 21 extending in the longitudinal direction D1 is formed at the bottom of the inner surface of the cultivation container 2, and a drainage pipe is installed in the recess 21.

On the outer surface of the cultivation container 2, a first ventilation groove 22 extending continuously in the width direction D2 and the vertical direction D3 is formed. The first ventilation groove 22 is opened at the upper end 2a of the cultivation container 2. A plurality of first ventilation grooves 22 are formed along the longitudinal direction D1.

Further, a positioning groove 23 extending in the vertical direction D3 is formed on the outer surface of the cultivation container 2. The positioning groove 23 is opened at the upper end 2a of the cultivation container 2. The positioning groove 23 is formed between the adjacent first ventilation grooves 22. However, the positioning groove 23 does not necessarily have to be formed between the first ventilation grooves 22, and may be provided only at both ends of the cultivation container 2 in the longitudinal direction D1, or may be provided at both ends and the center. May be good. The number and arrangement of the positioning grooves 23 can be appropriately designed.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the A region of the cultivation container 2 shown in FIG. A first inclined surface 24 that inclines inward in the width direction D2 (downward in FIG. 3) is formed at the upper end 2a of the cultivation container 2. The upper end surface 25 of the cultivation container 2 is a flat surface parallel to the width direction D2.

Engagement convex portions 26 and engaging concave portions 27 are formed at both ends 2b and 2c of the cultivation container 2 in the longitudinal direction D1, respectively. The engaging convex portion 26 is continuously formed on the outer surface of the cultivation container 2 in the width direction D2 and the vertical direction D3. On the other hand, the engaging recess 27 is continuously formed on the inner surface of the cultivation container 2 in the width direction D2 and the vertical direction D3. When a plurality of cultivation containers 2 are connected in the longitudinal direction D1, the engaging convex portion 26 of one cultivation container 2 engages with the engaging concave portion 27 of the other cultivation container 2.

Further, on the inner surface of the end portion 2b of the cultivation container 2, an engaging groove 28 is formed in which the outer periphery of the partition plate 20 is engaged. By fitting the partition plate 20 into the engaging groove 28, the end portion 2b of the cultivation container 2 is closed. Further, the above-mentioned engaging recess 27 is formed in the end portion 2c of the cultivation container 2, and the partition plate 20 is configured to be fitted in the engaging recess 27. Therefore, the end portion 2c of the cultivation container 2 can be closed by the partition plate 20.

The support leg 3 is composed of a first leg member 3a and a second leg member 3b. Since the first leg member 3a and the second leg member 3b have a symmetrical shape in the width direction D2, only the first leg member 3a will be described here.

The first leg member 3a includes a leg body portion 31 that is erected in the vertical direction D3. The leg body 31 has a substantially rectangular plate shape. The lower end 31a of the leg body 31 has a large plate thickness so as to be stable when installed on the installation surface. Further, a bulging portion that swells toward the outside in the width direction D2 is formed at the upper end 31b of the leg body portion 31. The bulging portion prevents the strawberry hanging from the upper end 31b of the leg body 31 from coming into contact with the outer surface 31c of the leg body 31.

A first projecting piece portion 32 and a second projecting piece portion 33 projecting in the width direction D2 are formed on the inner side surface 31d of the leg body portion 31. The first projecting piece portion 32 extends along the longitudinal direction D1 of the first leg member 3a. In a state where the first leg member 3a and the second leg member 3b are combined, the tip portions of the first projecting piece portion 32 of the first leg member 3a and the first projecting piece portion 32 of the second leg member 3b are in contact with each other. To do. The tip portions are not simply butted against each other, for example, they are engaged with the grooves provided at the opposite tip portions at the protrusions, or are engaged with the hemispherical concave portion and the hemispherical convex portion provided at the opposite tip portions, respectively. They may be combined and can be designed as appropriate.

The second projecting piece portion 33 is provided above the first projecting piece portion 32. The second projecting piece portion 33 extends along the longitudinal direction D1 of the first leg member 3a. The amount of protrusion of the second projecting piece 33 from the inner side surface 31d of the leg body 31 is smaller than the amount of protrusion of the first projecting piece 32 from the inner surface 31d of the leg body 31. Therefore, in a state where the first leg member 3a and the second leg member 3b are combined, the second projecting piece portion 33 of the first leg member 3a and the second projecting piece portion 33 of the second leg member 3b have projecting ends of each other. Is non-contact, and a gap is formed between the two.

In a state where the first leg member 3a and the second leg member 3b are combined, the space surrounded by the first projecting piece portion 32 and the second projecting piece portion 33 constitutes a ventilation passage 4 extending in the longitudinal direction D1. The upper part of the ventilation passage 4 is composed of the bottom surface of the cultivation container 2. Cold air or hot air is flowed through the ventilation passage 4.

The cultivation container 2 is supported from below by the second projecting piece portion 33 of the first leg member 3a and the second projecting piece portion 33 of the second leg member 3b. Further, the cultivation container 2 has an upper inner side surface 31e of the inner side surface 31d of the first leg member 3a above the second projecting piece portion 33 and a second projecting piece portion of the inner side surface 31d of the second leg member 3b. It is supported from both sides in the width direction D2 by the upper inner side surface 31e above 33.

