Description
過飽和溶液を冷却すると、溶解した化合物が溶液から沈殿することが可能である。プロピレングリコールを添加すると、温度上昇は不要となる、というのは、プロピレングリコールがその化合物に対する溶液溶解度を増大させるからである。したがって、プロピレングリコールの添加によって、没食子酸またはその誘導体が低温の周囲温度で溶解することができる。
・ プロピレングリコールを没食子酸プロピルに添加し、ついで、食塩水または蒸留水を添加すること:高速反応(没食子酸プロピルの高速溶解)
・ 食塩水/蒸留水を没食子酸プロピルに添加し、ついで、プロピレングリコールを添加すること:低速反応(没食子酸プロピルの低速溶解)
・プロピレングリコールを食塩水/蒸留水に添加し、ついで、没食子酸プロピルを添加すること:高速反応(没食子酸プロピルの高速溶解)
・ プロピレングリコールの代わりにグリセロールを使用すること:低速反応(没食子酸プロピルの低速溶解)。
内容物をゆっくりと1時間攪拌し、均質な溶液を得る。

Claims (21)
- 医用装置を少なくとも部分的に覆っている機能的コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性の劣化を防止する医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物であって、没食子酸または没食子酸と脂肪族C1〜C16アルコールとのエステル反応生成物から選択される酸化防止剤を備える医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 多価アルコールから選択されるエンハンサ溶液をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤が、前記医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の全重量を基準として、0.001〜5重量パーセントである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 医用装置を少なくとも部分的に覆っている機能的コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性の劣化を防止する医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物であって、カルボキシメチルセルロースの塩を備える、医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- カルボキシメチルセルロースのナトリウム塩を含む、請求項4に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- カルボキシメチルセルロースの塩が、前記医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の全重量を基準として、0.1〜10重量パーセントである、請求項4または5に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 水または油を基剤とした基礎液、または、脂質媒体またはその組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記水を基剤とした基礎液が、蒸留水、脱イオン水、逆浸透水、濾水、または食塩水から選択される、請求項7に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記水を基剤とした基礎液が、前記医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の全重量を基準として、50〜99.9重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項7または8に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤が、機能的コーティング剤の中かつ/または周囲に、懸濁液として存在する、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 安定剤および/または緩衝液を含む、請求項1から3または請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記エンハンサ溶液がエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、またはグリセロールから選択され、前記医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の全重量を基準として、0.1〜49.8重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項2に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤が没食子酸プロピルをさらに備える、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物.
- 前記酸化防止剤が、前記医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の全重量を基準として、0.001〜1重量パーセントである、請求項13に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 安定剤、多価アルコールから選択されるエンハンサ溶液、および/または緩衝液を含む、請求項4から9または請求項13、14のいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記エンハンサ溶液がエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、またはグリセロールから選択される、請求項15に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。

- カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムを0.1〜5重量パーセント、没食子酸プロピルを0〜0.5重量パーセント、プロピレングリコールを1〜10重量パーセント含む、請求項4から9または請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 前記緩衝液のpHが2.0〜7.4である、請求項11または請求項15から17に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物。
- 放射線の露光中、および/または加水分解中に形成される反応種によって、医用装置の機能的コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性の劣化を防止する、請求項1から19のうちのいずれか一項に記載の医用装置コーティング剤の平滑潤滑性劣化防止用組成物の使用。