The first leg member 3a is formed with a second ventilation groove 34 that extends continuously in the width direction D2 and the vertical direction D3. A part of the second ventilation groove 34 is formed on the upper surface of the second projecting piece portion 33, and the remaining portion is formed on the upper inner side surface 31e of the leg body portion 31 above the second projecting piece portion 33. A plurality of second ventilation grooves 34 are formed along the longitudinal direction D1. In a state where the cultivation container 2 and the support legs 3 (first leg member 3a and second leg member 3b) are combined, the second ventilation groove 34 is formed at a position facing the first ventilation groove 22 of the cultivation container 2. The first ventilation groove 22 and the second ventilation groove 34 form a ventilation pipe 5 (see FIG. 7) from the ventilation passage 4 to the opening of the cultivation container 2. The ventilation pipe 5 communicates with the opening of the ventilation passage 4 and the cultivation container 2.

Further, a positioning protrusion 35 extending in the vertical direction D3 is formed on the upper inner side surface 31e of the leg body portion 31 above the second projecting piece portion 33. The positioning protrusion 35 is formed between adjacent second ventilation grooves 34. In a state where the cultivation container 2 and the support legs 3 (first leg member 3a and second leg member 3b) are combined, the positioning protrusion 35 is formed at a position facing the positioning groove 23 of the cultivation container 2. Further, the width of the positioning protrusion 35 in the longitudinal direction D1 is slightly narrower than the width of the positioning groove 23 of the cultivation container 2 in the longitudinal direction D1, and the positioning protrusion 35 is vertically D3 along the positioning groove 23. It is slidable.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the B region of the first leg member 3a shown in FIG. A second inclined surface 36 that inclines inward in the width direction D2 (leftward in FIG. 6) is formed on the upper end 31b of the leg main body 31. The second inclined surface 36 is arranged so as to face the first inclined surface 24 of the cultivation container 2, and constitutes the discharge port 5a of the ventilation pipe 5 together with the first inclined surface 24. When the first inclined surface 24 and the second inclined surface 36 are inclined inward in the width direction D2, the air discharged from the discharge port 5a is sent to the central portion of the opening in the cultivation container 2 in the width direction D2.

A fitting convex portion 37 and a fitting concave portion 38 are formed on both end faces of the first leg member 3a in the longitudinal direction D1, respectively. The fitting protrusion 37 is a protrusion extending in the width direction D2, and the fitting recess 38 is a groove extending in the width direction D2. The fitting convex portion 37 projects from one end surface of the first projecting piece portion 32 and the second projecting piece portion 33 in the longitudinal direction D1. The fitting recess 38 is open to the other end face of the first projecting piece portion 32 and the second projecting piece portion 33 in the longitudinal direction D1. When a plurality of support legs 3 (first leg member 3a and second leg member 3b) are connected in the longitudinal direction D1, the fitting protrusion 37 of one support leg 3 becomes the fitting recess 38 of the other support leg 3. Fit.

The cultivation container 2 and the support legs 3 are each made of Styrofoam. Therefore, the cultivation container 2 and the support legs 3 are lightweight and have excellent heat insulating properties.

FIG. 7 shows the usage state of the cultivation bench 1. FIG. 8 shows an example of layout in a house using the cultivation bench 1. A plurality of cultivation benches 1 are connected and used. Cold air or hot air from the air conditioner 9 is supplied to the ventilation passage 4 of the cultivation bench 1. As the air conditioner, a gas heat pump air conditioner (GHP), an electric motor heat pump air conditioner, or hot air heating may be used. Further, a CO 2 supply device 91 may be provided between the air conditioner 9 and the cultivation bench 1.

The cultivation container 2 is arranged above the ventilation passage 4. The terminal portion of the ventilation passage 4 in the longitudinal direction D1 is closed, and by making the inside of the ventilation passage 4 positive pressure, the air supplied to the ventilation passage 4 is supplied to the ventilation pipe 5 provided around the cultivation container 2. It is supplied to the opening of the cultivation container 2 via. The end portion of the ventilation passage 4 is closed with a film, a plate-shaped member, or the like. The discharge port 5a of the ventilation pipe 5 faces the center of the opening of the cultivation container 2, and the air discharged from the discharge port 5a is sent to the center of the opening in the cultivation container 2 in the width direction D2. As a result, the crown of the strawberry seedling can be locally cooled or warmed. Further, since the support legs 3 have excellent heat insulating properties, it is possible to reduce the temperature change of cold air or hot air in the ventilation passage 4.

The entire cultivation bench 1 is covered with the mulch film 10. By covering the whole with the multi-film 10, deterioration of the cultivation bench 1 due to ultraviolet rays can be suppressed. Further, by covering the circumference of the strawberry seedling with the mulch 10, the crown of the strawberry seedling can be efficiently cooled or heated. Further, a tunnel (not shown) may be provided above the cultivation bench 1 so as to cover the seedlings. By providing a tunnel, cold air and hot air do not escape, so that it can be locally cooled or heated, and air conditioning can be performed with less energy.
